Sometimes I have to remind myself "Quality over quantity.." Lol I know it's hard people... It can be pricey here but your nails will always be on point! They have alot of employees, so you never have to wait! Biggest plus as well 👍 Not only that, I've seen people come in at closing time (8 PM) and they don't turn them away!! That's awesome.. I wouldn't do that too them tho, but one day I got there at 6:45 (that's pushing it too me) and is how I came across several people coming in near closing time. The wait was not bad. Went in without an appointment was seen within 20 mins (on a Sat morning). I feel that the pricing was fair but I was bothered by the fact that the towel that my hands were resting on was dirty and somewhat stained. But overall, I'm satisfied 😀 Read Less

Got my lashes done for the first time .and they are swollen . The lashes feel prickly and he used so much glue that I can't take them off. I don't think the should feel like this .I will let them do my lashes again Read Less

Ok I've figured out why this place has so many negative reviews. Reason 1: Nail ladies here are either really good or they completely suck. 2: Yes the prices are a bit steep but I guess that's how it goes w supply and demand and this place is crazy busy, even during the week. Pros: -The front desk girls are super nice and they speak good English. -They offer text discounts often.-Their nail designs and shaping aren't out dated (if you get someone who does good work, of course) Cons:-Most pedicurists here (is that what you call them?) don't do a thorough job. I don't know about you guys, but I like all my cuticles cleaned out so they really have to dig in there. -as I mentioned, prices are a little high-it's always busy. If you call for an app you'll either get a busy tone or leave you hold forever. The reason I gave this place a 4 stars is because I LOVE the way Lyn does my nails. Yes, she'll try to screw you by offering you overpriced nail designs but hey you can't be mad at the hustle. Im always happy with the shape at the end. Read Less

Customer service is extremely poor. Jennifer the owner doesn't care about her loyalty from customers. I used to come here for about 10 years with Ben.... loyal the entire time, prices are high but quality is good. My last draw was I had an appointment for a pedicure with Wendy and a nail appointment with Ben. I walked In in time and They were both working on someine they took as walkins.... what's the point of having an appointment if you have to wait. I waited for 25 mins and still neither was done and continued to make me wait. Jennifer had no remorse at the fact that I had 2 appointments. All she cares about is money and wanting to get people in and out. Before I left I have her a piece of my mind, customers heard. Employees are rude. Jennifer is the rudest of them all, that lady is full of herself and cocky as hell kept throwing shade at the woman who previously did my nails before I came there yvy nails, who not only did an amazing job but was super sweet and humble, Jennifer you could learn a thing or two your people skills are non existent. Also kept shading my friend who went with me and refusing to accept that she didn't want anything done at this place, no means NO lady, if I could give this place a zero rating I would, not only is this place overpriced and not worth the money (the nails were basic at best) I've had the same work done for half the price. My gems fell off twice while she was doing my nails and finally she did a rushed job to try to salvage it, those same gems ended up falling off a day later and my ring finger nail started lifting after a week. Pricey for what we got. Girl at the counter over charged us 20 dollars and when we corrected her (we were told our price before we came up to the register) she was unnecessarily rude. Simple misunderstanding that didn't require that kind of behavior to first time clients. Mine came out nice but unfortunately my friend had a hard time communicating with the stylist and ended up unsatisfied with her nails. Also they were out of almost all of the colors she wanted. It's a little on the pricey end but I don't mind because my acrylic fill comes out perfect every time. A normal gel fill is $35. I don't mind paying for perfectly filed, smooth acrylic, no bumps, bubbles, or warps in the gel. Perfectly polished! My nails look good every time. They are a lil crowded but I never make an appointment and usually never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Customer service is the usual for a nail shop but the work is damn good! Read Less
