I took my friend to get his first pedicure experience, we waited for 20 minuets then once seated they started on him but kept me waiting on the pedicure chair no one came to assist they finished my friend then the lady took the next person,  WTF. I have refered many people to this place for eyelashes. I WAS Very happy with there work until yesterday my sister in law got her eyelashes done this past Saturday and yesterday which was Wednesday her eyelashes fell off the entire eye. I took her back to get it fixed and can u believe they told her "NO because we have a 3 day policy" That really upset me. Omg u guys please don't listen to the reviews on here my first time I went today and literally tiger the guy did such an amazing job it's like one of the best manicures I've ever had really I took my own DND gel polish and he only charged me 10$ I gave him a 5$ tip that's how good he is really I'm gonna put my pics and judge for yourself please go and try them it's so nice and fancy in there and ask for him I'm only gonna let him do my nails unless he's not there lol and I really want a mani but whether I get gel on my nails and regular on toes I take my own colors it's a really good discount if u do..GOD bless u JESUS loves u call on his name today!!My pic is the pink and black flower with cool rings lol!! Came here 3x each time the same shit! The guy who does full set is so rough!! He files the f* out of your finger he cuts my skin on the sides all 3x so annoying... when he cuts my nails he cuts really f* short where it hits my skin. I cone here bcus its close to my house but this is the last time id rather drive another mile... let me say everytime you walk in they are all conversating loud af and you know when they are talking bout you bcus they will all look at you and make it obvious. Julie did a great job with my fill! I am very picky with the shape of my nails and she did an amazing job. On the other hand, the pedicure was not great at all. Went in there trying to try a new place and i knew i shouldn't have a gone...point is don't go this place, pedicure was going good until this lady start digging in my nails and keep going at it after i was saying "OUCH!" First time here and I don't think I want to come back. Got a gel manicure with Tiger. He rushed through the manicure. No cuticle remover was put in the water, no lotion was used, and he cut my nails way too short. I would've been okay with short nails if they had been at least cut evenly, but they were not. Nails were cut and filed uneven. Some of my nails were left with round edges, while others were left with super sharp edges. Gel looks uneven and wasn't applied on whole nail, and bubbles can be seen on gel. Waste of my money  and time. Read Less

She's always helpful with my color choicing, sizing and the shape to best fit my hands.  I've made myself a regular of hers because she is always knows exactly what to do but always makes sure I  like what I am getting. She does a amazing pointy nail and she's takes her time where she has to but gets you in and out fast and happy. Highly recommended. Gel mani is a good deal, this is why I am giving them 2 stars. I do have two reservations about this place. Number one they dont take their time. They rush your service, and you need to be reminding them to do this or that. The person who did my pedicure didnt do the callous removing (or offer the next deal up) nor did she message them.  Lash price is falsely advertised and dont look "premium" as guaranteed with the price differnece.Number two they will over charge you. My boyfriebd paid and was overcharged. The other time I went I  went up n told them told them my services and what my total was, therefore was charged just that. This time he was overcharged by about 17 bucks. He was paying for multiple people, and so they took advantagr of that. After that they gave him cash back and asked if he was leaving tip. As far as I am concerned tip is a gratitude gesture, and one should not be told how much to leave for the multiple people that serve you. Long story short... dont get lashes, be vigilent while they do your shitt, know your total when you go pay,  and be aggressive if they give you shitt. Read Less

Never Coming Back!!!Those were my wife's word walking out this place. She got assigned a new guy, that cut my wife's fingers and left over of glue. Besides the fact he gave her a deform nail. When my wife confront the guy and ask him to fix that bad job. He got very defensive and keep saying to my wife in broken English "that's what you wanted, a filled nail" Also, my wife stated he took way longer of what an average fill takes.  He took about 1:15 to finish the lame job. Fortunately another Asian lady in the back overhear the commotion and she offer to fix the others guy mistake, also apologizing and admitting that the guy was new. At the end they over charge my wife for the "fix" I writing this review, not to bring negative vibes to this business, but to encourage people to speak up and make all vendors responsible for their services and actions.  As for what is for my wife she won't take her business to this place anymore. I am very luke warm about loving this place because sometimes their gel polishes don't last very long on my nails but I love the way my toes get done every time and those normally last much longer than my gel polish does. I don't necessarily blame the salon for my gel polishes not lasting so long because it's possibly the quality of the product they're using or maybe quiet frankly just my nails or I'm not carful enough. Anyway, I love getting my toes done here, I just moved near the area from Orange County so it's pretty hard to top my old nail place but this place hits a close second to third place.
