Bad bad bad... came in for a gel manicure the lady that helped me had horrible service she was very rude and when I asked her a question she completely ignored me.. one of the other girls turned around and answered... I noticed that she would put three coats of gel before setting it in the uv machine.. well by the time she finished my nails were so bad.. I'm not the type that fights or argues about the work so I have the girl that did my pedicure which was good a tip and the one that did my gel $1.00 tip.. I said thank you have a great weekend and she just looked at me like I was a weird alien lol.. at first I thought she didn't understand me but she did she spoke good English.. well the next day my nails got worse I have spots that are not even painted so decided to call and let them know about the incident the girl that answered Lyn was super sweet she told me to go in and she would fix them.. so I did she asked me who was the one that did my nails and she just shook her head and told another manicurist something and they both shook their head.. The gal that did my pedicure did a wonderful job.... it got a little pricey because they charge for many of their services individually so a pedicure with callous remover and it ended up costing me $33. I had gel on my nails from the last place and they charged me five dollars to remove it and then five dollars for the callus remover and extra for the French manicure so I guess whatever originally starts off as a $20 pedicure ended up being $33. I would definitely go back just don't want anyone to be surprised at this practice. Read Less

I've been going here to get my nails done for years. However, the service has significantly declined. Finding it empty is obviously due to the bad service. There are some nice girls, like Mia, but they're always busy. As for the rest, poor quality and extremely rude. The attitude isn't the only thing that is bad, my nails were not done well. The girl who did my manicure left my cuticles uneven and painted over them with gel polish. Ugh! It was awful! I felt like leaving without paying to say the least. I am very dissatisfied and will have to find a new nail salon that has better nail aestheticians with better attitudes. Extremely disappointed and sad because I genuinely did used to like this place. I started coming here a few months ago because my regular nail tech at another salon moved. I came in here based on yelp reviews.Someone different does my mani/pedi every time and unfortunately I never catch their names but everyone is really great! I always leave really satisfied with my nails.They don't add tips to your card so make sure you bring cash. Decided to give this place a try because of all the good reviews and I was not disappointed. They were already busy when I walked in and I only waited 15 min before getting attended (I was seriously expecting to wait half an hour because they were so busy) I got a coffin shape full set and a pedicure, both ladies were very sweet and gentle with me. Usually I have to watch the lady doing my pedicure because I've had those bad experiences, ouch ... but here I was so relaxed and satisfied the entire time, will definitely be back! Read Less

I'm normally not this far away from home but I joined a friend to get a pedicure.  This is her usual spot.They definitely do regular manicures, gel manicures and acrylics.  I got a pedicure and I'm sure I got upsold a few times not that I minded, wanted everything they offered (callous removal, check, extra leg massage, check, flower on toes, check), but it was weird that they use plastic in the tubs so then there are no jacuzzi bubbles because of that. I guess that's the way to keep it really clean though, so I am happy about that.They are definitely pretty clean.  nail polish selection is pretty limited, not a lot of Essie or OPI colors, a bunch of random brands that I've never seen before. I came in this morning right when they opened. There were many employees already here and I was treated right away. I only got a pedicure but the lady who did my pedicure, Van, was very nice and my nails look great. This was my first time coming to this spot and the salon is very clean and organized. Located in the huge center that houses Walmart. It's closer to the Wendy's verses the Habit.I came in as a walk-in during my lunch and they were able to accommodate me. With that said, I would still recommend making an appointment. There were a significant amount of people present and I was surprised that they had enough staff to accommodate them all at once.I got a pedicure with a French tip. They did it well and charged me $21 for it which isn't the cheapest but isn't the most expensive either.Overall it was pleasant and quick experience. I would definitely come in again. Read Less

I went to The Nail Spa in Pico Rivera for the first time and I got a manicure by Mia and i gotta say WOW! She did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. I am so happy with the results. I think I will be returning to this place again in the future Read Less
