Great salon! I come here every two weeks faithfully. In the past, I've had some crazy nail salon experiences. Yesterday was MY first time getting my nails done there, I had to go back because the lady that did my manicure did a crappy job. So I went back an hour later and had "STACY" do me a full set she did an AWESOME job I LOVE  my nails they look so PRETTY! She's nice and is super FAST, I couldn't believe how fast and what an AWESOME job she did! My sister got a full set with her and she LOVED it too.Only thing that kinda sucks was that I had to pay $25 for the "gel mani" and when I went back $35 for the "ombré full set" only $10 off. Other places like Joy Nails usually fix your nails and don't charge you if you're unsatisfied with their work. Read Less

I wanted to get a much needed pedicure. At first I was little hesitant, when my sister and I walk in and the first thing out of the gentleman's mouth is "Did you call for an appointment?" Okay let me start off by saying I LOVE my nail tech Stacy. LOVE! I only go to her for acrylics, she knows what I like, she knows the shape I like and  has an idea of the colors I like too. She is consistent, she does a really great clean job, I've only had a nail break once on me, when she does it and they look so nice and as natural as acrylics possibly can because she does a great job of filing them down and cleaning them up. This allows for the set to last a bit longer than any  other place I've been to in the past. We disagree a bit on length at times but every relatonship has it's problems, it's nothing we can't overcome through communication. Plus, she is super fast! Which is key because 1. I hate waiting, and 2. The wait at this place is ridiculous.  That's the only reason I am not a 5 star rater. If I was raiting on Stacy alone, that's a 5+. The shop overall gets a clean 4. Pros:Clean, friendly, lots of parking, take debit/credit cards, and lots of staff. Plus I've watched whole movies here they tend to play movies on weekends which helps with the long wait. On one visit I watched the first half of a movie and next visit they were playing the last half, score! They will give you a drink if you ask as well. I've had decent pedicures here too but not consistently. Also Starbucks just a few feet away.Cons;Wait. Wait. And wait. If you don't make an appointment you're waiting. And sometimes even when you make an appointment you're waiting. If you make an appointment try to come earlier than it because if you're on time but someone was earlier than you with a later appointment time they may take them first. Which is super annoying.  One of the guys who works there is good at managing who came when and making sure you get in at the right time, but not everyone is. I've walked in once no appointment to fix a broken nail, had a long extensive conversation with the lady at counter about said nail, while someone else walked in behind me and signed in as a I spoke with her. When I said, I'm next right (because I didn't have the time to wait), she said well this other woman signed in before you, but when I said yeah but I was here first talking to you, she was like idk talk to the other lady about it. So she wanted me to have a discussion with the other customer and fight about who was first. I was not in the mood for that mess, nor did I have the time. So I said no, that's fine forget it I'm leaving. So Stacy looke at me like "sorry," while she finished up the customer she was working on. She then got up in between customers and fixed my nail, as I wasn't about to have anyone else do it and give me a busted shape. So I appreciated that. Been looking for a good local nail shop for a while now, based on the yelp reviews i figured I'd give this place a try. Went for the first time about 3 months ago, got a full set & a pedi. Nails were just okay, longer than what I wanted & too thick. I thought maybe it was the guy who did my nails so I went back today to give it another shot...still not satisfied.I got a fill & a pedi, pedí was good but my fill... super uneven thick nails. I kept telling the girl doing my nails they were too thick & not straight but she didn't really fix them. & on top of that she took a really long time! Worst experience EVERRRR!!!!! My mom and I have been coming to this nail salon for awhile to get our pedicures and our full sets and have never had an issue. This last experience for me was HORRIBLE. We both came in for a pedicure, my mom needed her acrylics removed and I need a fill and a nail repair. I don't know the name of the lady who did my nails. I just know she wore glasses and has tattooed eyebrows and always looks mad. To start off with, when she tried to remove t...he leftover acrylic that was on my broken nail she first drilled down the acrylic to the point where she burned my finger. Then she attempted to shove a nail tip in between my nail and the acrylic to try to pop it off. After I flinched and told her that she hurt me she then went back to the drill to burn me again. Then after assuming that my natural nail was to long for her liking she continued to cut my nail down to my skin then continued to shove the nail tip under the acrylic and ended up making a hole in my nail. Then after finishing all my nails, I noticed that almost all of my nails were either crooked or the acrylic was so unevenly placed. And when I showed her my nails another girl decided to butt in and proceed to tell me that it was my fingers that were crooked. This isn't the first time I've gotten a fill. My nails have never came out crooked or uneven. And then she tried to tell me that it is IMPOSSIBLE to make all of my nails look exactly the same. Their all going to look different. Now my complaint isn't that they don't look exactly alike. I know their not going to look perfect. But at the same time they should not all look so uneven. AMAZING! This place has the best customer service it's so nice and big in there so clean. They use good nail equipment ! Everytime I go I'm always satisfied . The work was excellent. My only issue is that I was not able to use my own color that I brought. Since it wasn't "gel", I was told it would take too long to dry. After a little frustration, I opted to do the always safe bet, "pink and white". Read Less
