I went to get my nails done as I have many times before with no issues. Well yesterday was a different story. If you read in the booklet it is 30 for a gel full set. I have been paying 35 for the longest. So when I confirmed with the worker it was 30 I was slightly annoyed. During my service I noticed a nail was uneven... so I proceeded to let the man know I wanted him to fix it. He went off on me yelling at me saying "I know what I'm doing takes long time to finish wait".. I sat there quitely debating to get up ms leave. I paid for the service at the end. The man told me 35 and I explained calmly that the booklet said 30 and the worker confirmed it. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! In the heated discussion the man then pushed me out of his way. I should've called the police because he should not have touched me. I want my money back or else I will be calling a few different health departments and the police because I don't think the man is a licensed manicurist!!! Read Less

The people are very nice but the gal I had did not know what she was doing. I had gel polish on wanted a trim and new design. She scrapped at my toes for like 20 minutes and then used the grinder machine. She brought me the gel samples to pick from but that was a joke. They had like 40 samples but to look at but only like 12 actually available. Nancy and Jennifer are very friendly but I can't vouch for any of the work done here. Read Less

3.5 starsThey are friendly and kind, and their prices are very good, relatively to the area. The pedicure I received was good -serious foot scrubbing. They fill the water with citrus fruit, which they massage your legs with. It feels weird in the beginning but it is actually a good idea. They also did my kid's pedicure (just color). She is 3.5. After they polished her toe nails another lady came and volunteered to draw a design on the mails. That was nice. So, pedicure plus kids pedi color= $25. That is a good value. My major objection is that the place didn't seem very clean. The decor is a little depressing too. Furthermore, I asked if they do pedis for my kid's age (it was the first time I took her to a nail salon -she is too young for it, I know, now stop judging: sometimes people just do things for fun) when I walked in and they said yes. I thought she would sit next to me on a special chair (I've seen those elsewhere) but instead they sat her on a stool next to me. The stool was high and since it had wheels it was also unstable. So, let's just say it was not the most relaxing experience to be getting a pedicure at the same time trying to make sure my kid was not going to fall over the stool. Also, an older man was the one who did her polish. My kid is social, but she felt a little awkward, and so did I. He was very nice, don't get me wrong. Went here for a full set and they did a nice job but when I came back for a fill it was terrible... my friend and I felt rushed even tho we had appointments. So for starters he didn't ask if I wanted them shorter which ok whatever so when I asked him to cut them shorter he proceeded to use toe nail clippers and roughly chop the tops of my nails off...ok sure whatever. He didn't want to check the length of the white tips side by side to make sure they are all of matching length so now I have all complete different white tip lengths. On top of that he didn't cut the lifted parts of the original nails so you can see the old nails under the new fill. And even more on top of that the acrylic they use yellows very fast causing them to look funky and gross. I will never be going back to day the least and oh yea and they tell you prices for services and then charge you something different. Read Less

I've been going to Fusion since they opened.  At first, it was always a great experience.  Now, however, not so much.  Lately, I've been rushed through as if I was a mannequin on a pedicure production line.  If they were slammed each time, I could understand it.  But I was the only person in there two of the last 4 times I went.  This past Saturday I went in and sat in a chair for 20 minutes without so much as a footbath.  My "regular" girl bypassed me to do a "newbies" feet.  Mind you, I tip this girl at least 25% each time, usually more because she's very sweet.  I spent a few minutes searching the internet for another nail place and as I was getting up to leave, Nancy (the owner) came over and said OK I do for you now.  Sorry, Nancy, Nina and crew, this big tipper will be sharing the wealth elsewhere from now on. DO NOT COME HERE! The person who was doing my manicure was rushing & she did a bad job. I asked her for another coat of the color & said that it would look bad & did whatever she wanted. One of my nails was opaque. She didn't take her time to clean up edges. The man who was doing my sisters pedicure cut her. He had done it before as well. Over all, a bad experience. Do not recommend. I went to fusion and got a full set a few weeks ago and they were great. Today I went for a fill and the guy was horrible he cut me, put super glue on the cut and the tube of glue had my blood on it. Instead of throwing it away he put it back in the holder they keep the glue in. Apparently he didn't know how to do acrylic fills after grinding my nails to the point I kept telling him they were burning he put the acrylic on 2 nails and I asked him to stop. There was no way I was going to let him continue. I went to Tina and asked if she would take over she said no so busy with appointments. I left in tears with horrible  nails. Went to another salon and they said my nails are so screwed up they have to remove them and start over. Read Less

A year ago I ended up trying out Fusion Nails because the other 2 salons nearby were either booked solid or they were not open yet and we were attending a wedding that evening.   It was a Fri. morning and my daughter and I were the first customer's when they opened for the day. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and did as good a job as any other walk-in salon I have  been to.  I will be going back tomorrow and hopefully will have the same experience again.  My daughter is still going to this salon exclusively and she brings her 4 yr. old daughter so I am positive she hasn't had an issue with them taking too long. They are the only shop I know that does specialized pedicure tecnique for calluses under $25. Try their pedicure spa package: exfoliate layer treatment of deep tissue message; with hot steam towel. They have frequent loyal customer incentives.  TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! Read Less

I was driving through P town with an hour or so to kill so I Yelped "nail salons" Came across this place and they were able to see me right then.I didn't realize it was the same gal who owns "Top Nails" just around the corner.  Huge place, lots of pedi-spas etc.  I was getting a pink and white acrylic with gel.  She did a pretty good job but that damn drill scares the crap outta me every  time! I hate when they use that!Over all result  a hour and twenty minutes for a full set of pink and whitesAround 40 bucks, Way too thick, not enough white for the pink and she didn't file very well under the nail.After 8 days a fair amount of lifting and I was off to a new place for a quick fix.Probably won't return.
