Went yesterday afternoon and asked for a mani and pedi and they didn't do such a good job. The lady didn t even paint my toe nails completely leave half of the nail unpainted. If I could give no stars I would been going here off and on since 2013 and always went with Tina one time with Lani but my nail had broke 20 minutes after I went with her so never let her do my nails again well I had started going with another skinny light orange haired lady for a while since I liked the way she did my friends nails I feel like Tina felt a certain way Well Friday I went just for a color change and I went with someone new because I haven't seen the lady I usually go to after I left I noticed that the gel looked clumpy and uneven when I got there I told Tina and she told me to wait after 2 hours of waiting Tina came up to me telling me very rudly that if she did my nails she would have to charge me ? Believe all the reviews Bad attitudes, horrible work I have never been given the oil so I can peel off all acrylic from my skin myself! And it's too lumpy to come Off! DO NOT GO HERE. People are rude, nails are not even okay, very poor work but the worse, I paid with my card and the girl got distracted with a different client walking out because she didn’t like the work, there for she didn’t print the my receipt, she tried to charge me again and I refused since I could see on my online banking the charge. She didn’t want to give me my card back and I had to call my bank and even then she still wanted me to pay her again and according to her she’ll eventually refund me when I show her the bank statement showing 2 transactions. Believe the reviews! I came to this nail shop out of desperation. I couldn't make it to my normal place and I needed to get my nails done. The desperation of my need followed the dissatisfaction of the service. Now I was referred here and referred to Lani so I made an appointment. When I got there Lani was finishing up with another customer and decided to take lunch so her husband began to do my nails. Unfortunately, he's not great with nails nor was he the person that I had my appointment with. He did a horrible job on my nails. He decided that I should have pink powder instead of the crystal powder. The problem with that is that my nails were crystal not pink! There was no way to reverse this process therefore, I had two nails with pink powder and eight nails with crystal powder. After my nails were almost completely finished Lani decided to come over and assist. The lady that was doing my feet also did a horrible job she did not cut my cuticles evenly. Horrible place with terrible service, I wish I had reviewed this place before going there. It was a nightmare, the nails looks horrible. I have bubbles on the gel polish but the worst came when I had to pay and the owner charged and didn't print a receipt for herself and wanted me to pay again and refused to give me my card back because she wanted me to pay again. I showed her on my online banking that she had already charged me but she wanted me to pay her again and she'll refund me the money when I get my bank statement. Bottom line I had to call my bank so they could talk to her and let her know she had already charged me and not even then would she be okay, finally just got my things and left the salon extremely upset since I was running late after wasting my time. Wish I could give ZERO STARS! This is probably by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had! Aside from the people being extremely rude, no one there seems to know how to do nails. Not even something as simple as painting your nails correctly. I payed $30 for acrilics and the lady charged me credit, so since the machine didn't give a receipt they insisted in swiping my card again to charge as debit. They are busy always because their are fewer decent or good shops in the Perris area. They do a slightly good job if your willing to wait and be treated rudely. I HATE that I even have to give them 1 star. The service was terrible. I paid $55 for a pedicure/ fill with design on 2 fingers. The lady kept trying to convince me that the color that I picked was ugly. She was rude and loud and I was FAR from relaxed. The place is cramped and way too small. She didn't even know how to paint a flower, I basically had to tell her how to do it. She got paint all over my cuticles and I keep washing my hands and it wont come off. They dont know what they're doing and I had to keep correcting her over and over. Im going back tomorrow and im gonna demand them to take my nails off and give me my money back. I work hard for my money and I'm not gonna waste it on a bs job. Literally embarrassed to show people my nails. Very terrible do not go there unless you wanna waste money. Absolutely terrible, the worst pedicure I ever have gotten! And they charged for every little thing that is usually included in a good pedicure at any other place. The service was so bad, and they only were talking almost themselves in their own language. They even tried to tell me that my pedicure with gel wouldn't count for the combo mani pedi price they had posted. They tried to tell me that the combo only applied to a manicure with gel. Even though the price list clearly shows a pedicure and manicure with gel combo for $35 and a manicure and pedicure with gel combo for $35. They cheated me out of my manicure. Her skin was polished along with her nails, I asked if they could clean it up and The nail lady was so bothered, She huffed and puffed the whole time. Went to this shop for the first time today. It was the only place without a wait. Once I sat in the pedicure chair I immediately realized why. Tina did my pedicure and gel manicure. She barely scrubbed the bottom of my foot during pedicure and did not use cuticle softener at all. She was very messy and unsanitary. She did not wear gloves and the polish for both my manicure and pedicure are sloppily applied. I will NEVER go back to this shop!!! I do not recommend anyone waste their money here. Read Less

Sad to say I can't recommend this nail salon, I bought a gift certificate for a friend for a full set because this is where she likes to get her nails done. Lani usually does her nails but since she now ownes the one in walmart she runs back and forth between the two. she started the set but couldn't finish because she had to leave, her husband Larry finished the set, they all fell off a week later.we both went to show Larry and he could care less, basically he ignored us acted like he was to busy to even try to offer anything. Is NO Star an option ? This place is TERRIBLE. I've given them multiple chances to get it together.  And they NEVER can. Plus it's GHETTO . I stopped in for a pedicure during the weekend. There was a little wait which was fine and I was seated shortly. The pedicure was something I could have done myself and the polish was a mess. The more I sat there the more I got disgusted with all the dirty towels laying around and the dirt along the walls. If you want decent nails in the Perris area this is the place. The nail salon by Starbucks does a shitty job, are rude and too expensive for a hardly decent manicure. Honestly, two manicurists outshine the others; Lani and Tina. They do a damn decent job, I mean I've have better manicures but considering the area and price this is the best you can get unless you want to drive 20 mins for a better manicure. The service is very friendly, walk-ins or appointments welcome, and decent price. The only cons is its kinda small, I honestly don't know how often they clean their tools and they don't have a wide selection of colors, so I recommend bringing your own nail polish. But all the manicurist license are behind each manicurist's station. And they usually try and take care of you right away. They have spa pedicures and waxing in the back. It's a very lay back place. No stars if possible. Worse experience of my life, no exaggerating. I was seated and had gel nails prior to coming in so I was sitting down for 25-30 minutes because the stylist decided to do someone else pedicure. My nails are naturally long and I specifically asked her to not cut them or thin them and she ended up breaking one of my nails because she can follow simple instructions. I then told her what she had done and she began to argue with me that it was my fault for not warning her when I had clearly told her that I didn't not want thin nails. After arriving home I realized I had paid for a manicure but never received one. Also she did not paint my whole nails and the gel began to chip 2 days later.
