So I'm new to town, and didn't know where to go for a pedicure. Today is my daughters 2nd birthday so I wanted to spend some mommy daughter time getting our toes painted. I always read reviews and go places base on reviews. Here in town there's like maybe three nail places lol so I had to pick. This salon didn't have the best average reviews, but I decided let's give it a try. And I couldn't be happier! You can't always go based on people's reviews because everyone is going to have different experiences and sometimes you just have to see for yourself. We went around 10 am and there was only a couple people being worked on, and Hannah I think her name was took us right away to a chair. I got a regular pedicure and Ava my daughter just had her toes painted. Well our girl made us feel so comfortable, made my daughter happy. They even gave her a lollipop , and she was gentle in painting her toes, and even put a top coat on also! And whatever she was doing my legs, Ava would stick her leg out and Hannah would massage her legs a little bit was always cautious if Ava didn't like it or did. And as a mom, you want to go places where they are gentle with your children . Ava sat on my lap since they didn't have small chairs which was fine! It worked out better since it was her first time. Hannah did a great job on my pedicure! And made sure I liked the color before she painted the rest of my toes. It's not an upscale salon, but who cares! They treated us great and our toes look great! Not a great a experiences . I call  if piv  was available  for eyebrow wax they said yes so I came right away I don't like waiting so I sat there for couple minutes  looking at her and she was doing somebody else nails . I wait for couple more minutes and I decided to get up and leave . She run after me and told me she can do mine now . But then wait couple more minutes finally she came .i was happy with my eyebrow at first  but after couple minutes my eyelid is on fire . This location is probably by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to.  I made an appointment for a saturday at 3:30. When I showed up, not only was there no one at the front desk, but the woman who asked me what i was there for was rude and grumpy.  When I told her that I had an appointment she just said "ok wait here" and proceeded to go off and do someone else's nails.  Now i can understand being a little busy on a saturday and having to wait 5-10 minutes for a nail tech to be ready to fulfil my appointment, but not only was I sitting there for 30 whole minutes, no one even checked in with me to let me know how long I had be waiting. After 30 minutes I had witnessed 3 other people leave because they had been waiting too long to be seated and I was done sitting around for something that clearly wouldn't be happening any time soon.  I got up and left and the owner of the store literally tried to run after me as I drove away in my car.  I had seen her do this with all of the other customers who had left as well; she would completely ignore them as long as they were still waiting but as soon as they got up she would frantically say "oh no don't go! we can seat you now" (despite the fact that all of the nail techs were already engaged doing other people's nails).  My experience here was horrible and I definitely would not recommend it for anyone I know.  They have horrible customer service, and do not honor their appointments.  I mean come on, why even have an appointment option if you are gonna make someone wait for a whole 30 minutes or more anyways?I ended up just going to CVS and getting some nail polish and painting my nails myself.  Probably a better use of my time and money. I scheduled an appointment for 4pm, so that I wouldn't have to wait so long. After arriving on time I was not seen till 4:40pm. I find it absurd, like why even allow appointments if you're still going to have people wait. Another huge disappointment was their overpriced low quality work. I had cuts on my fingers from the lady's careless work. I was bleeding and all she said was sorry, but wasn't careful after (SMH). It was my first time at this salon and will not return. This place charges extra for length and shape ($10 ea.). I paid $75 for mani ($50) and pedi ($25).  FYI: My nails were just plain acrylic french tip. I can't believe I paid $75 to get tortured! I was told by Donna, the owner, she could not perform the services I needed. A woman walks in and asked for a similar service and was told to wait 30 minutes. This is another discussing nail salon. It surprises me that people don't care more about their health. I witnessed so many health code violations that there are just too many to mention. It doesn't seem to bother anyone though because the place does a booming business. I've checked out the other 2 nail places close to this one and they are equally as disgusting. The only place I'll go from now on is All About Me. Donna, I received your message about what health code violations I was referring to. Well besides the obvious fact that your salon is filthy. None of the instruments were disinfected from client to client or ever, they were stored in filthy storage bins. The powder brushes are NOT suppose to be used on clients, they are for dusting your work Area. Reused nail files and buffers. The bowls they use to soak your hands in are only emptied not washed. The pedicure spa's were not cleaned between clients. I guess when people don't have a lot of options they will settle. I can't possibly see how anyone would give you 4 stars. Besides what I've stated about the cleanliness or lack of. I felt that my service was rushed and it looks like it. This also needs to be said, It's very rude when the employees talk across the salon with each other and it makes clients uncomfortable. Cheap nail polish !! First time coming here and definitely never again came in for a pedicure Friday morning done in 25 minutes then my nail was crooked on my toe from being filed sideways and when I had requested for Kim to fix she told me to late people waiting, maybe if she wasn't in such a hurry. This review is based on the service and overall condition of the nail salon inside. I was sat on station 4 and got fills. I was getting my nails drilled I noticed how filthy the station was. Powder residue from other clients nails everywhere. The manicurist was going hardcore too close to my cuticles and cut twice. Said oops I'm so sorry. As she proceeded to brush off the powder from the excess powder off my nails (I'm still bleeding on my nail) she grabbed a mini powder brush and stroked past my bleeding cuticle then put her brush away. There goes my DNA in her brush for the next client to be used. She then got a hold of a nail file and proceeded to shape my nails. I see how used that nail file is which was probably used on previous clients that same day. Then same thing with the nail buffer. THOSE THINGS NEED TO BE USED ONCE ON A CLIENT THEN THROWN AWAY. Then I walk over to wash my hands. I kid you not the plastic storage bins that are used to hold the CLEAN and Dirty Brushes are BOTH FILFTHY. If put under a UV light you can probably see all the fungus and bacteria crawling in it. I never use those brushes. The tile is gross dirty. I have not had the best experiences at this establishment and in fortunately there aren't many options in the area. I've noticed that the nail techs can be very rude to customets and also the place is filthy! I would not suggest getting a pedicure here because they do not properly clean the stations! It took a few tries to find I really love this place. Not much to look at, but the pedicures by Jolly (pronounced Jo-lee) are FABULOUS! She takes her time and does a great job. I walked in and got lucky enough to have Jolly do my first pedicure. I have since made my appointments to make sure Jolly does all my pedicures. She is easy to talk to and doesn't rush. Read Less

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Their abilities are just fine, but their customer service and establishment are terrible. I went a couple weeks ago with my little girl. Upon walking in, the waiting area was a mess. The windows were dirty, someone had left food out, and to top it off we had to choose our nail colors from a leftover Clorox bleach box on the counter. I told one of the women that we would like two mani-pedis. She semi acknowledged me and let me know there would be a wait. After waiting over 20 minutes an irritated manicurist came up to me and told me that our seats were "3 & 4". Apparently they had been "ready" for quite some time because the baths were full but the water was ICE COLD. I told the lady that the water was cold and she turned the water back on and walked away. Of course without the cold water out, it never got warm. So, I had to flag her down to do it YET AGAIN. We each had different manicurists. Mine did an OK job on the pedicure. She did not offer any extra treatments. My daughter (who is 4) had a younger lady. She was dressed very unprofessionally in sweat pants and a crop top. She rushed through the job, then asked if my daughter wanted her nails painted too. I said yes, and she got frustrating with me and raised her voice saying, "Well then she has to sit still!"  I was a little taken aback, yet understood. So I told my daughter to hold still and keep her fingers flat. Needless to say, my kid smudged her nails. When I asked if they could be touched up, the manicurist yelled at me saying, "I told you to keep her still! Why would you waste your money paying for something like that?!" That got me so angry!!!! How dare she talk to a customer like that?!I will spend my money however I please, and if my daughter wants her nails painted with mommy, SO BE IT!!I kept my cool in the shop. But when my manicurist didn't even offer to do my manicure when my pedicure was done I couldn't take it anymore. My daughter was upset because the "nail lady was mad at her" and I had naked fingernails. I paid the bare minimum. NO TIP. And I will NEVER go there again. They do a incredible job here! I was always unhappy and very scared to have my nails done because I use to go to Botanical Nails next to Savemart and they literally made feel so frighten! I finally threw in the towel with botanical nails with all the bleeding nails ,drilling, horrible service , and just all there crap!!! I went here and read the reviews I was hesitant at first but I told my self it can't be worst than what I went through! I met for the first time Mimi and she was a delight not once did she hurt my nail beds and was constantly having a full conversation with me and always asked me if I was ok! Mimi is always smiling and so happy not to mention her amazing talent for nails she has too! My nails last for a whole good 4 weeks and I'm hard on my nails! I'm a florist and a crafty girl always working with glues or outdoors so to have my nails all intact yup it's that great! Always trust Mimi and her ideas! I loved this place for a long time & was a religious client of Lina's for about 2 & a half years. She was amazing & always took great care of me! My nails were always done exactly the way I asked & I was never cut or treated bad by her. She got pregnant & they let her go & hasn't been back since.
