They are pretty quick here and some really do a good job you just have to hope you get lucky and get a nice and attentive nail technician. Every time I come I see new faces that I don’t have a go to person but I know a lot of customers that do come here have their favorite person and are willing to wait for them. In addition to the wait time (1hr 10mins), Overpriced. I got simple coffin shaped nails for $40, no design just clear color coat. Not coming back, I felt like they can take advantage of the prices. It should not be that much for simple nails. First and last time for me. Read Less

I been here 2 times and both times I haven't been disappointed. They do a really good and beautiful work. So far I only got a full set with Toan and Carol they did such a good job. Very detailed and careful. The only thing is the wait, but it's worth it. Customer service is not all the good. I just put my headphones and let them do their job. Read Less

I've been going on and off to this nail shop, it's the closest to my apt currently but I didn't come here often because before I did t feel as if they had the best customer service experience. But today I went because they open earlier than my regular nail shop and Kim helped me she did my nails sooooooo amazing I love them ! My nails are bomb, Tien did an amazing job. But it's the service here, that sucks. The owner I believe is RUDE AF and tried to make me switch to another nail tech because they couldn't keep track of the waiting list. Then I swear I was quoted a price and when I was about to pay, he said $95 dollars! I didn't get no rhinestones no nothing just a little bit of chrome. And I told him I was quoted different and he didn't even go ask, he just said "no $95" and didn't even look at me. Also, I got a pedicure and the water was cold. Lol Read Less

I have been getting long acrylic nails for years, and I have never had an experience that was as terrible as this one. First of all, I arrived on a Thursday night around 5:30 pm. Put my name on a list because they don't take appointments which is ridiculous and was told 15-20 mins is the wait. Long story short I didn't get seated until 7:30pm! The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and rude. She refused to offer a discount or even be apologetic for quoting me incorrectly by 2 hours.I tried letting that go I was very friendly when I FINALLY sat down it was the first row, last seat on the right. I forgot who the mans name was. I had to take off an old set, and apply a full set. Like I said.. I used to get my nails done every 3 weeks on the dot, However this salon is close to my house and I wanted to try it! He begins to RIP my old nails off.. and it hurt worse than it has ever hurt by a PROFESSIONAL removing my acrylic.. he never attempted to soak it in acetone and said it would take too long.. I had an important business event the next day and needed my nails done and after waiting over 2 hours everywhere else was near closing.. I needed to get my nails done.. he made 5 of my NAILS bleed In the middle of the Nail from incorrectly removing my acrylic. Then tried to used the machine over my freshly cut and bleeding nails! And I told him not to and he gave me attitude. And then slabbed acrylic on my cuts without sanitizing the cut. And did a terrible job, my gel was bubbly my nails were crooked. all they did was take off 5$ which was the cost to remove the old set.. they should have payed me to rip my fingernails off! It is now a month after I have removed my nails from this salon and my nails STILL haven't healed from this TERRIBLE experience. Half of one of my nails completely split off with the acrylic and to this day hurts to the touch! After being tagged multiple times on my Instagram account, this business has clearly shown no empathy or respect to other nail techs. They STOLE my work and claimed it as one of their own nail technicians did it. I am all the way on the other side of the country in NC. Not once have I ever step foot in their salon, nor have I ever heard of them until now. I'm surprised this place is even in business. There is no rhyme or reason to why this is right and their is no way possible to find a reason on why stealing someone else's work to make their salon look better. This is why you as clients should invest in a PERSONAL nail tech instead of chop shops like this. Shame on this business. Read Less

I can't believe the reviews on here! Every time I comehere it's sooo crowded with lots of regular customers. You can't make an appointment so that sucks but I make sure to come when I'm not in a hurry. I've received amazing service from Tom, Cathy, Carol & John. Cathy is so sweet and patient and I'm extremely picky so I can't thank her enough for that. I highly recommend it here. Tom pays attention to every single detail & John helped me when I walked in super last minute with a broken nail. He had a great attitude and was happy to help me. This was my regular place until today. I got my pedicure done and I accidentally messed up my toenail. I came back to get it fixed and expecting to pay for my damage. The manager/owner fixed it for me but started making fun of me in their language. I did felt embarrassed because all the workers looked at me. He didn't want to charge me but I left them money. Linda is my girl! She's very detailed, clean, gentle and doesn't talk about you to co-workers like other nail salons. They don't do a lot of art designs with acrylic paint but nails don't fall off or lift! My favorite part! I've been coming for 2 years and yes, I even wait as long as an hour and a half sometimes. I've co.e to this place for the last year... I've always been extremely satisfied with the work done but this last time was horrible! The acrylic was put on too thick and the nail design that was done was horrific! Looked nothing like the design I brought in... Great Place! I go here all the time, I'm not going to lie I've had very bad experiences here, until i met a lady named TEIN or TEN. She's amazing! The most sweetest person ever. She makes sure her clients are happy and satisfied with what they want. She takes her time, doesn't rush and does exactly what you ask for.
