I give this 0 stars. Seriously the WORST pedicure I've ever gotten. I sat with my feet in the tub of water until it turned cold before someone even got to me. NOTHING was put in the water. There was NO scrub. And the massage was about 45 SECONDS. They also didn't do a design even AFTER I requested one. I seriously just paid $48 to have my nails clipped and painted. I got my sister a gift certificate for $50 so that way she could get an amazing pedicure and when she recently went in, the man that did her pedicure didn't even ask what type of pedicure she wanted. He just did the bare minimum of putting her feet in water that wasn't even hot and took them out and scrubbed them a bit and then painted them. He didn't even ask her what she wanted at all. And the worst part of all is that they went in on a Saturday and there was only 3 people working! If you're going to have a nail spa, you need to have more people so that way people don't feel rushed like we did! I would never recommend this place to anyone! They lost very good customers. Went to Sujéy for a basic mani pedi yesterday & left very satisfied. You might be thinking, "How can you mess up a basic mani pedi?". Trust me, it's possible. But anyway, the ladies at Sujéy were amazing! I had May, she was very sweet & gave my arms a nice massage towards the end of my manicure. All of the tools were sterile & they also use brand new tub bags for your feet during your pedicure. I felt very relaxed as they take their time & converse with you every now and then. Very, very impressed!! David did an absolutely flawless job on my nails and I am very picky. I just moved to antelope valley and this is the only nail salon in the area that I've had a pleasant experience at and the only place wear I actually loved my nails after. Cindy is amazing at gel mani pedis! She does a perfect job and takes her time. She's the only person I've experienced that's actually good though, which is why I gave this place three stars. If it was my way this shop wouldn't even get 1 star. The service is HORRIBLE!! The owner May use to work at this other shop, where the owner name is Jenny that was very rude but when May did my manicure at Jenny's shop she (may) was so nice, sweet, pleasant and apologized for the way that Jenny was acting. Now, May has became that same rude lady. She'll never get another dime out of me!! I went in today for a full set, pedicure and a wax. I requested May she replied I can't I'm busy I have something to do and referred me to some guy I think His name is tony, the first person to your right when you walk in. He was not friendly nor spoke the entire time. He was rushing doing the set that was trashy and copped a attitude when I told him to reshape my nail. The young lady Cindy that did my pedicure was a doll. So once she was done doing to pedicure guess who wanted to paint my nails and feet? May!!! Then when she sat down to do start painting my feet she start speaking in her language to Cindy saying 'let her know the pedicure is $34 before I put the gel on her, $18 for the pedicure and $16 for the gel (I had my Google translate on) that's how I know. Which the money was not a problem but dammit you're in Beverly Hills!! Why is so damn high?!! So, Cindy comes back and paint my nails. Remind you she (May) was too busy when I walked in but didn't leave the shop the whole 2hrs I was there nor did she attend to any other patrons because no one came in until 15/20mins before I was done being serviced and they were walk ins the total I paid $87 which was so not worth it. I came in for the first time 2 days ago, on Sunday. I needed a full set and was immediately taken by a man, I did not get his name but he was the only male in there (do not go to him). I showed him a picture of the nail shape I wanted which was long and square, just more narrow than usual. He goes right in with scissors and cuts them into a coffin shape which I knew he would do if I described the nails to him and that is why I showed him the picture instead. I let that go, I didn't have time for him to go back and redo everything so I decided whatever, I guess I'll do the coffin shape. I kept seeing him mess up but I thought there is no way he would leave my nails like this, I know he will go back to it and fix it. Well he never did. My nails were so messed up in every way: Lumpy, uneven, crooked, and extremely thick with all of the layers of polish he put on them. I ended up taking them off. So UGLY. Look at the pics. Read Less

I came to Palmdale to visit my family and I seen this spot and it said GRAND OPENING 25% with free design! So I go in and the owner or manager said hi can you come back in an hour I told her no I can't I'm not from around her and she said okay just wait we will get you in. So I'm waiting 15 minutes go by and she said go ahead and sit on the spa chair and charge your phone she was very welcoming! But then another 20 minutes go by so I was about to leave then she comes and says thank you for waiting I'm so sorry! And put the nails on and says she will come back and finish so now I can't leave at all and I waited 45 more minutes and finally another girl started doing them and she didn't know what she was doing I was getting really mad cuz it's been 2 hours for crapping work then she says go back with the manager she wants to finish them, I'm literally hoping chair to chair!! There was only three workers there. The place looked bad and small. I seen it got remodeled and they should of left it like before but I guess they got a new owner! She needs to hire a lot of more people that know what there doing and plus she wanted to charge me for a design and I said your thing outside said free design and she said no! And plus she was very unprofessional she was arguing with a girl and calling her mom while she's doing my nails saying she didn't want her nails done by her!! It's like wtf are we in high school! I had a full set done on a Friday evening and by Monday morning 5 nails had either come completely off or were about to. (I applied nail glue to 3 of them). On Monday morning I went back and asked for 2 nails to be redone (out of the 5). I took my mother in law here for her birthday, we both got our nails done and loved it! The store is so cute and clean, the polishes they use are good quality, they used new tools from an unopened package. The ladies were very nice and had conversations with us. I've tried so MANY places in this valley. There are some ok places but this one I was SO SO SO SO happy with! They are so friendly and accommodating. Got my nails done. Full set of tips. John did them...i paid $57 and noticed afterwards that 3 were crooked. So the next day, i went to get them fixed and some lady did them (the one who wears glasses and answers the phone a lot) and she tried to fix the with gel and that was a No go. So I got new tips put on. After paying, I looked at them outside for a while and noticed the 3 new nails are MUCH WIDER than the others. She charged me $17...and I am Very Very OCD when it comes to my nails looking good, so this is a major disappointment!! Let's just say I will NEVER be going back! Read Less

I needed a fill on my nails and was looking for a place that could take walk in's, and this place took me right in with out an appointment.  There prices are reasonable. Fills are $17 and for gel nail Polish extra  $10  total  $27 plus they give you a hand massage with lavender scrub that leaves your hands beautifully moisturized, and when you pay, they give you a mini scrub and hand oil to go. And they are super cute!  I had Rose do my nails and she did an awesome job. I will be back for sure. Ps. Just a funny thing I noticed. If I could give a zero I would. This was the worst manicure I have ever had....EVER! I left with my nails looking like a hot mess. I literally know I could have done better by myself and that isn't saying much. Then they tell me it's $38!!!! Wtf? For a dry manicure with no extras! The girl barely even pushed my cuticles back!!! Very cute and unique looking place. The staff were really friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. I got a gel mani and regular pedi combo for only 55. I think it was well worth the money because they really took there time with the massage and made sure I was satisfied with everything before moving on. Def going to come here again! Read Less

This nail salon is darling. Cute and sassy. Everything is pink and black.  All equipment is very clean and sterile. I was kinda bored. The mood is relaxing and calm.
