They did a great job on my pedicure, but when it came to my full set, the lady did a horrible job. I asked for short square round and she gave me block looking nails. They were also very lumpy. They have very bad service. My nail tech was so rude and was giving me attitude. She looked like she did not care, she was disrespectful. She left a cut on my pinky. She didn't even offer me lotion. The worst! I don't like complaining but save yourself. It was gross and they were all rude. I watched after my pedicure she put the used tools back in her cart and parked it with the others for the next pedicure. No sterilization. I paid extra for a "better" pedicure and it sucked and lasted 10 min. I got dirty looks from everyone and felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Someone should call OSHA on these people. If I could give no stars I would... this place was originally moved from 20th west and J in 2011 and had amazing owners and service. Hadn't been in a couple years due to my job so I didn't know that ownership changed and so did the service. I went in for a fill on layover. The acrylic was so lumpy the polish didn't even look presentable. I went back so they could fix them and was still unhappy with the quality. Andy is simply the best technician. I can sit and relax and not pick at his technique. He uses great products and my nails stay for a month at a time without lifting. If I could give this place no stars that would be my actual rating. I got a gel manicure on Friday, and by Tuesday all of my nail polish was off. The guy who did my nails rushed, and when he was polishing them he wasn't doing it evenly. When I tried to tell him that he wasn't doing it evenly he ignored me. This was my first time there because my usual salon was busy so I went to Royal Nails and Spa.The younger male can be rude over the phone but is very nice when doing your nails. The acrylic nails are super thin that look like your own nail. I just got mine done on Sunday(10/9/16) and they already started lifting(10/12/16). I'm very disappointed I paid $30 for my acrylics and left $8 for tip. What a waste of money! I recommend going to Luxury Nails, they do a GREAT JOB and they are super nice, most importantly their acrylics last for a WHOLE MONTH! Read Less

I absolutely love this place I've been going for a little over 3 years now, everyone of the nail technicians here do a great job. I personally use Andy for manicures and Eric or Lee for my pedicures.Eric takes his time and does a great job on my feet, polish is always clean. He does this popping thing with my toes that is heavenly, and he's super sweet.Andy is probably the best nail technician I've ever been too and I've been to many in the antelope valley. His work is clean and precise. He does what want without really even having to ask me now. My cuticles are cleanly cut, my nails are always cut to perfection, and even though I'm a pain with my silly designs he still a tempts them and usually does a fantastic job. Saw the reviews of this place and I was a little scared to come but decided to give them a try. The guy at the front said they where busy and it would be about an hour but I had nothing to do so I waited. The two people in front of me walked out so I got sat right away. I asked for short share nails and they looked a little odd at first but she actually did a really good especially since my nails are weird and have a weird nail bed (sigh). I will be back again. I need a new nail place and went here to try it out and they were friendly normal salon. Was a walk in fog seated quickly. Decent service but as I was getting my pedicure done they were scrubbing with the pumice stone and she did the soft portion of my foot so hard that it burned. I didn't think much of it until the burning continued. As she finished I notice the burning was still going on and I thought okay she just went a little rough went home still burning trying not to walk on it cuz it stings and I finally get to get a good look at it and it's completely scratched and broke skin. Just awful. No care she was trying to be quick wasn't really paying attention. Never going back because it's been a few hours and it still stings. So my biggest things about nail salons or obviously the end product but also customers service and the customer service seriously sucked. They were rude and ignored me and my nails came out very uneven. I expect to get great customer service and results if I'mPaying almost 50$ for my services. I'm not one for manicures, as I prefer the economic efficiency of short, clean & natural fingernails. However, I find spending $40 every few weeks to maintain soft & pretty feet is worth the money.Even though I'm closer to Ridgecrest than Lancaster/Palmdale, I'll travel all the way out here to go to Royal Nails. I've never been cut or scraped up here. There are two men who work here, and both are gentle yet very effective with a pumice stone to remove callouses. This is also the best Nail Spa massage my hamstrings and arches have ever been privy to. Sometimes a spa massage at a nail salon can consist of arbitrary half-attentive leg rubbing while holding other conversation. Not so here - the massages are done with intention and experience. I always leave the chair with a really nice French pedicure as well as relaxed, happy legs and feet. They take walk-ins happily (which I always am), although you sometimes have to wait 10 minutes or so. Clean establishment - I've had no issues with the tools or foot soak. Read Less
