It was my first time coming here, I scheduled an appointment for the next day because they didn't have any at the time I was there. Went in the next day with an appointment didn't get helped until 25 min after my appointment I was being very patient they finally sat me down and I showed the lady a picture of the nails I wanted she said "ok 35.. (mind you the nails had glitter on them) Ethan did my nails and he did an amazing job I loved them! But when I was going to pay the lady she tells me "Ok 45$" like um .... you just told me 35? She said no you put glitter. I was like I showed you the picture and it had glitter you said 35$? So I just ended up giving her the 45$ but she still says "next time it's 10$ more for gel"  I just said ok thank you and walked out. Idk if she took advantage that it was my first time there and she bumped up the prices. Because clearly on the price chart it says "full set 20$"? ... but Any-who Ethan did an awesome job I loved his service and the nails he did on me. I was also going to get a pedicure but decided not too after paying 45$ for some acrylics with a little bit of sprinkled glitter. Great customer service!! After leaving a nail salon due to their poor service... Regal nails was able to take me immediately upon arrival. Kim and her staff did a lovely wonderful job on my nails. I'm not familiar with Palmdale area, since I was visiting from Las Vegas. Everyone @ Regal was extremely friendly and will most definitely be back. I love the fact they put the plastic on pedi spa and older lady did a fantastic job on my feet loved it she took her time and revived my feet!! Hahaha... I've never made an appointment and they always get to me in less than fifteen minutes even when they're extremely busy. They're never rude and always friendly! I always go in and get a full set in gel and they finish quicker than any other salon I've been too. Not to mention my nails always look fabulous and never chip or break! Read Less

I was seated quickly because I had an appointment I really like how my nails were done however, it has been a week and I already need a fill. Which doesn't ever happen with any other places I've been to. The sides started chipping really bad, and the polish has already started coming off. I luv this place. He did awesome. Not going anywhere else to get my nails done. Going to take my daughter there also when she get older. And when I have friends over. Ethan has been the one to do my nails since day one and I love how they always come out.. he's always making sure I'm happy with every little thing he's doing and they're prices aren't bad at all. Great service all the time. They go out of their way to give every customer what they ask for. Prices are reasonable and fair. I've always left happy no matter who I saw. Family owned and operated. Wow, the service here is amazing! The staff is very gentle when they're working with your nails and its all very sanitary. I usually go to Happy Nails but decided to go here because of all the Yelp reviews. Best decision yet. I love that they take their time instead of rushing through when they're busy. Can't beat the pricing either. For a full clear set with paint and a pedi, I only paid $45. At Happy Nails I would've paid $20 more. Read Less

Pretty pleased with my experience here! The prices are great, I got a full set of clear acrylic with polish for 25$. The actual quality I received is very good for the price! My only complaint is that it is a very small shop, but it is inside of walmart so it is understandable. I will be returning :) Read Less
