Came in for a spur of the moment decision to get acrylics, and was helped by a technician I believe was named Dave. Overall, I was not impressed. Asked for a coffin shape, and got a square shape, and the top coat he used left bubbles on my nails. A week later I have bubbles on all of my nails, and one of my nails seems to have darkened spots on the top. I was very disappointed to have received such poor quality from a place ranked so well. Number one, it's perfect! While I may not have my nails done often, I like the occasional maleover here and there. This place lnows thier stuff and  I love how they always did my Pikachu nails and occasial fancy nails! Go book Thanh (also known as Diane), if you really want some artistic or sinple nail beauty. Oh, and it's called "Regal Nails and Spa" for a reason. They offer so many things, like manicures, pedicures, waxing, and don't forget the massage chairs. I cannot recommend this nail salon as they mistreat their employees and their customers.  A zero star is the rating I give this salon.  Do yourself a favor and find a salon who values their employees and you as their customer. Read Less
