Stumbled into the mall and thought I'd give them a try and I've never had my nails done faster than this place! I did a fill with gel the first time and the second time again. And let me add they did an amazing job. My acrylics have lasted me three weeks with no problem! Love their prices and service is great. Walk ins are always welcome and they will start right away! They also do eyebrows here. The staff is super friendly and attentive. If ever in the Palmdale area and in the Antelope Valley mall, don't hesitate and stop in. They will literally slay your names in less than 30 minutes. I have had my gel peel off the second day at so many places, but here I kid you not it's lasted me three weeks till I went for another fill. Worst place and worst customer service ever! Very rude and unprofessional. They never do what you ask for. A guy did my nails today and he is the worst. I asked him for a bag to put my shoes after a pedicure because I wasn't wearing sandals and he said we don't have bags!! Plus his work sucks. I love this place! I've been going here since I was a teenager and Nancy and her technicians are outstanding. To me, the prices match the service without it being an organic spa.   They remove the ingrown toe nails I've developed due to wearing my combat boots, my nails grow faster when Nancy does it so I always wait for her. My sister had come in to get her nails done and left very unhappy they look like she did them herself. A day later already falling off the next day we called and asked if we could get a refund and have them take them off and the lady on the phone said there was nothing she could do for her and if she wasn't happy with the work then don't come back that's how they treat their guess so there guess I won't come back and spread the word their work is terrible. Worst service ever. Discriminated against a teenage girl in a wheelchair. Didn't even give her a reason, just flat out told her in her face "No." Even though she offered to sit in the salon chair with a pillow to cushion herself because of a tumor in her spine that provides discomfort on hard surfaces, they refused to provide service without justifiable reasons.
