I'm extremely aggravated with your nail tech... I've done nothing but show loyalty and courtesy towards her. Erica knows me and knows that I'm always recommending this place but I've never been denied service. And because I was shocked that prices went up 1 time she lied and says I always have a problem. I have video footage and live videos that isn't true. She's having a hard time in her life because I've never done anything out of character to disrupt or disturb her well being or those in the environment. Overall one of the best experiences I've ever had at a nail salon! The salon is beautiful. The receptionist was quite kind & accommodating. Complementary coffee, mimosas & treats are a plus! I got my nails filled on Saturday, I paid $60.00 for a fill, yesterday was Tuesday, and all of my nails are lifting from the top, so I called and made an appointment for Wednesday at 5:30 pm, I showed up at 5:20pm wait for my appointment, the lady named Lisa comes up and tells me she is ready, she asked me what is going on, and I let her know that they were all lifting, so her response was "Oh, I will have to soak those off, but I don't have time to do a full set afterwards...." So, I asked her what am I supposed leave here with on my nails, and she tells ne NOTHING. So, I go to the receptionist and tell her that is unacceptable and absolute horrible customer service, the nails aren't even a week old! So, she tells me let me see if she can find someone else to help me, and then she takes me back to another lady, who files my natural nail off, and says ok that's it. I love Krsti!!!! She made me a custom gel color and offered me a mimosa right away! She was warm, welcoming, sweet, bubbly and gave me a ton of options as soon as I sat down. She was willing to help me do a nude nail that was work appropriate but still fun. Needless to say, my nails turned out amazing! The only problem with this place was that Krsti was forced to run around and refill & restock products. I heard her asking for help from the front but it seems like they just didn't want to help her. I don't know why she wasn't getting the help she needed when they were fully staffed. But I love Krsti and I would follow her anywhere if she ever decided to leave this place. Today was my first time visiting Nailbar and beauty Lounge, I booked my appointment with Krsti after seeing her amazing work and reviews on yelp and instagram.   Wow!   Krsti is truly a nail guru.  She takes her time and her attention to detail is amazing.  I absolutely love my nails and my pedi.  She gives the best foot massage as well.  I highly recommend you go visit her if you are looking for someone to do your nails.  I won't go anywhere else from now on.  I am soooo happy I went here.   Krsti also does free hand nail art, i love the design on my pedi.   I am so excited to see her again and will bring my three daughters in to get their mani and pedi from her.   Thank you Krsti! First off, the facility is very clean accompanied by beautiful interior decor. Walking in, the receptionists didn't bother greeting me, instead they stared at me up and down. They waited for me to mention what I was there for & I had to ask them if they could help me! Extremely rude and snotty !!!! I asked my nail tech what the receptionist names were and their names are Laporchia and Caroline, beware of these girls. They Made me feel completely unwanted at nail bar. So much so, I walked away immediately after speaking to them to sit on a waiting bench because they made me feel soo uncomfortable at the front desk. Not to mention how cluttered that desk was.! Other than that my nails were beautifully done and I also had a mimosa with snacks during my appointment.!  My appointment experience with my technician was exceptional. Loved her and her work. I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the rude ass receptionists ! As a paying customer, you walk in expecting to be greeted and welcomed, asked how you could be helped ect.Ive worked in customer service for years.. if you don't like working with people than simply don't work in customer service !! I have been going here since it has opened, I followed Tania over here. The environment is great, all of the people are very friendly and Tania does an amazing job! I refuse to go to any other nail salon. It is a little pricy but they provide quality work so it's totally worth it! I've never left disappointed in my nails, and they ALWAYS stay in tact (no lifting, no decals or 3D designs falling off) till my next appointment. Frankie has been doing my Pedis for a while now and I look forward to it everytime. She always listens and makes sure my experience is relaxing. She's a total sweetheart and my nails always come out fantastic. She's patient and listens to what I have to say. She cares about her clients and it shows. I go to Daisy as well for my sets and fills. She's awesome! I get constant compliments on my nails. She takes her time and makes sure I'm happy with the outcome every step of the way. I used to be against getting acrylic until I started going to her. Now I'm addicted and absolutely love the way they look. I'd recommend this place to anyone! Finding a good nail salon can be so hard! I love this place! Pray does an amazing job on my acrylic nails every time and is so creative! I had a pedicure done by Tiara and she is detail oriented, gentle and did a really great job! Shannon is also very talented, especially in her nail artwork! I personally like the look of the place and honestly I only go there because my girl is there. I follow wherever she goes lol. Angelica has been doing my nails for a while and I absolutely love her but unfortunately I'm heartbroken because this year they raised their prices and not just a little it was a drastic increase. Came in today as a walk in (my sisters and mom had an appointment) hoping to be able to get a manicure. The receptionist was able to find me someone who was available. I didn't even wait more than 2 minutes and was set. The staff is great. I had my main done by Maribel, she's great! Def would go back with her.
