I have gone here twice and was disappointed both time! The first time i went i got a manicure and a pedicure and the lady did my pedicure was trying to do it fast she didn't really talk to me but then when she finished doing my pedicure she moved on to my hands and that when thing got worse, she keep missing the sides of my nails so every time i looked at my nails i could see where she had missed so i asked her nicely to go over ALMOST every single nail. I could tell she was not happy that i had asked her to go over some of my nails with additional polish so i just paid and left. I came back a second time because i really wanted to give them a second chance. When i got there the man who I can't remember his name sat me down and he proceeded to attend to my nails. This time I only got a manicure, keep in mind i got gel not polish. The man doing my nails did a really good job unfortunately an hour and a half late one of my nails chipped. i was supper disappointed with that because gel is supposes to last longer but it didn't even last me a day! Therefore the next day I went back and saw the man who did my nails and showed him how one had chipped he took me right then and there, apologized and fixed my nail. i went home and later that same day it chipped again. i didn't  have time to go back and get it fixed but i was VERY DISAPPOINTED! Not good at all!!!! This is a late post... back in November after AYSO practice I went to this place for a convenient gel manicure. Worst mistake of my life!!!! I walked in 40 min before they closed and asked if they still had time. They said yes so I did it. Some guy, not sure of his name did the job. After sitting there for a bit I noticed it was not so clean. Even the utensils appeared to have been previously used. I asked him to put alcohol on them and he did on some but not all. The point is that about 2 weeks later I noticed my fingers and nails different. I went to the doctor and dermatologist and that places really messed me up. I'm still dealing with it now. I know it was not my usually spot as they are very clean and conscious of sanitary procedures. Massages might be good here but Unless u r ready to deal with fungus and a dirty place don't go here. I come to get my eyebrows waxed as well as nails done. Today I came in for a basic pedi and a gel manicure. I showed them a picture on Pinterest of ombré pink and white nails. Horrible job. The service was great but they did an awful job at a full set. Some nails are crooked, too thick at the cuticle, wider than my natural nail. They seemed to be in a super rush even though no one else was there. Will not go back. Don't go here if you want them to look good. Read Less

Well, this was such a traumatizing experience and I'll probably never go to a nail salon ever again. I went in for a birthday manicure and pedicure with my mom today and we were greeted nicely by the owner. But, the other employees (a skinny younger girl and a bald man) were in such a rush and didn't even give me time to turn around and look at the colors before they were pushing me to the pedicure chair. They immediately separated my mom and I and the man started my manicure. I'm very petite and my nails are tiny so, I asked him if he could keep the length but before I could even finish my sentence, he cut me off and snapped at me saying if he cut them, I wouldn't have nails. Then him and the girl doing my pedicure started laughing hysterically and speaking in their language to each other. I felt like I had done something wrong and immediately felt like crying and tried explaining myself, saying it was my birthday and that I usually bite my nails but, I've grown them out and I just want them to look nice. Then the girl asked if I bite my toe nails too because they're so small... at this, her and the man burst into laughter and wouldn't stop laughing and speaking in their language to each other for a solid minute. I sat there on the verge of tears with my head down, looking at the gel paints, trying to gain my composure. Then he man said to me, "Don't cry and pick what color you want" in a very mean tone and continued on my nails. The girl was still giggling while doing my toes when she cut off the corner of my entire toenail!!!! At this point I yelled out and told her that she hurt me and she apologized then looked at it and said I wasn't bleeding so it can't hurt that bad.. then started laughing at me as she was before.. after that I jumped out of the chair and ran to the bathroom crying. No one said anything or even apologized to me as I walked out of the salon in tears. I have never walked out of a salon feeling terrible about myself but they did that and more to me. This was also all within 10 minutes TOPS being inside of the salon so we were so so so rushed from the moment we walked in. I will never, EVER return to this salon and I'm deeply considering never going to get my nails done EVER again because they honestly made me feel that terrible about myself. I have been visiting this spa for over a year and I have to say I am extremely satisfied and pleased by the work that they do. They are professional and detailed and most of all I am very happy with the cleanliness & the sanitary precautions that they take to ensure the health of guests. So, it's been over a year since I've had acrylic nails on and I'm extremely disappointed! On Thursday I made my appointment for today at 2. The lady in charge (her name Nih... I think) did my nails. She was "nice", but she rushed on my nails!! One of them is crooked and lumpy and her hubby polished them and did a horrible job!! I'm very disappointed.  And I even tipped them.
