Came in super last minute with a bridal party. They so graciously accommodated us and didn't rush nor pressure us to get something we didn't want. There were 2 spa pedicures, 2 powdered gel manis, the bride got a full set and I got a regular mani.My manicure wasn't all that great, I'm very picky with my nail shape and I constantly asked my lady to square mine more but I eventually gave up and accepted it won't be the shape I'm envisioning. I'm thrilled to say tho- the bride was VERY happy with her full set. It was EXACTLY the shape and color that she wanted.. her lady was so gracious to ask the whole bridal party of the red she chose before moving on to the rest of the nails (yes, we changed the color mid painting but the lady had no attitude towards it. I don't recommend this place at all. I went today at 1pm, look my nails 6 hours after, the nail polish is falling off like an old manicure. (Attached Picture) I just wasted my money and time, very cheap products. Don't bother going to this place when there are many others. Read Less

My fiance and I came here for two pedis. We looked up several places but  few were open past 5pm so we decided to give Lovely Nails a try (they're open until 7pm which is great). We both selected the Regular Pedi for $22. The pedi massage chairs are great so a plus here. My fiance was happy with his pedi although one thing that rubbed me the wrong way was when his nail tech asked if he wanted a shiny buff she said it would be an extra $5. Considering he's not going to get his nail painted shouldn't this be free? I decided to let this one go. Now on to my pedicure. My nail tech was sweet although she cut my toe nails much shorter than I like, not a big deal as this was her first time working on me. However her cuticle cutting/shaping was awful! Truly I was in pain. My toes are still sore 3 days later! I saw her put drops of a green liquid on my toe which is to prevent bleeding so clearly something was off. Lastly I noticed she put the callus file that she used on another client with the same foot file she was going to use on me. When she asked if I wanted a callus remover I was afraid to answer. If you want to be called a bitc*** while there, go for it! If I could give this place a zero I would. Some friends and I went to get a mani and pedi and it was mediocre. Whatever, I'll deal with that. After we paid, my friend smudged her nail and kindly asked to have it fixed. She got nail polish on her toe, so it's not like she could deal with it and leave. She had to get it fixed. The lady was nice fixed her nail while calling her a demanding bitc** in Vietnamese. They didn't realize my other friend spoke Vietnamese and my friend started talking to them. I didn't know what was going on, except the tone was scary. My friend told them we were paying customers, made a mistake by accident, and shouldn't be treated that way. She walked out upset. I still had no idea what was going on. The women, didn't apologize, the man made excuses and in the end they won, cause they took our money and treated us like trash. Soooo if you're ever wondering if they are talking trash about you. My boyfriend and I came here to clean up our nails and relax a few weeks back and both of us really enjoyed it! I called ahead to a few different salons and Lovely Nails was the one with an opening at the time we were looking (1pm on a Sunday), so that is why we came. They also have a great location and solid yelp reviews. My boyfriend has gotten a few treatments in his life, but as always it's a little awkward for guys to go to a salon, but here there were a few male workers and even one or two male clients that came through while we were there, so guys: feel welcome. We got mani-pedis I got polish and he just got his cuticles cleaned up and nails trimmed. They were the same price either way, very affordable something like 25 for each service. We got the basic service which includes a certain amount of foot and hand massage as well as sitting in their nice massage chairs. A word to the wise: they are CASH ONLY. I am a local I've been going to this nail salon for about a year and they always take care of me. I usually stop by after work and they take care of me right away. Hannahs Team is amazing. I've had holographic nails recently with Rhinestones and I got amazing complements. I went a couple days ago to get a fill and they're a baby pink color now . I couldn't be happier. This was my first time to this Salon. It is a very clean nail salon with no toxic odors, busy and I could tell there were lots of repeat customers. The owners and staff were friendly and accommodating. I'd like to give a higher rating, however, while my nail tech was trimming the cuticle on my toes, she cut me on two toes! Although I could not understand a word that the owner said when she greeted us, other than  "10 minutes" (referring to our wait time), this small but effective nail salon provided excellent services. We made reservations here because of all the positive reviews online and to our surprise our experience was nothing like others. We got gel mani and pedi and the ladies did not take their time. Didn't get rid of all the cuticles and their paint job was horrible! They didn't clean up the edges and left everything on my skin. It has only been a week and the gel is already lifting from both my toes and fingers! It was expensive and a crappy job. The nail tech was rude and not very friendly. Horrible experience. This is my go-to spot for nails in Palm Springs. I absolutely adore the family that owns the salon. They're so sweet and always helpful. I love that I can pretty much always get in when I need, however it's usually pretty full (ei: I'm not the only person who enjoys this spot.). This is is also my favorite spot for a pedicure in PS and LA. They finish it off with a hot stone rub, which is TO DIE FOR. If you're into gels, which I am, they have a huge color palate. We've tried several places here in Palm Springs over the last few years as we live here part time and enjoy getting pedicures together.  I won't bad mouth the other salons in town, but will say that you are in the service business , so you should be accommodating to your clientele and not have an attitude or speak another language ( which makes the client feel like they are being talked about!)  The owners and the staff at Lovely Nails are lovely !! Cash only. Everyone at the salon was super friendly. I went in because a bunch of us were in a wedding the next day, and we needed to get our nails done. I only put four stars because I really loved my gel manicure, but my pedicure came off that same night. I had a French pedicure and some of the white polish just came off when I was in the shower. That was a little disappointing and in addition, my foot could have been a little smoother underneath. The gel polish, however, was done super well and they give you a massage on your legs and your arms while you are getting your nails done. There's also an ATM inside in case you forget to get cash. I'm from Florida, so the prices seemed a little higher than I would have liked to pay for the pedicure especially, but we were in Palm Springs so it was to be expected. Read Less

This was the full spa treatment for a very inexpensive price. One of the most thorough, relaxing pedicures I've ever received. I did gel on mani and pedi, it lasted through a dozen hikes and for weeks. I will be back but allow for a few hours if you want to really relax because they take time and pamper you. Read Less

The absolute worst experience for my nails and toes in a long time!  My pedicure lasted all of 22 minutes and my feet felt rougher than before the pedicure.  My nails took an hour and 15 minutes and they were horribly done - chips the next day, ridges in my nails (looks like a golf ball) and they cut me a few times.  I will definitely find another salon if I need my nails done while visiting Palm Springs! Got charged more for the fill than if I got a full set. Would not even let her polish my nails. Got home and had to re shape, re buff and remove all the acrylic left under my nails. Had to keep asking her to add a little more acrylic because they were super thin. They would have broken on the way out the door. I will never recomend this salon. Read Less

Love this place, went during my mini vacation and I was treated great. Only downer is they only accept cash. They have an ATM machine but they only accept cash. This has to be the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I was disappointed at the poor service that I was given, my nails hurt, ive never had my nails hurt after getting them done and when I came home I got cracks in my nails. My boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30pm.  We called ahead to make sure this was a good time to visit.We both had 'regular pedicures' for $22 per person.  He said it was the best he has ever had, especially considering it was the basic / budget option.  I think it was pretty darn good as well.  The ladies who looked after us were lovely and we even got a quick hot stone massage.  My polish was done very well and we both left super happy.The only thing we can fault them on, is the smell - they really need to turn the fans on / let some of the acrylic smell out.  As them to turn the fans on, if it is too much for you when you visit.
