They are very nice people and the salon is relatively clean but all the polish was old, so my manicure is very streaky. I had wanted a gel manicure but the gel polishes were even older than their regular nail polishes so the owner (I think he was the owner) suggested I get a regular mani instead - unfortunately even as he was painting my nails the polish came on streaky because the color had started to separate in the bottle and even shaking and shaking nail polish doesn't work at that level of age of the polish...For that alone, my mani pedi was not worth the $30 I paid. That being said, the owner was nice and I got to sit and watch shows on my iPad (no wifi tho- had to use data :( ) while he painted my nails. Anyhow- I would go back there IF he threw out all of his nail polish-Really most bottles looked old and gross anyway. Or I suppose I could bring my own polish. Read Less

i wish i could put a no star ZERO becuz i just went here 3 days ago and all ready 4 of my nails are chiping off im gusseing this guy that works here uses cheep nail crap ..... i paid 28 dollars and was totaly riped off this was the only nail salon near me so i had no choice but to come here only go here for a last resort theres only 1 person that dose nails here and its a MAN and i hate it when men do my nails they just dont have a womans touch .... service was fine but nail quality bad ./....... Nice little family owned place. Clean and bright. They do waxing also. I get regular mani-pedis. The massage is not the best I've had (more like rubbing legs w cream) but my nails always look great, which is more important. I wouldn't recommend it for large parties, but 2 can almost always get in together. Good prices too. Mitch the haircutter is in the back, cuts men's and women's hair. Also recommended. Read Less

when we were blown off by another salon we walked in to Happy Nails and they were very friendly and inviting.  Nails looked nice when done and they even added a little extra flower on my 4yr old daughters big toes.  She loved it!  I would definitely go again. Read Less

In town for the weekend and Happy Nails was near my hotel so I decided to head over this morning for a mani/pedi.  I was the 1st customer---thank goodness because after I arrived several women came in wanting an appointment but the 2 people working on my hands and feet told them they needed to come back later.  They did a pretty good job and if I lived in the area i would probably go back.  Very friendly, great foot massage and overall a good mani/pedi. Holy crap this place blows!!!! My friend and I came here for a pedi and gel nail... Nothing crazy but it was awful my pal got a pedi it was hands worst pedicure she as ever had, it to 5 mins plus in the end the polish bubbled is falling off. I got gel nail, it was the worst gel nail I've ever had crappy colors and it's way to thin, just sloppy... I will never go back again. Read Less

I got my nails done here the day before my wedding and brought my groom and 4 bridesmaids with me for mani/pedis.  I made an appointment about a month before hand and confirmed it 2 weeks beforehand yet when we arrived every chair was full.  They assured me they would have 4 people working when they only had 3.  We had to wait at least 30 mins for the first of our party to sit. It took about 2+ hours to get everyone in and out when it should've taken 45 mins. Why bother taking appointments if you're not going to honor them? The quality of work was poor, what they did on one hand they didn't repeat on the other, the massage was weak and they made my groom bleed!  And another thing- I brought my own polish but their base coats bubbled and I couldn't have my shoes or ring photographed in my wedding bc my nails looked so terrible.  I sooo wish I chose a better place to go!! I got turned onto this establishment by my sister, who took me for a pedicure last year.  The salon is well-lit and bright and clean, and the attention and service were solid as well.  I recommend an appointment, especially on weekends, though I've been lucky at times to get something last minute.Comfy chairs to sit in - with massage action (!).  They soak your feet, tidy up nails, and as time allows, a scrub of the feet or legs.  Heaven!  And they're friendly - they'll tell you the best places to get Vietnamese food in Orange County, where they shop, etc. etc. Read Less
