Jordan did a fantastic job with my wash/blow dry/style. I was visiting Chicago from Philly while my husband attended a conference. We had reservations at a steakhouse for dinner and I wanted a my hair fresh and styled. As a stylist myself it really felt like vacation to have someone else do my hair for a change. I've been going to Rocio at Gspot for almost 2 years now. Rocio is a true professional and up to date with all new nail trends. She takes her time because she's passionate about the work she does, I mean after all her work will be displayed for all to see... so if you want your nails to look good it does take time hence, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT or call ahead of time... I mean we are all adults people! If you want something fast that will take walk ins with no problem because they have no clientele base because they lack skill and passion for what they do then you'll find plenty of those shops all through the valley... but trust me if you make an appointment and go to them you will neverrrrrr go anywhere else! Worst mistake ever to stop at this place... I walk in and ask if I can get a Manicure and the old lady looks at me and tells the other I can't cause I am waiting for an appointment.. and the Russian girl more polite said I can do it... she did an ok job, but overall it seems they are just there not wanting to work with new clients.. an hour later my manicure is done and when did the appointment come for the old lady never... is like when your in business, come on in what do you need regardless of the pending appointment, you don't let a client just turn around and leave. Then here comes the famous Rocio, walking in, without even smiling at another girl or me, no hi no nothing... terrible customer service, won't visit them ever again.
