Came with my girlfriends to get our nails done and wish we would have gone elsewhere. My friend just wanted a simple manicure and was completely ignored. The ladies kept asking her what color, she kept responding "no color, I just want a regular manicure", so they ended up just ignoring her. I got a mani/pedi and was not too happy to see the tools were not sealed in sterile packaging. I got gels and within 3 days my nails were chipping and peeling. We definitely won't be coming back to this place.

Ok so i have been there 3 times. First time my aunt took me for my birthday. One of the asian lady almost burned my fingers with her nail tool. Second time i went again asking for a specific girl they told me she was good and she was to busy. They charged me 20$ plus my tip 25. I really liked them. The 3rd time i went i finally did it with the girl i wanted and also had a spa pedi. On the menu it said it was 25 and 20 for the nails. Well,they charged me 65$ and that was no tip. Not to mention my aunt paid 30$ for the first time and she had paid with debit and they charged her 67$. Absolutley scandalous and prices are random. Depends on who you are? Never going there again.

My mom and I come here because of the cheap prices..literally cheap they finish your nails in such a rush you maybe last 20 minutes or less in the chair and make me feel like they want to get rid of me as fast as they could. The First Lady in the front when you first walk in (dont know her name) has the worst attitude never greets you or asks what you want to get done to be honest never seen her smile once the times I have gone..she stares and just walks by you. wanting to give them opportunities I go back but so far i have walked out of there twice! The older ladies are so nice and takes time on what you want and like. The others are rude and don’t care.

I've been here a couple of times they've done a good job but this last time I went was not a great experience, I went In for an acrylic fill,I asked the lady for coffin shape and to trim my nail. I was in there for almost 2 hours and came out with bulky mishaped nails with acrylic all over my fingers and was expected to pay full price.

Horrible place and horrible customer service!!! They only have 3 people working i went there once and didn't like my pedicure but decided to give them a second chance so I called before showing up to make sure they were available since I was going during my lunch break! The lady who answer said yes come in but I show up and they are all busy! Stayed for 20minutes and left, never going back!!!!

I love them they are perfect! Anne is sweet and her daughter and husband are great, the place is clean and I finally found my nail shop!

Best Prices in town - I live from Ventura, but always go to Top Nails. Mindy does the best pedicures love the designs. Great jobs AWESOME PRICES!!! no hidden fees.

Came with my girlfriends to get our nails done and wish we would have gone elsewhere. My friend just wanted a simple manicure and was completely ignored. The ladies kept asking her what color, she kept responding "no color, I just want a regular manicure", so they ended up just ignoring her. I got a mani/pedi and was not too happy to see the tools were not sealed in sterile packaging. I got gels and within 3 days my nails were chipping and peeling. We definitely won't be coming back to this place.

Ok so i have been there 3 times. First time my aunt took me for my birthday. One of the asian lady almost burned my fingers with her nail tool. Second time i went again asking for a specific girl they told me she was good and she was to busy. They charged me 20$ plus my tip 25. I really liked them. I've been here a couple of times they've done a good job but this last time I went was not a great experience, I went In for an acrylic fill,I asked the lady for coffin shape and to trim my nail. I was in there for almost 2 hours and came out with bulky mishaped nails with acrylic all over my fingers and was expected to pay full price.

They only have 3 people working i went there once and didn't like my pedicure but decided to give them a second chance so I called before showing up to make sure they were available since I was going during my lunch break! The lady who answer said yes come in but I show up and they are all busy! Stayed for 20minutes and left, never going back!!!!
