I love this place to get my nails done. You can just walk in, and most of the time they can take you right away, and you can get your fingers and toes done at the same time while relaxing in a massage chair. So you are done in probably less then an hour. I never request a certain person, because they are all good, I've never had a problem with any of the technicians. I walked in for a spontaneous gel manicure and basic pedicure. I was helped very quickly and was out the door within 40 minutes -- super fast! This is great if you're in a hurry, but if you're looking for a more relaxing experience you'll be disappointed. The gel manicure looks great! The woman who helped me (didn't catch her name) was nice, did a great job, and I love the color. I'm disappointed with the pedicure, however. A different woman worked on my toes, and my pedicure looks rushed. The filing isn't even and the tips of the nails aren't completely covered. I'm also not happy with the color, which I felt rushed in picking by another woman in the salon. She was also preoccupied with my hand and toe polishes matching, which I get, but if I don't care, why should she? Overall, this was a fine experience. Reasonable prices but not outstanding work. This is my favorite place to go to in Oxnard. I have probably tried 4-5 different nail salons. These last the longest, look amazing, and it's quality work. I always get the gel manicure, and have never been disappointed- well only a couple of times have I felt they rushed through it and left uneven coats/accidentally painted fuzzies that came off from the towel onto my nail, and instead of trying to remove them, they just painted over them. I pay $28 to remove old gel and to get a gel manicure combined. Never have to wait to get nails done, and I never make an appointment. My only complaint would be that they aren't extremely hygienic (e.g., when they cut your cuticles, you can totally tell they use the same tools without cleaning them in between clients). That does freak me out quite a bit, especially because of the horror stories you read about. I've been to other salons where they are more hygienic, but again the quality at this salon is impressive. Will return, but if I do find a place in Oxnard with equal/better quality and long lasting nails, AND is more hygienic, I would make the move. Read Less

Really love this place. Naomi is wonderful! She calmly yet quickly does my nails perfectly, paying attention to every detail! I also love that she just tells you to relax instead of trying to have conversations... it's like she knows I need a moment to relax and not think. I get tons of compliments on my nails, and never have had a breakage problem, nor any lifting etc. I'm rough on my hands, due to hobbies ...working with wood and resin... and when I finish and wash up, my nails continue to look great!
