I love this place. Sometimes my nails aren't perfect but they're never bad. I've been coming here for the past 2.5 years or so and whenever I try to go somewhere closer to where I live I'm super disappointed and wish I would have just driven here. And the people are always friendly, always accommodating, etc. they even painted my two year old daughter's nails for the first time ever and they were so patient and sweet with her.As long as I live in the county I will continue to be a customer here. Kinda crowded but the service is top notch. I drive 15-25 min depending on traffic to get my nails done here. I think with the amount of business they do they could certainly move to a bigger location. Refreshments are offered off the bat from water bottles to mimosas. Love this spot! Read Less

First off great customer service! Very fast, and friendly. I've seen friends nails (long and pretty) but with work I decided on short acrylics. Unfortunately it's only been TWO weeks since I got my gel full set, and 4 nails have popped off?! I don't know if that's because I got them so short, but I've had longer nails and they've lasted way longer. Went today (3/10/18) to try and get them fixed and they wanted full price for a fill and the wait was longer than 20mins like they informed me when I walked in, so I left :( Read Less

First time coming here and had the pleasure of getting my nails done by NiNi  While busy, there is an array of technicians available. NiNi has probably mastered every nail shape because my coffin nails are the best I've ever seen! The staff is extremely sweet and accommodating. Would absolutely come here again! I have been going to Le's O Nails for about two years now & I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. I have acrylic nails so when I need a new set or a fill, I would be happy to go with anyone there because they all do such a great job. The whole staff is super nice & attentive which is lovely. This is 3 days after a gel manicure... while getting it done I felt like the lady was being pressured to hurry up, even though I made an appointment. My nails were cut unevenly and different shapes. She painted the clear coat on my cuticles... I was highly recommended to go here to get my nails done for a special occasion and thoroughly disappointed with the result. Do not recommend this place. I've been coming for some time now. I love it because everyone is always so pleasant here. They offer complimentary Vietnamese coffee, water, or mimosas. Although I think everyone there does a good job, I usually make an appointment with Vincent or Amy. They are really accommodating and attentive. I get the combo package- it's $45 for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. This place does a great job and they provide clean and efficient service. I definitely recommend this place! Read Less

Love the nails, but not the attitude. When I asked for a specific nail tech to do my nails, the man looked upset and with an attitude responded “we have other good nail technicians”. If you’re not a regular or do a walk in they take a while to acknowledge you and try to scare you with the wait time. Good nails, but bad attitudes! Read Less

I went in today to get my nails done. I got a gel mani and gel pedi. The staff were very friendly; however, I left with a lot of pain my cuticles were cut and honestly the gel mani wasn't what I expected I live out of town and came to visit for a month and I'm very disappointed . I was really hoping to like this place, the person who did my nails didn't even apologize for cutting me. I wish they would've said sorry or offered a discount it still hurts. *DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE*It was my first time here, or at any nail salon in Ventura County. I will be coming back here for my refills. I recommend booking an appointment because they get extremely busy here. ESPECIALLY on Thursday-Sunday! I went on a Thursday(today) and it was packed. There's lots of nail tech's and lots of seating/desks/pedicure chairs. My nail tech was Sebastian, and he was extremely nice/great person to talk to! I loved his work with my nails and would love to get him again. There's many great nail tech's so you'll will get a great tech's! The prices are reasonable, not expensive nor cheap. Brian has turned this place to the place to go! He has up to date gel polishes and glitters! He is always up to date on the new trends! Make sure to make appointment because Brian is usually booked. It's only my second time but these times I have gone I have been just walk in and they still treat me great... everyone is super nice and go above and beyond to give you the best service! Best nail salon in the 805!! When I moved here 7 years ago from Phoenix I had given up on getting my nails done because I couldn't find a quality salon. Had my nails filled in a while back and I had a horrible job done. I returned on purpose to have them taken off a week later so they could see their work and it was a MISTAKE. The girl started removing my acrylic nails with a little flat stick and literally just peeling them off. It hurt! I said " don't you remove them a different way??" She said " yes, you dip your nails in a solution but takes longer." Um well she should've said that first don't you think? Would've been less painful! My nails were sensitive and hurt.
