Used to be a nice place but I won't be going back. I paid the lady, I believe her and her husband are the new owners. She short changed me and when I told her she said she didn't and walked away. I knew what I handed her because I had just taken money from the ATM. Very disappointing. Read Less

My favorite nail place! Everyone is super nice and does a wonderful job! Been going here for at least 2 years after trying many other ones in the area. Also, you can get a glass of champagne while you relax in their ridiculously awesome massage chairs and get a pedicure! Highly recommended! Read Less

I USED to love this place until they changed owners! It has completely gone downhill. I can't believe the lack of customer service from the owner herself. This is how I describe her, "she's nice because she has to be!" On the other hand, her husband is genuinely nice. It bothers me so much because the previous owners knew me by name and always took the time to simply talk to their customers. The new female owner had money signs all around her. I remember I went in with my grandma for my wedding week and ended up paying $150.00. I wasn't aware that the owner didn't charge her for eyebrows ($10). After I took money out of the ATM and tipped all four ladies, she decides to whisper to me and tell me that my grandma forgot to pay. I said "Oh! You didn't charge her?" I felt forced to pay the $10. After I thought about it, I should of told her to take that money out of the ladies tip money. Look at how much I spent! Yet, she made a big deal about $10 from a grandma! Unfortunately my standout memory is that this business only accepted cash payment. Since I was paying for an entire group of ladies, I didn't have that much cash on me. The only option was to use their in-house "atm machine" that required a significant service charge. I'm giving three stars instead of 1 because the nail techs are very competent and friendly.Read Less

I've been getting Mani/Pedis here for 10 years! Tracy is the best pedicure you'll ever have. They offer free drinks and snacks, discourage employees from speaking in Vietnamese, and forbid them to be on their cell phones during a service.Read Less

Relaxing atmosphere.. nice manicure and pedicure. Only criticism is have is I wish the technicians would speak to me and have a conversation with me, rather than chat with each other. Other than that, nice place! Read Less

I really like this nail salon. They have great prices, the people are friendly and they offer you drinks and snacks. They have signs up saying that if your technician chats during your service or uses their cell phone, you get the service free. This is not something I have found to be common at other salons. I am high maintenance, and this place is the best. Great customer services and very nice staffs. I love nails design and they have tons of them to choose from. They offer complementary snacks and beverages which I thought were really sweet. I have never been to a place that treated me so well. Read Less

This is by far the best Nails Salon I have ever been to. The atmosphere is so relaxing that I took a 15 minutes nap while they were doing my nails. I highly recommend this place to everyone. They provide complimentary snacks and drinks. If you like to read, they have at least a hundred different magazines available. You will love this place. Read Less

This is the best nails salon I have ever been to. You get new buffer and file on each visit so you don't have to worry about sanitation. They extremly strict on sanitation and disinfection of the spa chair so you don't have to worry. They offer complimentary snacks and drinks. I love this place and so do all my friends. Read Less
