I called when they opened to make an appointment. I had heard all my co workers go and get their nail done during lunch. I called made my appointment and told them I was coming in during my lunch they said okay. When I showed up and told them who I was they looked confused like they never heard of me. Each tech was working on someone nails I told them I'm on my lunch and they said to pick a color. I waited for 10 min and it didn't look like they were gonna have time for me. I had to leave due to I can't be late to work from my lunch Very disappointed 😔 heard great thing and they definitely didn't not meet the standards everyone said. Read Less

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail spot. I wanted my current set removed so I could start fresh. He started by clipping little notches into my nail and then preceded to break off chunks and pry a nail tip under my nail to peel off my old acrylic. It was very painful and was ripping layers of my natural nails l off. I asked if there was any way he could just drill them off hoping for less pain. He looked and said to give him one minute as he continued to try to rip of the acrylic. I had to ask again for him to just use the drill instead. He quickly ran over my cuticles with the drill instead of pushing them back and clipping the excess. Also very painful, and unfortunately came out very messy. The acrylic all together was uneven along with the nail shape. The gel was applied quickly and had bubbles and little grains stuck in it. When I pointed it out he just ran some more polish over it and called it a day. Very unfortunate service today. I will not be returning. Read Less

First time going; loved it. Excellent service. The day I decided to try their salon, I was wearing tennis shoes. The lady who did my nails gave me disposable sandals and a bag to put my tennis so the pedicure wouldn't get ruin. Read Less

This is my review for David and his attention to detail. He did an exceptional job and truly took every second he had to make sure all my nails looked neat, aligned and perfect! I love the color (Miami) and the way they turned out. I'm going back this evening for a pedicure in the same color! Hands down the best nail spa around OC! Great prices! The nail artists get right to business. Very relaxing atmosphere. Ivonne is a nail wizard. Highly recommend the cat eye nails. It's $10 more for the technique but super rad! Read Less
