I've been coming here for years ! I made the mistake of going somewhere else (I moved a little ways away and went somewhere closer for convenience) and what a mistake that was! I contracted a small, but worrisome, fungal infection under one of my acrylics and I was so grossed out.. the other place had left a bubble under my acrylic nail and didn't fix it, water was trapped inside and fungus ensued ! I went back to QT Nails and they were so awesome about it, helped me to get rid of it, gave me suggestions on what kind of nails I could get done (I wasn't sure I could get them done at all)  and made my nails beautiful again! Tina has done my nails twice in a row and they've just been gorgeous ! Perfectly even, not too thick or thin (acrylic), and the gel polish is pristine. She is fun to chat with, just like everyone there! They're all wonderful, they make you feel so welcome and at home. I've even gotten compliments that just make my whole week! They have a huge array of colors, both gel and traditional polish, waxing, big lush pedicure chairs and an open and aesthetically pleasing environment. I'll never go anywhere else again! Kevin did gel acrylic nails and completely aced it! I'm madly in love with this set and I plan on asking for him from now on. He was also hilarious to chat with. Definitely not a dull appointment with this guy. I've been coming to this salon for years and I'm never disappointed. I recommend coming during the week between 10-1pm if possible. I desperately needed to get a gel manicure and this place is down the street from my apartment. I always go to my spot in Lakewood, but my go-to nail technician was off for the day. Decided to look this place up on Yelp and saw their high ratings. I didn't make an appointment because I wanted to check out the vibe in person. As soon as I walked in, I felt extremely welcomed and was seated right away. I was taken care of by Eva - who by the way is soo nice and has amazinggg attention to detail! She executed the perfect gel manicure and I'm am extremely happy with the outcome. This place is now my "other option" if my go-to isn't available. I went Saturday near noon I think, it was slower then usual but still busy. I was a walk in and they sat me within 5 mins I live close by, this is my usual nail salon, they always do a good job. I went for a full set & pedicure. I noticed they got new seats, which is an awesome upgrade from what they had. The foot tray reminds of a mermaid shell. Holly guided me to my seat and automatically started the massage chair. She also did my pedicure and was great, she made me feel really  pampered. Her massage was spot on, my toe nails evenly trimmed and painted. I wanted to show them off the rest of the weekend.Jack did my full set, styled squared. He did a beautiful job! They were a little short then my regualr but tht was my fault.. I told him tht was fine. The dark blue was the exact color I wanted I think it was a 88 on their tray of nail colors. I got SO many compliments on my ombré holographic nails. The price for holographic is really reasonable, and they didn't charge me any extra for making them ombré. They have a TON of different gel colors and brands for you to choose from. There aren't early as many regular polish choices and very few OPI colors, but you could say that this place really takes the cake when it comes to its gel offerings.My nails grew out beautifully and lasted for a whole month, and when I came back in to get them soaked off I got a manicure and a regular polish change. Not sure what happened, but the polish bubbled and dried very lumpy. But the woman at the front desk was extremely nice, and invited me to come in the next day to get them all fixed. Love this place!! Eva and Hanna are the best!! Make an appointment with them or in general because the wait time could be a bit long even if they say 15-20 min that translates to 30-40 min ( LOL ). I left them for a bit to go across to the Venus Nail Bar...came back because their products are way better and last longer!! Read Less

Usually my go to place but as of lately it feels like either they're under staffed or too busy. Instead of just telling you ok 15-20 min wait they try to accommodate everyone right away, but in doing so everyone pays for it with their own time. Time is money and it's kind of annoying when your mid pedi or mani and they keep getting up to take a payment or help someone else. My sister and I went together for the same mani/pedi sat down together and she was done about 30 min before me and I still ended up leaving without my nails painted(just mani) meanwhile .... the several ladies who walked in after us were just about done They still do GREAT work, but I wouldn't recommend unless you have a lot of time that day. Finding a nail salon can be difficult, and I sadly made the mistake of going to this place.  Last week, I walked in to get a gel acrylic manicure in preparation for my vacation.  When I arrived, I explained to the receptionist what I wanted and she was EXTREMELY rude to me.  I said what I wanted, she got upset with me and said that I was confusing her by saying manicure instead of 'fill'.  How was I supposed to know the difference between the two?  I just wanted a manicure.  Thanks lady for being rude to me for not knowing the nail lingo...Correct me if I am wrong but aren't people supposed to be courteous at an establishment? Nail Salons are supposed to be a nice place to go to.  It's your chance to recharge your batteries and treat yourself.  To be honest with you--I should have said--"On second thought, I think I'll pass--have a nice night." But I didn't and I regret it.I waited for a few minutes in the chair until one of the technicians sat down and started to do my nails.  He asked what I wanted and we made some light chit chat.  He didn't clean my cuticles.  He didn't soak my fingers in water.  He simply glued on some fake nails, painted them, put them under the light for drying and sent me on my way.  If I didn't know any better--I'd say that his tools were most likely dirty.  What was even more upsetting about this was that he seemed more invested in socializing with his friends during our session.  I asked for a gel acrylic manicure and instead I got rushed with a 30 minute nail job that wasn't even WORTH the 32 dollars I was charged.  The overall look after he was finished was sloppy.  He claims he's been in this business for years and he's a professional--the results say otherwise.  I couldn't wait to just pay, leave and NEVER return.I finally had to go to another salon to remove and get a brand new set to avoid a possible infection.  I have never had such a huge issue with a nail salon before.  I shouldn't have to panic and feel like I'm in the process of getting an infection.  And if I did get some type of infection, I would have come back and raised hell.If you're looking to get your nails done here--don't.  There are far better (and cleaner) salons you can go to.I'd give this hack job of an establishment zero stars if possible. My review is years overdue. Long story short, I was a full time caretaker for my grandmother in law for 5 years. She was my everything. And QT Nails was her everything!I would bring her to QT nails every 3 weeks to get a pedicure and manicure. It's what made her happy. And of course, I got myself treated out of it as well.I always forget the owners name (I'm horrible with names ;). But she was always so welcoming to my grandmother in law, and would always find her the best pink glitter shade. :)Well, about 2yrs ago, my grandmother in law passed away. When she passed away, I decided to keep myself busy by traveling, going to concerts, etc etc.But 2 weeks ago, I decided to get a pedicure done at QT nails. Now mind you, I have not been in the salon since my grandmother passed away, and well because I just didn't want to be sad. But I thought that my grandmother would want me to enjoy the things that she did. So I stayed in the salon.As I was seated in the pedicure spa chair, the owner came up to me and said "How are you doing? Haven't seen you since your grandmother passed away." My mind was blown that she had remembered me! 2yrs later, and being 45lbs lighter!  Lol.Not only is the service exceptional, but the honest & caring customer service is wonderful. The owner even gave me a hug and said my grandmother is always with me. I of course left crying. But happy tears. Forever my nail salon, not only because it holds a special place in my heart...but they truly are the best in Orange. :) Read Less
