I have never been so disappointed in a pedicure before in my life. I was here about 2.5 weeks ago and now have ingrown nails on both sides of my big toes...that's NEVER happened to me before...I was already paying for a set of nails so this time I couldn't afford to pay for a expensive pedicure..I guess I got what I paid for... They lady doing my toes was very nice and friendly up until I told her they I could only do the basic pedi...she didn't say another word to me the grand total of 17 minutes it took to do a pedicure... her paint job was awful and the massage was 3 mins total for both legs! I was furious...I wanted to tell them I wasn't going to pay for such a bad pedicure. The ONLY thing that stopped me was the lady doing my nails. She apologized for her coworkers lack of service. I only get gel nails here. I tried doing a regular nail polish once but I was both super clumsy and the polish coats were piled on top of each other without allowing the previous coat to dry. So, never doing that again. Total waste of money($10-14 I believe). Helpful info:Although service varies by nail artist, I really like this place. Pricing is very reasonable compared to other salons and service is generally fast (usually 1hr for gel mani + reg pedi). They open sealed plastic packages of nail tools with each customer which I assume get sent off to be sanitized. They have the generic massage chairs and have two people working on your hands and feet simultaneously. Lots of colors to choose from. Clean place and friendly service. I will say that making an appointment with Terry is highly advised! She always gives me the best manicures with no air bubbles and each nail is entirely coated every time! Never end up with polish overlapping my skin which can cause premature lifting of the gel polish and ends up looking janky. I'm pretty there's a pricing menu in the pictures. For me, it's generally $3 for gel polish removal, about $25 for gel manicure, and $40-45 for gel mani and regular color match pedi. Read Less

Ugh probably one of the worst gel manicures ever.  I had beautiful long nails and she cut them all off, they aren't even even or filed nicely. The gel is clumpy and uneven my nails have that awkward feeling they get when they are too short. Super bummed out because I'm getting induced tomorrow and my nails just look like crap ! Frustrating. This place has a very friendly atmosphere. As soon as you walk in they ask you what you would like done. Typically there is no waiting unless they are really busy obviously. It is next to various restaurants and a very healthy juice bar. They also have many options for you. They do nail care, acrylics, gel, skin care, waxing, and even eyelash extensions. I assume they are good at this as well because they get a lot of regulars that come in for these various services. It's a super simple nail salon. I wouldn't recommend going if you are looking for designs or anything like that but if you want a simple gel manicure they are great. They are friendly, the place is always clean and the wait is never too long.Read Less

I Didn't liked it. My skin arround my nails are hurting en they where a little bit bleeding. They are Nice but i have my acryl nails for 2 days now and the are not looking nice. But i liked the color of the nails and the People who are working there where friendly.Read Less

Use to be a great place until new management took over and hiked up price and about the best nail design artist she moved to Hi Tek Nails on 1815 E Chapman Ave # D, Orange, CA 92867 like a 2-3 min drive from this location. I've ton with her since the age of 14 and I am now 22 my friend family and everyone love Amy. So if you are looking for great nail and nail design she's your go to girl . Read Less
