This is my second time coming here and I always leave extremely satisfied. I got my hair bleached to add blonde in it and it came out exactly how I wanted it. This is by far the best hair and nail place you can go to. I've been having Kelly tend to my hair needs for several years. Always looks great and always happy with the final outcome. I've gotten cuts, highlights, keratin treatment, several washes and styles too!!Nails always look fabulous as well. Manicure and pedicure heaven!! They use a nice cream that makes soles super soft. Kelly is amazing. She helped me with an emergency hair situation and stayed an hour and a half late past closing to fix my mishap. I also had a gel manicure done by her friend and she did a great job. Kelly is dedicated and skilled. She also offers Olaplex 1 &2 at a resonable add on price. I thought that I finally found a very good hair salon with all the services that I need in one.. But it was disappointed me when I first tried something new for my hairs. I got a Brazilian hair straightening with a guaranteed for 6 months but after 3 days it go back to normal. I called to counsel with Kelly for my hair and she said that the way it should be and she can't do anything for that. I can't believe that I spent $180 for 2 day hair straightening. What a crook!!! I called Kelly on a Monday around noon for an emergency hair appt and she was so sweet and made an appt for me at 5:30. I asked her if that was going to be enough timeto fix my hair, since they close around 7, and she said she would stay late if she had to! So sweet! She ended up staying an hour and a half past closing just to properly correct my hair mishap. She told me that her daughter's bday was the next day and that she was supposed to dye her daughter's hair after work that night,  so I thought that it was generous for her to stay late to fix my hair. She also has Olaplex 1 &2 that she can add to your color treatment for a small extra fee (less than other salons charge) and it saves your hair. She talked me into getting a gel manicure by her friend and it came out nicely. Her friend was really sweet too. Although it was a bit pricier than I expected, I didn't mind due to the emergency situation. I will be back when it's time to touch up my color. She is an awesome hair dresser and a sweet lady. I thought she did a great job, but it was a bit pricey for a small establishment. Haircut $35 and balayage $135 for shoulder length hair. I was quoted $100 for the balayage, but when I went to pay, I was told it was $35 extra because she did my roots!!! Aren't roots usually included in the color?! Read Less

This is my new favorite place to get my hair done. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming, and she usually only does hair by appointment so I like the fact that it doesn't get extremely crowded and noisy. It's very mellow and clean in the salon. I originally came in because my sister was getting her hair done. A few days before, I had gone to Alkali which was a salon in Costa Mesa. I specifically asked and showed them a picture of what I wanted, but my hair looked exactly how I had it before except shorter. Also, the fact that there were so many hidden fees did not make me happy. However, the owner at Coco2 was straight up with me about the pricing and everything. I plan on coming to this salon the next time I want to get my hair done and definitely recommend this place to anyone. The owner is extremely nice and talented. She truly cares and takes her time to work on what you'd want. I am VERY happy with how my hair turned out and my sister was as well. My hair does not feel/look brittle or dead at all. Read Less

10/2016: Kelly is amazing. What a very professional, sweet and friendly hair stylist! Her and her 2 sisters work this shop. They are very nice & the shop is very clean. It's the calmest salon I've ever been in on a Saturday afternoon. There wasn't a lot of high pitched talking from stylists or loud music. It was a very pleasant experience. The most important part of this shop is the actual service: Kelly did EXACT what I asked of her. Literally, exactly what I described. I've been to very high profile salons and spas and never had a stylist actually listen to what I want. Kelly was attentive and her coloring technique is far above average-she's an A+ colorist.I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone within a 100 mile radius! Read Less

Kelly's great! She greeted me upon my arrival and really cared about the health of my hair when she helped me decide between getting an ombre or balayage. I got an ombre and a cut which totaled up to 95, but she was sweet and kind so I tipped her another 15. She accidentally poked her comb into my eye when she was combing my hair back and it bothered my eye for a bit, but it happened before so it didn't bother me too much.
