I came here when it was the old management and it sucked service was awful and they were so rude. But now it's under new ownership I thought things would've been different but I had a friend bring their father in today who was in a wheelchair and They REFUSED to do any services on him. REALLY?! WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT OF AN ESTABLISHMENT. They obviously aren't up to date with any of anti discrimination laws you can't discriminate someone because they're in a wheelchair. He could get up if needed but still you should accommodate to your client and not turn them away because of their disability. So infuriating and you should be ashamed "professional nail". Read Less

Tim is AWESOME!! He  pays attention to every detail and is meticulous about your nails... He makes them gorgeous and I won't go to anyone else! Everyone is super nice always, even his wife does a fierce pedicure... Prices are reasonable and there is a no fee ATM! Read Less

I recently got my nails done there, it was my first time. And I am not happy with the results at all. I requested coffin shaped nails and she cut my nails shorter and she also didn't shape them correctly. My nails are crooked, she painted my skin and she didn't really bother to take it off. I've attached pictures to my review so that you guys can see for yourselves. Recently under new management!It is very well-staffed and they will take you even without an appointment. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of gel polish and it lasts a really long time without chipping! The salon itself is very spacious and bright, not cramped and crowded like other salons I've been to. This place is barely mediocre. This is a "cash only" place. They do have an ATM inside but you get fees. They don't properly shape your nail and spend the whole time talking amongst themselves. They do not apply a base coat, which is the first salon I've ever been to where they don't. It is crucial so it doesn't turn your nails yellow. If you're looking to do your nails for a special occasion I wouldn't recommend this place. If you desperately need a refill... eh they will look mediocre for 2 weeks. First time I went they were super cheap so I brushed the quality off. This time was more expensive and worse job. Will be finding somewhere new. Read Less

Quick service and excellent job. I've tried other places and my nails do not last the two weeks. I've been here 3X and my nails look good and make it to the fill without breaking or lifting.Clean, spacious location. They took me even though they were closed. This is my most favorite nail spa for a pedicure. Staff is friendly and there is plenty of room for everyone. Usually spas are small and crowded but this one is different. Prices are affordable and they always take me immediately when I walk in. They do great nail designs too. Read Less

absolute TRASH i came in for my birthday with my mother and sister to get pedicures and i brought my own color. and when i gave it to the lady she seemed shocked i chose the color i did and she was making weird disgusted faces. when she did my pedicure she didn't do a good job what's so ever and she didn't take off any dead skin on my feet and when she tried to get my cuticles she ended up cracking my toe nail, which later fell off but she painted over it anyways. she took the nail color and half ASSED it she did so bad you could see the lines from the paint and it was a light color so you needed more than two layers for it to be a solid color which she clearly didn't care about. she started talking in a different language to her coworker as they looked at my feet and started laughing. i never felt so disrespected in a nail salon. after i asked a different lady to repaint my toes because they made me feel insecure about the color i picked and she was much nicer. never going back poor service rude and TERRIBLE workers Read Less

Two stars because #1 the male technician who did my pedicure played me on scrubbing my feet. and #2 my gel manicure was literally thick as heck and looked like i was in 5th grade.The people were very nice and friendly it just sucks that the service wasn't great.I wanted a basic pedicure with no callus remover, and once i said that my male technician literally looked annoyed. And you know how they give you a pretty good basic scrub on ur feet? He gave me a JOKE of a scrub. Like it was laughable. And my get manicure came out so thick and sloppy. UPDATE: Called and spoke with Henry, the manager (or so he says). I explained the situation and not a single apology or offer to correct the bad job that was done. In fact, he had the nerve to ask incredulously if I was looking for a $10 refund. I told him to keep the money because he's never seeing another dollar from me. Avoid this place like the plague. I so badly wanted to like this place but I can't. Prices were more than fair. Clean spa. Customer service was lacking. The worst part was the actual services themselves. Got a manicure and a pedicure. Both were rushed and sloppy. Sat for 45 mins letting my manicure dry. It never dried because the polish they used was so old and thick. When I pointed that out, they applied even more of the old, thick polish on top to smooth out the bubbles and bad original paint job. Surprise surprise (not really) but 30 mins after the "fix", my nails were still not dry. I ended up asking for polish remover and taking off the thick wet polish before I left. Not once did they apologize or offer to correct this. I hope the $10 they charged me for this manicure was worth it because I will NEVER come back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUSHED & MESSY! Stay Away! I went to this place instead of my usual place because my usual place was super busy. Walked in and was greeted fine, asked for a mani/pedi w a design. Showed them the design, they said they could do it. My first sign to run should've been that the pedi chair's tub looked dusty when I sat down, but I stayed because they put a liner on the tub. The pedicure was ok, no real complaints except that my nail tech was talking to the other ones and I had to repeat myself when she was hurting me. The manicure was terrible! The lady who painted my nails did it so rushed that there was barely any drying in between coats therefore it was becoming like a thick slime with noticeable crevices. I mentioned it and she said it would be fixed w the top coat. Next comes the design, by this time it was close to closing time, the girl started my design on my left ring finger and it came out good. Someone then told her something in their language and she started doing my right hand super rushed. It was smearing and she kept layering polish to try to fix it. She through top coat on It and rushed me out. I told her it was smeared and she said it was "cute". Anyway, i go back today, Im asked what I need and I said I need to get a nail fixed (not wanting to mention the bad work in front of other customers) the man there asks me to show him, I do and he loses his mind! He starts telling me that if I left then they're not responsible, I said ok but it was late, I need it fixed anyway so I'll pay. He then says he has no time. I asked how long the wait is and he starts YELLING at me that I'm pressuring him and that he won't give me a timeframe and he's not having me cut In line and to come back at 2. I never asked to go ahead of anyone, so I tell him I can come back at 5 after work, he says he will see if he can but that if there's other people I will have to wait til all the manicures and pedicures are done for the day! I've never done acrylic nails before but I wanted to this time for an special occasion this week. I made an appointment for the same day and when I arrived I only waited between 5 to 7 minutes. Tom greeted me and was very nice and patient to explain every step. He made conversation and listened to how I wanted my nails to look. He gave me examples and good choices for my special event.
