Will never come to this place again walked out spending $80 for 2 pedicures and one full set with no polish what so ever! I Was refured by a friend excited when I came in and absolutely disappointed when I left. The manager was way rude telling me go to #5 go go she wait go go hurry.... Rushing me. The nail Tec her self also very rude. I begain to tell her what I wanted and she looked at me and said I don't have time for you, you have to go to someone else for design. The nail job is amazing but I stopped going due to the lack of customer service, the wait time and the personality of the whole facility in general. I have a busy life and I can't wait 3 hours just for nails. Every time I go, the nail lady/ man doesn't conversant with me so I just silently sit. The place is to packed all the time. This place has completely gone DOWN HILL. I got a full set today wich is suppose to be $18 and I ended up paying $26...no color... just pink podwer. On top of that the place is so dirty its like a nail sweatshop. The girl I got at table 1 did not listen to a thing I said and I ended up with nails I dont even like and cant take off... Called in yesterday to make an appointment, I asked for an experienced nail tech because I have long nails, and some nails techs do not know how to deal with long nails, the guy told me if you think my nail techs are not good enough for you, then I cannot make you an appointment! so guess what, I will no longer be coming to this place if that's the way they treat there customers! The wait is SUPER long on Saturday's! I waited an hour and after that, the lady at table 6 didn't do my nails very well. I have been going to this place for a few months usually I wait the hour because they do a good job but the guy that checks u In is always rude has a bad attitude, I got my nails done Wednesday after work I waited 55 minutes and walked out happy.. 2 days later, today, my nail broke!!! I go in and ask to get it fixed by anyone he tells me no she has to be the one to fix it, that makes no sense! I had to wait for 30 minutes!!! They are not organized with customer service takes forever . i got arclyic nails done and the man cut me and there was glue on the side of my nails. The place is too crowded and the nail stations are too close together. It's not a place to go and expect to relax while getting your nails and feet done. It's hot inside and the doors are open, which means there are flies in the shop. Read Less

My mother and I were recommended to this place, our manicures were ok not super good but they werent that bad. My mother got her pedicure done she doesnt speak english very well, she tried to tell the lady she didn't like the way she painted her nails and to be honest it looked as if my 5yr old brother had done it, so the lady pretended not to understand then charged my mom took her $20 bill n ran to the back n never came back with her change, my mom didnt mention a thing until we were home, i took her back they refuse to fix or give our money back. Ok well I tried the Ontario shop out yesterday here goes.... Mimi was my artist she occupies chair #2. I needed a new full set so we had to cut off the length of my own nails to start over with new tips. Mimi was very knowledgeable she was fast and shaped them perfectly I like my nails to be a natural narrow square round, if they are too square they look too boxy and have a tendency to snag and to me they don't look natural, typically I have to go home and reshape them but M...imi was right on point, no need to reshape. Her paint job was awsome and I even got treated to the salon specialty 3 nail treatment from beginning to the end of the nail service it took 30mins.. my pedicare was performed my another artist I did not get her name but she was very good too and took another 30mins..... The only reason I am not giving the shop more than 3 stars is because if you don't have an appointment you will have to waite for some time in a very cramp waiting area in some very uncomfortable chairs also its not the cleanest saloon but they do use sterile tools (I typically bring my own).. Overall I was satisfied with the service I would recommend you call a head for an appointment and arrive early so that you don't have to waite too long, if your going to the Ontario shop know it's not the cleanest the Upland shop is newer and more modern....
