I was really hoping to love this place since it's so close to my place, but it was sadly mediocre. I wanted a design on my big toe which is pretty standard, but it looks so terrible I'm probably going to do it myself so I can wear sandals and not have to hide it! The physical shop is nice. They only had a few people working on a Sunday which seemed insufficient for a weekend. The chairs were nice and everything looked clean. The woman who did my nails could have spent some more time cleaning up my calluses (I paid extra) and the toes but it was sufficient. The pedicure was fine but the design is just kind of sad. This place is very close to my house, I have tried coming here a few times for various services. Every time I walk in here I get a bad vibe, there are very few employees working, and they always say they never have enough time. I will never be back. Read Less

The gentleman at the front is very friendly I walked in there was no customers but one sitting at the pedicure station.I asked to get a pedicure a new set and my eyebrows waxed I needed to take off my old nails first they set me up in the pedicure I'm getting that done there's another lady but does it come over to try to take off my nails I  initially mentioned that I was short on time not to rush them but efficiency would've been great. As I'm getting my pedicure done I'm noticing that she's ignoring my oooos  and ouch when she's cutting my cuticles of my toes and stretching my toes a part for I told her that hurts before that. I figured that the job she was doing I don't want my nails to be done here or my eyebrows. My total came up to $53 and look at what my toes look like right now and I just got them done this is not what I paid for just go get my feet washed and my toes painted with color, she did not cut the cuticles that's what I went there for Read Less

I've been there twice, once for a mani/pedi/eyebrow wax, second time for a pedicure only. I did not get a good vibe from this place. The salon itself is beautiful  but all the employees never smile and are oddly unfriendly for being in the service industry. I thought I would give them another chance because I really want to like it! It's close to my home and a beautiful salon. They do a decent enough job but there isn't a large attention to detail from what I've experienced hence the 2 stars (Example: Paint left on my skin, nails not filed straight or uneven)The first time the lady doing my nails was very stern and unfriendly while doing my nails and she poured rubbing alcohol in my hangnail without warning and told me not to pick at it again. Ouch! The second visit, the lady who did my pedicure walked up and said "You pay now" as my toes were drying in the machine. I handed the other lady my card to pay. The lady who did my pedi walked back over and I handed her a few bills for a tip and she shot me a nasty look and walked away. I've never been treated so awkward at a salon. Worst manicure I have ever received. I went in for a mani/pedi. There was maybe 3 people there. I felt like they were rushing the entire time. My pedi is decent but my manicure is horrible. The guy that painted my nails seemed annoyed about helping me. He did an awful job. The staff is somewhat friendly but not great customer service whatsoever. Very disappointed! I will never go back. Went to treat a friend and we had such a good time!!  We laughed away and the ladies even laughed with us.  They did a great job on the nails and the hot stone massage was fantastic!   Sad to say though that little gnats were flying around the whole time. ... for such a beautiful ambiance I wish they'd do something about that.   Little pricey for bugs to be all over the place Read Less

I hated it here! I just had male who sits at the front desk and I told him that I wanted and I was so clear about it then he tried doing something completely different so I kindly corrected him and he just started yelling at me telling me that I never said that and was making it my fault then when he fixed it I looked at the shape of my nails to make sure I liked it and he yelled at me again about what he did wrong but I was simply just looking at it and everyone in the shop just looked at us this was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail shop and my nails didn't even come out good he just rushed itRead Less

I won't go back here. They time your pedicure. So no matter how slow the girl is, when your time is up it's up. So despite the fact that I paid for an EXTRA five minute massage, it took her 26 minutes to do the rest of the pedicure (without polish) so I got a total of 4 minutes for massage. Not 9 minutes. Stupid. I actually said something and the Owner didn't say "you know what, we'll give you the extra 5 minutes. Because you paid for it". He said "another 5 dollars". I felt I needed to find a new place after I took my daughter to my old nail salon and no one wanted to do her nails (she is 3 almost 4 years old). I had a special event to take her and mentioned that to the manage. She ended up doing my daughters nails and I could tell the manager was not happy with her staff. (I was a longtime customer and a good tipper.) They had short cumming s and other issues before but I overlooked most since they were a factory type nail shop. My friend mentioned she switched to this salon and loved the Pink and White Gel Manicure and Pedicure. I gave it a try and am so glad I did. It is best to make an appointment as they are not your fast food/ factory type nail shop. Read Less

Came in for a fill (full set done at a place out of town), and my nails lasted all of 4 days before they started falling off. Mind you the fill alone costs $35. Completely overpriced and not worth it. Service also sucks. Never going again. Read Less

Rip off! Overpriced! NEVER go! Took a lunch break to get a pedicure done. Basic pedicure. No massage or foot scrub. My request I'm extremely ticklish. Asked for jell nail polish. Price was never discussed. I'm thinking $5-10 up charge. Nothing special no glitter no flower just jell polish. After painting my nails lady said $18 up charge. I should mention...I have friends that adore this place. This is my very personal perspective...As I approached the chair, I noticed that the foot sink was lined with a plastic liner which, would have been fine if it didn't look like it had survived 14 previous pedicures.  Because this was a pseudo-treat from my friend, I said a little prayer and put my toes in. So many of the reviews rave about cleanliness...I did not get that sense.  The remote controls on the chairs were broken, missing buttons and did not work properly, The carpet was in need of a steam clean, the sink liners needed changing, etc.I'm not sure if they were about to close or if they had over-scheduled appointments, but they rushed through both of our appointments and my "extended" foot massage was very distracted and really brief.  Even my friend, who swears by this place and will cancel an appointment rather than have "her girl", said that something must have been going on.  I'll give them ONE more shot.  Otherwise...I'll stick with my usual. This place is really clean and the music isn't half bad neither. I've been too so many places when getting a full gel set on acrylics or just a regular mani with gel and I've never found a place where I really loved the way my nails looked until I went here. Definitely will be back soon. Read Less
