Now that my nails are dry I feel some rough edges in the manicure Kim did a poor job and also tried talking me out of my choice of color-and the pedicure the woman Connie didn’t check for in grown toe nails and didn’t file my feet soles.Asked for the price and was told $12 for manicure and $17 for pedicure. They charged me $31 plus $1 for paying with credit card . Have them. Tip and charges I put $40 down the drain.Dont think I’ll be back. Read Less

I was a walk in after mailing something at the UPS store next to Perfect nails.  I said why not let me give this place a try?!  No one was in there so there was no wait and I had the pleasure of having Kim she give me a new set w/gel she was very nice and pleasant and she spoke English the only thing is.  I am a perfectionist and I did tell her please keep them short well there really Short not all the same length and I can see there are some nails that appear bumpy not a smooth even texture?! the color is a pretty pink there not perfect so I really liked her pleasant personality but maybe with more practice I might give her another chance in a year?! Just walked in here for a pedicure with my friend. We waited for a long time after being told it would be 5-10 minutes. As we were about to walk out they called us back. Connie was incredibly friendly and did a great job for my friend, however the time I was waiting in my chair before they started working on my feet was absurd. The price listed for a SPA pedicure is $16. They up sold us on having the sea salt scrub but nothing else. Each pedicure was $31 when we checked out. How a 1 minute sea salt scrub could be worth $15 I have no idea. Long story short we paid double what we thought we would be and I'm really upset about it. Don't go here. Read Less

Try to avoid this place. I've been getting my nails done for years, never had my acrylics look sooooooo nasty and messy. I showed Lisa a picture of how I wanted my nails done, she said she would charge me more because of the shape, I never heard that before. Not only did she over charged me but she completely ignored my request and on top of that but she cut the skin on almost every finger and did not let me turn on the massage chair. BARWARE OF THIS PLACE!! My girlfriend and I went in, I just got my cuticles removed and she told me it would we $13 dollars, when a simple manicure is only $10 on their pricing chart. Anyway that's not not even the reason...My girlfriend went in and asked to get her acrylics removed expecting it to just be quick and painless. The first lady to work on her nails filed them soooo thin to the point where it was hurting her. When she was "done" she told her to go ahead and wash her hands. My girlfriend immediately noticed that their was still acrylic all over. She sat back down and the lady said she would file some more but my girlfriend refused as she was already in pain and was bleeding. The second lady got to working on her nails, trying to fix the previous ladies mistake and was using the cuticle removal tool to try and get some of the acrylic off and oh my god!! Her nails were already so paper thin that she punched a hole through her nail (now is this every females nightmare or what?) I will be posting a picture of the results.. if she let's me.She then proceeded to the register to charge her, my girlfriend in tears, refused to pay. How could she with that terrible craftsmanship, I do not blame her...the owner/manager lady said she didn't have to pay for hers but mine still had to be paid for. Pics are of my nails 5 days later. Awful job. Before I got a gel manicure, I asked the lady how long they would last. She said 2 almost 3 weeks. I said ok, I didnt have time to get to my regular place, so thought Id give this a try. At my regular nail shop, my gel manicure lasts 3 weeks. SO disappointed in the quality. 5 days and already done. Called the shop to see if they would fix them and she said "5 days, well thats almost a week" Right, almost a week, not even a week yet. what happened to the 2-3 weeks they were supposed to last? I'm so grateful I found this place!! Lilly was amazing, so careful and attentive to what I needed. I received the best pedicure ever, feeling so relaxed and ended up with the prettiest toes I've ever had (and I have ugly toes) Couldn't have asked for more, and Lily is so sweet!! Came as a walk in! Its close to my house so I figured I would try this place out! Let happy, nails were perfectly trimmed and painted! Only downside is a fill is the same price as a full set of acrylics. A little pricey for just a fill for me but overall a great place! Read Less

I've come here a few times and normally it has been fine.  I forgot to request Connie when I made my appointment and that may have been the problem.I called at 9am to try and make appointments for 4:30pm that day for my mom and I, they said no problem.  We arrived at 4:25pm (yes, five minutes early) and all 3 staff were busy and didn't look like they'd be done anytime soon, which I could deal with.  We ended up being taken at about 4:30pm, at this time they got us set up in the chairs and our feet in the water, didn't start the pedicure right at that time.  I was getting a pedicure and manicure and my mom just a manicure.  At about 4:50pm, two regulars came in and told them they'd be ready for them in 5 minutes, from that point on they completely rushed us.  She was annoyed when I reminded her I also had booked a manicure.  She then proceeded to completely rush that, make me reach over with the one arm rather than moving to the other side of the chair, I still have hang nails and scraggly cuticles because she rushed so much.They must have also knicked something on/in my mom's big toe because it is red, puffy and it hurts, like it is infected.With everything together I don't think either of us will be returning. I brought my four year old here on Mon to get her nails painted during our Mommy/ daughter day out. The lady that painted her nails was very friendly, my daughter likes her a lot. She took her time and my daughters nails came out great. I was shocked when she rang me up and it was only $9! Will return! Read Less

Connie is always so kind and accommodating. She does exceptional work and is very detailed and strives for perfection. Everyone here is great. It is clean and friendly at Perfect Nails. Obviously some people have ridiculous expectations and write rude reviews. Don't believe them. I have been coming here for years. Connie did my manicure and pedicure on one of the most important days of my life, my wedding! Only go due to the fact that we receive gift certificates for mani/pedi spa treatments every year for Christmas.. even after we show them the certificate we somehow get charged extra for services we don't ask for or my girls are tricked into getting some upgraded service without my consent & are not aware of the extra cost till we are checking out & of course after they have received their tips. Such a scam... my daughter has also had her finger & toe snipped by them on 2 different occassions so after this last visit, again getting charged extra by these scammers we will no longer be wasting our money on this place. They may seem nice but they're not that good, plus never trust a manicurist with dirty, unkept finger nails which is something I noticed about them. Read Less

These ladies barely speak English. Glue the tips on wrong. Won't listen. I came home and had to repaint my nails.  I can't believe this place has been in business for 4 years! A week before Christmas, in the late afternoon, it was only me and two other ladies in the shop. Place was dead. Now I know why.  There are soooooooo many nail shops around - why waste your time and money here!They are constantly trying to up-sale you - extra massage, special gel tips, etc. I had a pedicure and manicure but she wouldn't let me turn on the massage chair so I never got to relax.  Most stressful visit!If a place gets "mixed" reviews that means it's a gamble if your experience will be good or not.  I prefer places with consistently good reviews. My sister and my mother have been coming here for years. Pedicures and manicures sometimes acrylic some times gel! I have seen some negative reviews and I have to disagree. I have been going to this nail salon for years. They always use sanitized utensils and do a terrific job. They remember me and know exactly how I like my pedicures. They have the massage chairs and affordable prices. All the girls that work in there are professionals and have been doing nails for a long time. Try them! There are 2 nail salons across the street but they don't have technicians with as much experience as Perfect Nails and this nail salon even lowered their prices to the same price as the low end salons that went in across the street to compete with them.
