I’ve been going to nails club for years and never had a problem. Recently the staff has been sloppy with their work and have a bad attitudes. I recently went in to give it another shot and I asked the lady for acrylic nails and it was awful. Absolutely terrible. All my nails are a different length,clumpy, nail polish under my nails, poorly painted, and crooked. I asked if she could fix them and she gave me attitude and rejected my tip. This is my go-to nail salon. Never once had a problem. I had to wait 10 minutes at the most to get seated and started even without a appointment. I once got matte gel acrylic nails and it cost $45. Not bad. It's an extra $5 for matte top coat and $15 or $10 for gel. So if you want regular it probably would be $30-35. That's average. This is and will forever be the place I'll go to. Read Less

I never have a problem with this place . Michelle is the best . Everyone loves my son and I, we are warmly welcomed every time we go in. She does a wonderful job every time. Of course if you go at a busy time it will take a while to get serviced. Call ahead and make an appointment. I rarely do that because I can wait to have my nails done... but this place is great. My friend and I came to get our nails done, and I got there first and went inside. I said I wanted to wait for her but they rushed me into a chair and started on my nails. Then my friend came and sat somewhere else when they said she could sit next to me. When she was cutting my nails I said I wanted them really short, I said that twice and she basically ignored me. Then they moved me to a chair next to hers and there were nails left on the table from the previous customer that they didn't bother to clean. So they did my nails on top of someone else's old nails. YUCK! My friend wanted just gel and for some reason the lady couldn't comprehend and she ended up getting acrylics. They talked A LOT in their language which is a big pet peeve of mine. AND the lady doing my nails rushed to get mine done which is another big pet peeve of mine! Overall, I do not recommend. Read Less

The women here are helpful and pleasant. Such a beautiful salon with a relaxing atmosphere. They were all being harassed by one tremendously rude customer and still kept their cool and tried to make things right. Always been happy with my nails and toes here! Read Less

I have been going to this salon for a few months now.  Mostly for manicures & pedicures.   They usually do a good job, but this last manicure  I had was the quickest manicure  I have ever had. It may have lasted 5 minutes, in fact the person next to me was getting a manicure & they were there before me, and still sitting when I was done.  I will continue to go here, but if I have another quickie manicure,  I will seriously have to think about it ! I got the #4 pedicure with the hot wax and sugar scrub. The hot wax and sugar scrub were great and she took her time. However, the paint job was poorly done and not neat and my toe nails were trimmed uneven. Read Less

I have coming here for about 5 years. Love the gals. Everyone is nice and they do good work. The hand painted murals on the wall and ceiling give the place a relaxing atmosphere. Michelle does a great job with my acrylics. Read Less

This place should be shut down by the health department.  I went in for a pedicure and not one thing used on me was sterilized. The women actually used a scrub brush on the purple foot scrub to get it ready to use again. She did an adequate job on the pedicure but I will never return because I prefer  clean sterilized tools. I have been coming here to Michelle for a long while now. Every situation that has had me go to another place I end up regretting and having the worst experience or work done and I end up in front of Michelle to clean up the mess. she is always on point and takes care of me. Worst experience ever. Where do I begin.. Decided to get my nails done here because I have been a long time customer. Usually I get the male who does my nails and he is great. Today was my first time getting a female. Don't know her name. But she is relatively in her late 30s early 40s. She has fake eyelash extensions. Midway into getting my acrylics she dials someone up and starts chatting on the phone while using a sharp tool to shave underneath my nails. While she was chuckling into the phone with her head to the side, she slices my skin open underneath my nail. To my surprise it was a rather large cut. She apologized. Didn't offer any sort of first aid kit to tend to it. I had to ask for all of that at the end. My total was $45. To my knowledge it's very unprofessional to call someone for a casual conversation while with a customer. Not only does it prevent you from communicating well but also it distracts you. I told her exactly that and she immediately got offended and told me "don't say that. You pay $45" I told her no, I'm not paying for a service that did not live up to its standards. Why should I have to pay full price for YOUR mistake. I told her I would give her 60% which is $30. (I think that's generous honestly) she told me she was going to call the cops. So I told her ok.. I left the $30 , told her she needs to be a bit more professional and left. Not even 10 feet out of the store she runs out and screams "f**k you b**tch don't ever come back". The woman hummed the entire time doing my nails, cut me due to her lack of detail, and did my French tip manicure completely uneven. I've had my nails done here before, but by another woman and she was so amazing, I wish I could of had the same experience again, now I'm never going back. Also, the woman handed me back my change and literally stared me down until I tipped while counting it out, it was the most uncomfortable and frustrating nail experience, just avoid this place! I could have done a better job on the pedicure. Toenail was cut in a crooked way, and paint was pooling at my cuticles. She got paint on my skin. Stood over me when I made the tip and made it clear cash was preferred . Won't be back. Read Less

It was my first time here. Got a mani(gel)/pedi and they took their time with the cuticle & filing. What a change from Happiness Nails! Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is I didn't like that they were constantly speaking vietnamese . When you're running a business it's just rude. But I liked the work they did. Read Less

I normally don't like men doing my nails but the man working there did a good job. Not all my nails are even, some thicker than others but overall they are presentable. He really took his time doing my nails. I only see flaws when I look for them. He properly added an arch to my full set, which NO ONE ever does correctly. Only thing I wish he did different was checking to make sure all my nails were the same length, shape and thickness. I work in a casino and it's hard to work with long nails. I had asked him for short coffin nails. He said they wouldn't look right if they were short  so I had to settle for long nails. Not sure if I'll come back here unless I'm in the area but overall it was a good experience, nice and friendly nail techs. Read Less

My daughter and I were at camp Pendleton visiting her fiancé. We decided to get a pedicure.  Sorry to say we picked this place. The ladies who did our pedicures were complaining about our previous pedicure and the nail polish(we had been driving from Ga on an adventure-yes they needed work hence why we went). The lady doing mine started talking about the lady doing my daughters pedi every time she could. It seemed they were at odds with each other and the lady doing my daughter even dug a little too deep and was mumbling and rolling her eyes.
