Worst nail service I have ever had! I went in without checking reviews because I only needed my overgrown acrylics removed. The "technician" was so rough. She cut me with the dremel various times. I had to ask her twice to soak my nails, when she was trying to simple pry the artificial nail from my real nail! OUCH! Very painful. My nail beds are still very sore. Worse manicure and pedicure in my life! I left bleeding and my nails look awful. Carol needs some training. She rushed the whole time and is very rough. What a waste of time and money trying to get some pampering done. Couldn't relax for a minute at all. This is my third time here and I have never had a good experience. I have nothing but kind words for Kim.   I went here after a horrible experience at a nail salon.   My daughters friend has Kim do her nails and she has done them for the past 5 years. Success of any business depends on quality customer service, customer experience and the quality of service or product provided.  -the customer service was absent and experience was poor.  Speaking with the nail technician was challenging, not due to a language barrier, but rather an unwillingness to listen.  She continued to up-sell until it was uncomfortable. -the operational status of the chairs was about 25%-50%.  One didn't didn't have power available to it or was broken and the other functioned for a short period and would not power on again.  The waiting area had two chairs, contained little room for customers to walk past to choose a nail color.The service provided to my fiancé was subpar.  He wanted a good basic pedicure, but for what he received, he could do better himself.  She clipped the nails, but didn't file them or clean underneath the toe nails.  She didn't even buff his nail beds.  She was more concerned with hitting the mark of a ten minute leg massage then doing anything else.  Additionally, the towels were stained.  We will not return here or provide any positive reference for this establishment.  Had we reviewed the two star rating prior to this experience, we would've kept driving.  Thanks Yelp for reminding me why you matter. I walked in to get a pedicure, THEN read the reviews (dummy me). I couldn't believe how bad they were. I stayed anyway.My experience was fine after all was said and done. The girl DID upsale me, but that was my own fault in giving in. It included a foot massage, which she timed with a timer (yes, it was 5 min). There wasn't much massaging, mostly rubbing with plastic gloves (doesn't do a thing for me, but oh well . . .). It wasn't horrible either. She did a nice job on my polish and now, more than a week later, my nails look just the same. So, I'm happy. Hmmm, I would go back if I'm in the area and need a quick pedi. I'd just pay for the plain-old pedicure though. If I was going with a friend or to get pampered, I'd pass.There you have it. Hopefully they read the reviews and improve their customer experience. It's a huge place (2 store fronts I think) and can handle a lot of people. It'd behoove them to get it right - us So Cal's love our pedis. :) Read Less

I went in to get a filled. The asian male who helped me filed my nails too thin and I said they were too thin he said well it would look better that way. He shouldn't have been doing my nails the way he wants it's obviously what I want because there my nails. I noticed he got frustrated because he had to redo them. After he tired to fix it I was tried because was still messed up I asked for someone else to fix my nails and a asian female came to help she said she was going to try her best. As she was fixing my nails she said that I needed to pay before she can paint my nails. I had asked why. She made an excuse that the register was closing I told her I wont pay until you finished and plus I noticed that a customer that was there did not even paid yet. she told me that she did. she got up and left without finishing her job. The manger came to me and I had told him that if I can get a discount because I was unsatisfied with my nails shape and the male had cut me to top it off the two workers who helped me were rude. The manger told me he was going to give me a discount and the lady over heard and she no she needs to pay the $34 because she had "fixed" them. The manger took over and finished my nails. I've been coming here for about a year and I always ask for specifically for Donna. I AM HARD ON MY NAILS! Rock climbing, working on cars and bikes-I have never lost a nail, had one crack, or even a chip since Donna has done them. This woman is amazing and she's got a customer for life!  I made the mistake once of having someone else do my nails while I was in Yuma for a weekend and the difference was night and day. They were chipped and cracked within 24 hours and I was quite disappointed-luckily Donna fixed me up and made them good as new.  I will not make that mistake again! Also, they always get me in right away without a wait, and although she works quick-her work is top notch. I am beyond ecstatic about having found someone who can keep my hands looking pretty even though I'm so rough on them. I usually come in for a fill every 2.5-3 weeks and get a new gel color. Do not go here!! I contracted a nail fungus from one of the techs who admitted to me that she has a fungus after my second or third visit to her. Obviously she is the one I got it from. I didn't even know that a good establishment will not work on anyone with a fungus. She should not even be working there. And there was no sterilization of tools, or throwing away of used emery boards or buffers. Just saving it all to use again on some other unsuspecting victim. Now I'm trying to get rid of the fungus before I hopefully find a new place with better sanitation rules. Read Less

This place is terrible! I went in for a Spa pedicure. The sign says that you get a 10 minute foot message with the basic Spa Pedicure Service. The lady only messaged my feet for a total of 2 minutes. While messaging one of my legs she called someone on her cell phone! I will not ever go back to this place! They really need to learn customer service! Read Less
