I am giving 4G Nails 5 stars because of the excellent service I had received and I wanted to wait until my second visit when I got my fills. My first time coming here, I didn't have an appointment and they were able to fit me in for a pedicure and acrylic gel set. As the same thing for my fills, I didn't have an appointment and they were able to fit me even though it seemed like they were busy!My pedicure felt amazing and my nail technician did an amazing job on the polish. Two weeks later (today) I have no chips whatsoever. At the same time as my pedicure, I had a different nail technician work on acrylic set. And I have to say that definitely made me feel like royalty! I was very pleased with the work done on my fingernails as well. Made sure it was the shape and length that I wanted. My fingernails didn't break/chip nor did the nail polish so I am very pleased by that. I would have the same for my service the second time I visited for my fills. Extremely unhappy with this place. I was looking forward to a nice relaxing pedicure and when we get there, there's more people then there are staff. Not to mention our appointment was at 11 am and as I'm sitting there 3 more people walk in with the same appointment time but yet again not enough staff. They should of called us or rescheduled other people's appointments. Extremely bad customer service for that. It was not smart on their end. One chick started working on both my friend and I. Excuse me but I'm paying for service and I expect to get good customer service. They apologized but it still wasn't good enough for me. I literally didn't have a chick working on me until 11:30. Not to mention the man and woman that came in I can tell we're irritated too bc they walked up from there pedicure when ONLY ONE lady was working on them. That is just disgusting. Don't touch my feet then touch another persons that is just not right. I don't care if we're friends, partners related or what. You need to be a little more cleaner than that. I literally walked up I was so pissed off I left and just had them take off my polish and cut my nails and they still charged me $10 for that. Are you kidding me? After your screw up your still going to charge me after I sat there 30 min after my appointment. I just was NOT HAPPY and will never return!! Walked in last Thursday around 11am, there was no wait. I got a pedicure and gel polish change. The pedicure was nothing amazing during the massage portion I felt like I just had lotion being rubbed into my leg. My gel polish looked amazing when I left but I wanted to wait a few days before writing a review. It's been 5 days and the polish is lifting on the edges and near the cuticle, it's also already chipping. I'm very disappointed with the quality of my service. Will not be a repeat customer. I really enjoyed my manicure and pedicure with Sarah. I picked out the Peppermint pedicure and Ultimate 4G Manicure. It has all the works! What I specially like is that they provide a plastic to cover the bowls. Sarah was very detailed with applying the polish and the massage was also great! They are all so polite and friendly. I came in for a pedicure and a gel manicure. The lady was really nice and did a good job, however, I contracted an infection called paronychia as a result of the pedicure  I really wanted to like this place but I don't think I'll be returning, unless its only for a manicure Read Less

I've been going here for about 4 months now the pedicures here are amazing they put the plastic cover over which I like, very sanitary. My favorite is the peppermint pedi . I always see people trying to do walk-ins but it's usually busy so I suggest booking an appointment before you go in. First time coming here (7/15/17). Great experience. Had a manicure and pedicure done. Loved that I was able to get French manicure on my natural nails. As a stay at home mom, that was a big plus for me as I like to keep my nails short. Very pleased to see that even though they were getting a lot of walk-ins they didn't rush to get job done and where only scheduling on available times. They were friendly and professional. Definitely my go to place for my pedicure! This is my second time and happy once again! I'll definitely have to try other pedicures other than the traditional if I have time. There was no wait I came in noon on Tuesday. Always good to know when the rush is so you can avoid and bee go somewhere right before closing unless you have no choice! I know it's not common to have glitter acrylic tips anymore but it was my birthday weekend and I wanted something different and sparkly. I get there and was pulled back at my appointment time which was nice. The tech asks what I want so i tell her full set with glitter tips. Blank stare back. Tech: You want glitter tips? Me: "yes like pink and whites but instead of white tips I want glitter acrylics" blank stare. So I pull out my phone and show her pictures of what I'm trying to describe. Tech starts talking in Vietnamese to other techs who are now staring at me. Then she gets up and is looking all over the place and comes back with white glitter sacrylic powder and tells me that's all they have. I say ok. I want that on the tips then. Tech is still confused. Starts talking to other techs in vietnamese again. So after their conversation she tells me she's going to glue on white tips and clear acrylic over then paint glitter shellac on tips but it's going to be $7 more. So I tell her I'll just do regular full set and we will just paint them to make it simple. They still charged me $42. To me that's too pricey for a full set that weren't even pink and whites. The ladies did a very good job. I had a mani and pedi and hair cut. I thought I said i wanted tips when i called for my mani, i guess i didn't. I'm very pleased with this place! I read the reviews and was eager to try it out. I got the Rose Pedal and coconut milk pedicure for $45 and it was totally worth it. The manicurist who helped me out was very patient, clean and took her time with my pedicure. She was really thorough with the leg/foot massage while gentle with taking out an ingrown nail. As just a walk it The entire time I felt pampered and welcomed, She didn't rush through my service and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Second time here was a fail. The tech that was doing my manicure cut my cuticles to where she caused me pain and I flinched. I noticed she didn't clean underneath my nails, yet was proceeding with the gel process of my manicure. Brought this to her attention, she caught an attitude about her cleaning them at the end...you can't clean under the nail at the end.  By adding the gel you're locking the dirt under the nail. Long story short she attempted to clean under my nails at the end but it was a piss poor job. My previous experience was better,  but was a different tech. I won't be going back.  I'm not spending my hard earned money on a 1/2 @$$ job + attitude. The pedicure tech wasn't too bad,  the leg massage was lacking tho.  I feel like this is one of those shops you have to get a specific person or you won't get a good job. Read Less

Absolutely brilliant and wonderful interaction with Hair 2 Sole. I have been a mall/supercuts hair person for years now, always bouncing back and forth between less then good and worse for haircuts. Was brought her for the first time by my daughter-in-law as a birthday gift for a pedicure. The lady's there are very nice and friendly and took very good care of us. First the boring stuff: I went in for a cut and style with Ally. The environment was cute, welcoming, and clean, parking was great, and my appointment started on time and I was there about an hour. I thought the prices for services were reasonable and very competitive with certain chain shops. Now the fun part: I have very thick hair that I color myself. This was my first appointment with a salon that requires an appointment in about 6 years or so. I usually just run in for ...a trim someplace on a whim when I have time. Ally was very knowledgeable and totally understood my style. We talked about a plan for a color and cut for an upcoming wedding, and she had some great suggestions as well as some care ideas between color sessions. The best part was that she didn't make me feel like I was strange for wanting something a little edgy or different. The Cons: I feel it wouldn't be a fair review without at least one. The shop is nestled in Bridgeville very close to the 79 interchange. Traffic gets a little heavy near here during rush hour.
