Worst customer service!! One of the employees got mad when I told her I no longer wanted a regular mani, that I wanted a full set. She started screaming saying that when i called I said just a manicure, whats the big deal? The place was empty and had 3 other employees just sitting around. Lily was no help when I told her if someone else could do my nails due to the fact that the other lady was rude. After this experience never again!

I went there last Saturday November 11, 2017. I end up falling asleep waiting to be served. When I awoke, I asked the lady how much longer would it be for her to replace one nail? She told me in about an hour more. I thought it was very disrespectful for me as a high tipper to wait basically 2 hours for a nail technician to glue on one single nail. As a matter of fact I think this place deserve two and a half Stars prior to my visit on last Saturday I would have given them four stars three and a half tops

I only come here for their waxing service because I can do my own nails at home. They always do a great job with my eyebrows and never once messed up mine. A lot of people think they are rude and I could understand why. Part of it is because of their limited English skills. It's hard for them to effectively communicate in English with a more professional manner. The second reason is, they speak very loudly as if they are at home. So I do agree with other Yelpers that they do need to work on their communication skill.

I only come here for their waxing service because I can do my own nails at home. They always do a great job with my eyebrows and never once messed up mine. Rude. Been there 3x turned down twice, because no is ever there to do my nails... never any colors just terrible all the time. Can be cleaner

I have been going to this place for years & I still go there now. Great work, No rushing you out, & have the cutest designs everrrrr! Never running out of colors & they also have " mood change " color...

Never running out of colors & they also have " mood change " colors. Love this place. This is literally the only place that I get my nails & eyebrows done. On that note : Lili has been doing my eyebrows for almost 8 years now! Great prices for great perfectionist work!

Worst customer service!! One of the employees got mad when I told her I no longer wanted a regular mani, that I wanted a full set. She started screaming saying that when i called I said just a manicure, whats the big deal? The place was empty and had 3 other employees just sitting around. I went there last Saturday November 11, 2017. I end up falling asleep waiting to be served. When I awoke, I asked the lady how much longer would it be for her to replace one nail? She told me in about an hour more. I thought it was very disrespectful for me as a high tipper to wait basically 2 hours for a nail technician to glue on one single nail.
