I came here for my wedding nails along with my sister. 10 points for all staff here. The entire of staff are quick and enthusiasm. Great staffs. I also have never had a manicure which wasn't painful. Went here based on the stellar reviews but I did not get the same experience as others. I made an appointment but was rushed through it because there were a lot of walk ins that never got turned away. They also did terrible on my eyebrows, they were waxed and I was not even asked if it was how I like it or anything, they just said "okay done." I've had my nails done at many places, and this is as good as it gets. High quality, friendly staff, and a Happy Place. I'm still showing off my my finger and toe nails to friends "Hey, look at my toenails, aren't they pretty?!" much to their annoyance. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a business. I am giving two stars only because they said they could do a pedicure 45 minutes before they closed. First, the massage chair and foot bath was never put on. The pedicure lasted maybe 10-15 minutes max. The killer was when I was waiting for my nails to dry the girl went outside talking on her phone while everyone else was counting tips. I felt as if I needed to hurry up and pay so I took care of that. Then everyone disapeared. I had to take the paper towels out from my toes and struggle to get out of the chair to put my shoes on. Everyone walked to the back and left. No one even acknowledeged me as I walked out because  no one was there. The woman who did my nails did not know what she was doing (it sounds like I got the same "back-up / someone's mom" as another reviewer). All I wanted was a simple manicure and it was the worst one I've ever had. I could tell she had no experience as soon as she started to file my nails, and I should have left then (I ended up re-filing my nails a couple of times when she got up). She ended up cutting me, and two days later it still hurts and the nail polish is already peeling. Also, I understand english not being a first language, but if you are providing a service, I do think you should at least have a few basic terms related to your service under your belt...every time I said something, she just said "yes" and nodded her head, but clearly had no idea what I was asking. As I'm sitting here getting a mani/pedi I just want to walk out, but I will not, ONLY because I have a gift certificate, thank the higher power that I did not pay out of pocket! The worst service, the worst manicure & pedicure!! I don't ever plan on returning, but I thought I'd put my two cents in on my experience at this establishment. I told them not to thin my eyebrows out at all. And I left with thinner eyebrows. Their only comment was they will grow back nicely. I didn't want to wait I just wanted a clean up and they couldn't even accomplish that. Horrible at listening and didn't give me what I wanted at all. Now I need to get eyebrow extensions because they left me with little hairs. Horrible service don't go here if you have thick eyebrows and want to keep them thick. Read Less
