I always judge nail salons by how detailed they are with the nail application. I had Q and she was magnificent. I got a short French manicure with gel and it came out beautifully. This will be my favorite spot from now on. When I started coughing Q and another employee asked if I needed water. Another employee shared with me and another client lunch they received from a Chinese restaurant close by. By far the best service I EVER received at a nail salon. Q really took her time with me. My pinky nail was broken and she took extreme care not to hurt it. I totally love this place. Two well manicured thumbs way up👍🏽👍🏽💅🏽💅🏽🙎🏽♂️

This morning my nail broke. I usually get mine done in Pinole. I work in Oakland and googled Nail shop so i can fix. I found this place. Theresa did a fantastic job! I will be back!

Came in super last minute because I was visiting Oakland from Sacramento and had a lot of time to kill but needed my nails done. I called them at 2:30 and they said someone will be available in 30 min...
Came in super last minute because I was visiting Oakland from Sacramento and had a lot of time to kill but needed my nails done. I called them at 2:30 and they said someone will be available in 30 minutes. In 30 mins they sat me down and did my toes and my full set acrylic. One thing I hate about nail salons usually is that when theyAre busy with appointments and walk ins, nail techs will rush filing and painting my nails.Even though they were busy and had other appointments, Amy still took the time to file down and make sure my nails were the right shape, she made sure each coat of polish was even, while working quickly enough at the same time, which I really appreciated. Definitely will be back next time I am in Oakland.

The tech who did my nails was fantastic and efficient. I am very particular about not having any gel nail polish on my fingers before they are set under the UV light. She was meticulous about making sure that was not happening. My nails look excellent! I had a gel mani and a regular pedicure for 50 + tip, which is very well priced for the value. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. It was great!

I absolutely love getting my nails done at Ann & Amy's Salon. I won't go anywhere else! The salon has a very pleasant atmosphere and a plus is they are affordable!

This nail shop is exceptional, as soon as you walk in you are greeted by one of the wonderful ladies that work there. The nail salon has huge window that help light the place up and emphasize the beautiful pink and purple wall colors. it's a very quiet and comforting place to spend your afternoon pampering up. everything that was used was sanitized and the nail files were brand new every time. It's very clean and sanitary.I love the fact that doors are always open and the salon is always ventilated and there isn't that acrylic sting in the air. I always look forward to going to ann& amy nails,because i know that not only will i get great and fast service but it's affordable and everything that i would expect from a great nail salon.
