Their hours at the store say 930 online says 10 so I went with 10. No one was there to open until 1015. I was the 2nd person there (got there just before 10) and they said it would be a 30 minute wait. I needed a pedicure and manicure and they weren't going to be able to do them at the same time. The good: at the last minute, late on a Saturday afternoon(4:30PM) they scheduled us for 5:15 PM appointments one pedicure and one gel manicure. The salon was clean the massage chairs were nice and in good working order and the ladies working there were very friendly and professional.There were limited colors, but good quality polishes and I found what I wanted as did my daughter.When we arrived there was one person getting a Mani-Pedi and at least five others getting various other services(manicure acrylic's gel nails etc.) The Bad: it was a very.long.wait.-still I appreciated them making time for us to come in. There were only two manicurists working and a third girl who was assisting with various tasks.As I said I was very thankful that they took the time for us to come in and so I'm not complaining about the wait....my daughter got a manicure with gel polish. There was not room for her at the nail bar as there were so many people waiting for their manicures acrylics etc. so she sat in a pedicure chair. The light that is used for a gel manicure was placed on her lap(which I wasn't super keen on) The gel manicure was twice the price of a regular manicure and gel polish is supposed to last and be nearly impossible to remove(The last time my daughter had gel polish she tried to remove it herself unsuccessfully and we had to go to a salon and pay them to remove it) so I was pretty surprised when two days after her manicure not only was the gel polish chipping but she was able to peel all of it off so that the nails had absolutely no polish left on them. I'm not sure if something was wrong with the polish or if some part of the process was missed but I was pretty disappointed to have paid so much and had it last such a short time. We may go back to this salon as it is one of the few places local and the only place that seems to be open past 5 PM but we will not be getting gel polish again (here)for sure. Read Less

Wonderful experience! Just moved to the area from Santa Barbara. On a whim decided to pop in here to get a pedicure, mind you I have visited the same person for more than a year in SB, and I was so incredibly pleased! Called and was able to make an appointment 15 mins before they closed.  The nail technician was quick, but didn't rush through my manicure and even gave me special oil for my dry skin.  Easily one of the best manicures I've gotten at a very reasonable/competitive price. Read Less

Wow!  That was FUN!  Stopped into this unassuming parlor for my first pedicure and it was a great experience.  Lisa knows her way around a foot.  She cut, scrubbed, rubbed, and nurtured my feet like they've never been before.  She's one cute lady that Lisa, making kind conversation as she labored away.  Beth worked on my buddy who was with me and she was cracking jokes and telling us stories of being in Vietnam for the Tsunami.   We'll definitely be back.The shop is clean.  The chairs are lovely, providing a nice massage (with several variables) that was in motion my entire visit.  This place rocks! They open early and are open when they say they're open. Extremely friendly and professional ladies there. Beth and Lisa were very fun and kept me entertained. Went in for a pedicure. My first though certainly not my last. Clean studio. Plenty of parking. I got the deluxe pedicure and thought the experience was well worth the cost. Highly recommended. Read Less

The first time I went I got a manicure from Johnny and then a pedicure, They were all friendly and nice to me. I was impressed. I came back and Beth did my nails. She chastised me for not coming back sooner (I was out of town) and that my nails grew out too long. I came back again and she wasn't friendly at all. I then went to Europe, and was gone three weeks, and when I came back the fourth time, she was down-right nasty to me. She wouldn't even talk to me or answer me when I spoke to her. She obviously doesn't need the business, because I gave them mine four times, but will never, ever go back. I don't need to be treated that way. I come here every 2-3 weeks and get a gel manicure. And I never leave disappointed. Beth and Johnny always do such an amazing job and are always so friendly. They're great with kids and If you have an infant or toddler, bring them! Their employees always play with then and keep them busy. Their prices are average and compatible with other salons. I've been twice now...  Once about a year+ ago where I was Definitely over-charged for a Spa Pedicure.  I just wasn't happy then either on the way I was treated...More recently...  A few days ago, I was hot (our 102 degree heat-wave late April) and wanted to relax.  I went in thinking I would just be careful about what I was ordering so not to be reamed dollar-wise.  Well, I was in the middle of getting a wonderful pedicure, but someone (probably a returning customer) came in and asked for the person I was getting my pedi from, and I was "Old News".  The remainder of my pedicure which ought to have taken at least another 20 minutes was expedited in 5 minutes.  Then I was booted out of the reclining chair in the middle of my Spa chair massage!  To top-it-off, not only was the television BLARING Loud, but the manicurist flipped on the radio and a song she liked (I guess) came on and UP WENT THE VOLUME!!!  And it never was turned back down to a more comfortable level afterwards.  The lady in the chair next to me and I requested for it to be turned down and it was OBVIOUS that that same manicurist DIDN'T want to...  So reluctantly a few obvious few minutes later she turned it down 1 tiny notch!I will NEVER GO BACK! I would have given this place a whole 5 stars, but I was left to wait for about 20 - 30 minutes before I was seen. (but don't let that be a deterrent, I was a walk-in)Anyway, this place was very clean, I watched the dude clean all his tools and stuff, the staff was friendly, and they had a great polish selection. They had mostly new OPI and Essie, which are my favorite brands.When I went in my nails were super grown out and 2 were broken.
