They donβt welcome walk-inβs even when they have a sign saying they are.. they didnβt even try to reschedule me. rude & Bad service!

I had a great experience at NJ Nails. The woman who did my gel manicure was very professional and did an amazing job. Highly recommend this spa to all my friends.

I like the pedicures here and will continue to come back for those. Β I have given the mani's 3 shots and have been disappointed for different reasons each time - nails were cut way too short (after being asked if I just wanted them filed), cuticles nicked multiple times in a mani and poor attention to detail with the nail filing - leaving nails with snags on them. Β Like I said - I'll be back for the pedicures but will be skipping the mani's going forward.

I heard great things, so I came to get a mani-pedi. The service was great! I loved my experience. It was decadent, fun, and timely. My nails looked amazing, and didn't chip.Then, I got foot fungus. After talking to my podiatrist, this is the only place it could have come from. They put plastic bags in the pedicure sinks, but still use jets, which defeats the purpose. Don't get a pedicure here. After all the medical follow up, this is the most expensive (and gross) pedicure I've ever gotten.

#fail I've been coming here for 5 months and although I think they do some of the best nails in this area (hands mainly, pedis are just so-so)...which I guess isn't saying much...I am consistently disappointed with the attitudes of the staff and general customer service. Β A few times they've even skipped the hand & arm massage part of my gel manicures and the acrylics don't even come with an actual "manicure" or cuticle trimming which is ridiculous. Β The pedi massages are usually so uninspired that halfway through I honestly just wish they would stop.Everyone here just seems super checked out...Clients shouldn't be given attitude for a correction request or have to monitor the process so closely in order to avoid leaving with polish bubbles...different colored polish (ex red under a French)...uneven lengths or gobs of polish/acrylic dried under their nail edges.I think it's time to find a new place. Β Any suggestions are welcome.

I like the pedicures here and will continue to come back for those. Β I have given the mani's 3 shots and have been disappointed for different reasons each time - nails were cut way too short (after being asked if I just wanted them filed), cuticles nicked multiple times in a mani and poor attention to detail with the nail filing - leaving nails with snags on them. Β Like I said - I'll be back for the pedicures but will be skipping the mani's going forward.

I heard great things, so I came to get a mani-pedi. The service was great! I loved my experience. It was decadent, fun, and timely. My nails looked amazing, and didn't chip.Then, I got foot fungus.
