This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon! They recently remodeled and it looks amazing. I went in for a gel manicure and it was everything I wanted and more! My nails were perfectly shaped and well taken care of and the hand/ arm massage was to die for and she even wrapped it up with a neck and shoulder massage. I'm mom of 6months old and 4th grader, so every time I go for cosmetic service, I need to schedule our nanny as well. I made an appointment at Fancy Nails for waxing in advance, the man took my phone, name, and I even wrote it for him on a note, that he gave me with date and time, to make sure that they won't miss anything. When I came for my appointment, stuff start to actively talk with each other not in English, than about 5 minutes after, the woman, who was doing some lady nails came to me , and said "I'm sorry, but we can't serve you right now. He told me that you made an appointment, but I forgot to put you in schedule. Can you come tomorrow?". I said "No, I was need to hire nanny to come to you, I can't come tomorrow". Sorry to say, about a month ago, I had the worst pedi ever! She spent a total of 12 min's, that's from me sitting in the chair until she painted my toe nails....wow...and what a mess that was........wish I would have gotten her name. A different gal did my finger nails. Not as messy as my toes however messy all the same. My nails lifted with in a couple of days and two nails chipped off. This gal came recommended to me by a hair salon owner on Grant. I won't say the name of either. Only gave one star because you have to mark at least one star to post.
