I like schedules. I'm a schedule person. So "appointments only" is my favorite part. Many of the negative reviews I see on here are about "appointments only" are these people angry because perhaps they felt that they were going to be the exception to the rule? It clearly states on YELP, the business website, and several signs in the front of the business, that they are APPOINTMENTS ONLY.Moving on to an actual review. I love that Pink Daisy nail salon offers CND Shellac. That is what brought me here. Janette does a great job on my nails every time. I never feel rushed. I like the private quiet atmosphere. Best nail salon in town!! I love coming here the atmosphere is so relaxing from the music to the colors on the walls. Janette always does a good job on my nails and never rushes through her work. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I came in to the nail shop 45 minutes before closing and was so happy to see that it was empty on a Friday night.  Janette asked what I needed help with and I said a gel manicure and she sat down and said that she wasn't taking any more appointments and mind you that the place was empty. She didn't offer any other help. It's sad when you try to support a small business and they don't even offer great customer service. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone due to Janette refusing to help me when the place was to remain open for another 45 minutes. Read Less

I'm slightly torn about this location.I found this place via a friend who previously worked at the salon. I took my 15 year old sister last year as a "treat" on her birthday. The nail techs there are super nice. The price for the manicure was a bit much though. I didn't mind the $15 cost difference from my normal salon due to the fact that they seemed more sanitary, offered me refreshments and seemed to use more high end products. Sister's happy with what she got, so I'm happy.Fast forward 9 months later. I had an acrylic set done at another location. I needed to have them filled. I was not aware that they DO NOT OFFER ACRYLIC SERVICES. Everything they do is hard gel (which i personally don't like.) I asked how much it would be to re-do the acrylic to hard gel and get the designs i wanted... they said $100. I nearly shat myself. Really?I asked if there was an option for them to just do a design, they said $20. If it wasn't for Marina, i would've just said "eff it" and looked else where but she does GREAT nail art. So i ended up getting my fill elsewhere for $16, and paid the $20 for the nail art. What they wanted to charge me $100 for ended up costing me $50 after i calculated tips and what not.. The manager (or what i assume is the manager,) there isn't really friendly. She is extremely snippy to the employees in front of clients which i thought was rude and gives a bad vibe to everyone who is being serviced. You can definitely try this location. It's a "home-y" vibe as they sit you in couches for pedicure, but as someone else mentioned, you definitely need an appointment. It's poorly staffed, and I've never seen a walk in get serviced before. PINK DAISY MANAGER: YOU NEED MORE EMPLOYEES!!! I don't understand how you can just give away business like that. Granted, the girls there did offer to schedule future appointments but all walk ins declined them.And to top it off... i just found out Marina and Jenny are no longer at this location. The two nail techs who did the better jobs are no longer there, meaning i need to either A) find Marina and continue to have her do my nail art or B) hope to God i find someone who's at least half as good as she is. I visited the salon last week and had a fantastic experience. I got there after work at 5:15 on a Tuesday for a mani/pedi walk in. I didn't know that the Pink Daisy manicure and pedicure took 45 min each, but Janette said that she would still take me. She was professional and had a sweet personality and stayed late by herself past closing time to finish my mani/pedi, which was greatly appreciated. Getting a mani/pedi here was way better than any other place I've gotten one before. The deco was cute and inviting, like something out of Pinterest. The tools were all sterile, not like other places where they used the same dirty instruments on every customer. She didn't cut my cuticles or sand down my nails for no reason. They have big comfy cushion chairs instead of those massage chairs that feel like they're stabbing you in the back or are impossible to sit in when turned off in the wrong position. I also liked that it didn't smell like ammonia and acrylic when I first walked through the door. Janette also paid great attention to detail throughout both of my services; it takes a little longer but it's well worth it to get a better result, which I appreciate. She even made sure I got to my car safely when we were all done. Great customer service is an understatement!I will definitely be returning and referring all of my friends. Read Less
