I'm quite disappointed. Less than two weeks ago, I came in to get my gel polish removed on one hand. I removed the gel from the other hand on my own at home. The nail tech who worked on me used a drill to remove my nails and pretty much filed my nails down to the point they became incredibly thin. Legit, paper thin. It did not even look smooth. I could see all the ridge patterns on every nail because of how the were filed down. I don't even know if one is supposed to even file down gel nails. Anyhow, my nails are so fragile at this point leading them to snap and break- not only at the edge of my nails but in the middle of my nail bed. I had planned on having my gel removed so that I could continue just painting them at home. I didn't want to spend more time at nail salons since I tend to change color very frequently and figured- y not do it myself? Yesterday, I came back to the salon to let the owner know the situation with my nails. I needed to get sns nails as I've heard they make you nails super hard like acrylics. At this point, my nails needed that kind of support. She tells me she'll give me a discount. I went ahead and got the sns done as well as a polish change on my toes. My daughter also had her toes and nails done. Now here's the part that really bothers me. An sns set is $40. She gave me a $5 discount?!!! Like really??! 5 whole dollars.... I told her that when I got the gel removed, I didn't want to get my nails done at the salon anymore. That was the whole purpose. $5 does not make up for a hand full of fucked up nails. I will literally have to grow the entire nail out and cut them down as they grow until all the damage is done. But because they're paper thin, I will have to continue doing sns until it's fullly grown out which equals more money spent. Like I stated before, she only ruined on hand. You'd think she'd give me at least a 50% discount or a complimentary service. I don't know if she knew I can understand Vietnamese and speak it as well, but I heard her telling the other nail techs my nails were completely messed up. She confirmed it. So I was totally surprised to only end up with a $5 discount. If it was me, I would've done the whole service for free. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR WHAT WAS RUINED BY AN EMPLOYEE. I think that should be business 101. As far as my sns goes, it was just OK. They were not shaped well. I had to re-file them on my own. If I'm going to pay almost full price to fix my nails, I expect them to be flawless. C'mon now. It would be cheaper for me to buy the sns system on amazon and do it myself. That's more work for me, but oh well. Attached are photos of my sns. I asked the nail tech to file them round and as short as they could be. They were filed square round but not evenly on each side. Each nail was filed more slanted. You can see the difference between her filing them versus me. I look at nails on Instagram all the time and know there are techs who can execute flawlessly. Getting nail services done isn't cheap, so asking for perfection shouldn't be out of the question. And if they can't be perfect, and least be close to it. Read Less

First time coming here and was completely underwhelmed by the staff. No one seemed friendly and the woman doing my gel manicure asked me one question. "Do you have kids?" When I politely said no, that was it. Not a single smile or comment or head nod for the rest of the time. Also, there was only one other customer in the salon at the time who was SCREAMING on her phone the entire time. I'm sorry but, Katty did my pedicure yesterday, I got the gold pedicure and I had to go to the emergency walk in because she dug into my nail bed and now I have a infected in grown toe nail... I never have had one.... I absolutely don't recommend this place and this wouldn't be the first time this has happen at the same place. I'm in a lot of pain not worth the $46 bucks.... they are all really friendly and pay great attention to detail when they do nails! when they put on acrylics/silk wraps they make it look very natural and not bulky or bulbous like other salons. Recommended by a really good friend, I decided to try out Pandora Nail Bar. Of course I read my friend's yelp review and called to make an appointment. I called in lst minute, luckily Tina picked up and took me in. She is is so cute and easy to talk to. We talked about our traveling experiences in Asia. I got glitter ombre gel acrylics. It was exactly what I wanted! I've never been so satisfied with my nails before. Tina worked really fast and still made them look ridiculously nice and neat. I came here about an hour before closing on a Thursday evening, probably my fault because the gentlemen doing my nails was extremely rushed but the lady doing my toes was great so that's why I gave it 5 stars. Everyone else in the salon seemed to love their nail technicians too so I don't want to rate it based on one individual. The facility is clean and they use plastic bag-like things in the foot bath basin so that makes me feel much better about the sanitation standards here. I feel extra special when I walk through the doors. My go to is gel nails, but Pandora does everything. I found this place next to vibe kitchen and the Thai massage and thought it looked really nice. I was happy they were accommodating for a walk in mani/pedi. I got just a basic mani/pedi with OPI polish. I thought it was kinda expensive for just a basic mani/pedi but it's a nice place and they use good polish so I was okay with that. When the guy asked me if I wanted a callus removal during my pedi (he shook his head yes indicating I shouldn't question it) I agreed. Unfortunately he didn't pay attention when he was removing my calluses because he ended up filing away the skin on my bone, which really painful. The worst part was he kept going over the same spot he had just filed away skin, leaving me a fleshy wound. It's been three weeks since my pedi, and I still have an awful scab and red sensitive skin that rubs on any pair of shoes or sandals I wear. BTW, there was absolutely no calluses in that area. I was charged full price for everything even after he discovered he had given me a wound, and no mention or acknowledgement of it. I was hoping it wasn't as bad as it felt so I didn't complain.They use good quality polish, it's clean and modern, but I would hope someone doing a callus removal would be paying enough attention to know when they're filing down a callus vs. a bone. The staff here are really nice and really do take care of your nails. This is my favorite spot to get my nails done, and I always go for a coffin look. I always walk out feeling satisfied and they always make sure you have a luxurious experience. They provide you with water, and are very gentle when handling your nails. My nails also come out looking natural and round, unlike most places that don't care enough or don't take the time to make sure everything is even and nice. They also have a stamp card! Read Less

I'm not getting all the 5 star reviews. I must have gotten the new guys for my visit. I'm traveling for work and popped in on a Monday night for a mani/pedi. The guy doing my pedicure used a nail file to grind down my callouses, which hurt, and I had to tell him to stop. Later I noticed that my skin was far from smooth, it was ripped and raw. He also kept staring at me the whole time, which was really uncomfortable. I thought the guy doing my nails was better, but all of my nails are peeling (I got shellac and it's 5 days later) and I noticed he painted over my cuticles. So maddening to spend $70 on that! Over all they did an okay job on my nails but the customer service sucks! They started doing my nails and after 10 minutes the girl went to start someone else's manicure. She comes back 15 minutes later and after another 5 minutes she leaves AGAIN! Another guys comes to finish me off and answers calls about 5 times! The price is not worth it!!!! They didn't even do the cuticles and I felt as if they were rushed. If they were busy I rather have them tell me than rush me through the process and still charge me full price for a half ass job! Tina Lee was beyond hospitable. She made sure I had a great experience since it was my first time there. I wanted to try out the chrome nails and let her know. She not only made sure I had water and was not cold, but she also asked if I like my nail length and shape. Sandy finished me off and my nails are beyond perfect. I looooove Tina, she gets it right every single time! A few weeks ago I came in to get acrylics with a bunch of broken and fragile nails and Tina remembered me and suggested that I get SNS (an acrylic dip powder type of thing) since my real nails were already pretty long. I took her suggestion and got it and I'm honestly sooo happy. My acrylics used to break all the time but after the SNS, they felt stronger than when I had acrylics. They come in a lot of different colors too so I didn't even have to get gel nails.I came in for a refill today and walked out with perfect nails, a beautiful color, exactly the shape I wanted and my nails as strong as ever for $38. My go-to place and Tina is my go-to nail tech always  I strongly recommend SNS over acrylics, they didn't damage my real nails like acrylics do as well. I first noticed Pandora Nail Bar when I was in this plaza for a Thai massage. As I passed by their decor looked very elegant and their spa chairs looked like the latest editions in the nails industry. They are only about 15 minutes away from my office so I made a mental note to come back the next time I needed some self-love. Their gel manicure is $30... pretty standard pricing for a gel manicure in this area. No additional fee for gel removal if you get another gel service. The color selection was less than other places but I appreciated the pastel colors for the spring. The guy I had go my gel manicure was pretty OCD in a MEAN way... He was literally yelling at the guy working on my pedicure. At some point he took my phone away too... Ugh if you haven't started painting, what's the big deal bro? And for someone who was so crazy meticulous... there were some spots he missed along the edge of my nails. For my pedicure I decided to splurge and get their silver pedicure ($32), which is a level above the basic pedicure. This includes a mint salt scrub, aromatherapy foot mask, a 10 minute massage and a mineral oil sea salt massage. I should have read the description because halfway the service I was asked if I wanted a callus remover for an addition $6. Usually a callus remover is included when you get more than the basic pedicure. Not only that but the callus remover is usually only $5 even when you get it on its' own. Their pedicure prices are definitely on the high end. At least I really liked the guy who did my pedicure. He was friendly and the foot massage portion was great. For a business so trendy and elegant looking, I was actually surprised that their workers did not speak much English. If either of my nail technicians stopped to ask for my name, it would have been a dead give away that I was Vietnamese too. I usually get my nails done in LA but I was desperate to have my acrylics removed. I researched on yelp for a nail salon by my school and found this place. It was definitely clean inside unlike most places. However, there was no one at the desk to greet me. Based on the 5 star reviews on yelp, I expected to pay a reasonable price for the service I received. I had requested to have my acrylics removed. They had also given me a mini manicure, which only consisted of the man cleaning my cuticles, filing my nails, and buffing them. The man that was assigned to me was new and had no awareness of the place. He didn't know where the nail polishes were or the trash cans. Overall, my experience was a 1/5. I paid $25 to get my acrylics removed and walked out with a manicure (but my nails were not painted). I felt overcharged and will not be coming back in the future. Read Less

I really wanted to like this place, but I think it was quite expensive for the quality I got. I got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure, which I slotted 1.5 hours for. It was closer to 2 hours for such an average normal manicure/pedicure. The issues I had: - Poor paint job on fingers. I had to ask them specially to file down the excess gel that they painted on my skin. This should be standard. And it was a lot of excess gel too... Makes you wonder if they are even looking! - Very non existant cuticle clean up. I still had dry peeling skin around my nails that should have been taken care of. - Too many layers of nail polish on toes and a rushed job so each layer didn't dry enough before the next layer was applied. The polish literally dripped down to my toe... That's never happened to me before. To be fair, the owner is great and stepped in to help fix a pedicure snafu for two different workers who could not paint my big toe correctly. She even offered to redo the entire set for me, but I didn't have all day and the poor job ultimately made me late to my friend's wedding rehearsal.Read Less

I hesitate to write a review and let everyone know about my favorite spot, but this is it. This is my go to spot to relax, get amazing nails and massages done while I sip wine and relax. I've been coming here since before the rebranding so they know what I like and how I like it. I'm very picky about my nails and they consistently deliver quality every time. I never have to micro manage them or worry. I just sip my wine and relax. My gel fillings and pedicures last through snowboarding, vacations, the gym, my dog, you name it. They're A+!
