I live in the area and hadn't been to this nail salon in quite some time because of similar complaints from older reviewers (taking too long, polish didn't last, expensive prices, bad outcome). However! I went today and it was a pleasantly different experience! They have a wonderful selection of colors from bright to glitter through an impressive rainbow of pastels as well as some higher end nail polishes (Chanel, Tom Ford ect). The women working were receptive to me as soon as I came in, giving me prompt service with no awkwardness that you sometimes feel at a nail salon. I got the deluxe pedicure ($40) which comes with all types of great (likely unnecessary) extras. The woman who assisted me did SUCH AN AMAZING AND THOROUGH JOB. I was astounded. She took her time and was highly detail oriented - even up until I was about to leave she was still inspecting my feet/toes. I appreciate her dedication to providing a wonderful pedicure even on a Friday evening when she was likely very tired. Although it might have been the deluxe that accounts for the impeccable pedicure, everyone else in there who got the simpler services had fabulous results. At $25 for a regular pedicure, $20 for a regular manicure, $40 for mani/pedi combo, the prices are fairly standard if not a little high but I do think the attention to detail makes it worth it. I came here on 3/11/2017 with my Sister. I was in need of getting my nails done I had previously got my nails done from a Groupon elsewhere, and my nail polish did not last. So embarrassing to have chipped nail polish (peeve) they did not even last a week. During my service, I received the best treatment I could have received. They make sure you are comfortable before they work on you. I appreciate the loyalty they have with their customers here. My technician was so friendly and saw the poor job of my previous nail job. She was able to fix it; she even suggested a different nail shape for me. At first, I was skeptical getting my nails did here because I did not want my nail polish to chip. I am not a big fan of gel-nails, so I just get the usual regular nail polish treatment, and I must say I am going on strong! It's been almost a week, not a chip in sight my nails still look beautiful. Not sure what they did to make my nail color last and my nail itself from breaking or cracking I will be returning to this place.On another note, I was also skeptical of being serviced here because I thought they would be super judgemental (mind you I was a walk-in). Really happy to find this jewel of a salon. Called after seeing their rating and was delighted they could take myself and husband at the same time that day. Was just going to have a mani but was so taken with the shellac pedi being completed beside me that when I got the same nail tech I decided to get one myself and I'm thrilled with my decision. Have had mani/pedis at spas located in 5 star resorts and onboard cruise ships that I paid a small ransom for and left basically in tears because of poor results and/or unfriendly personnel. I dropped a weight in my toe and my nail practically split in half. I've been coming here for my last 3 manicures and thank god I found this place! They saved my nail and did an amazing job masking it.They are very gentle and patient when I accidentally smudged my finger. They definitely earned my loyalty. Read Less

Very pleased with my visit today. The place was really clean and well designed with plenty of high quality chairs. People were really friendly and cared about their customers satisfactions. I had Mani/Pedi and it was totally worth for what i paid. They made my nails look perfect. I really had nothing to complain about this place. Poor customer service. I really do not see this buisness lasting long. I would never suggest this salon to anyone. The owner was rude and argued with me about hair color. Basically telling me that it was the lighting that was bad not the hair. 24 hours later different lighting same bad hair color. Think twice before visiting this salon! Read Less
