I am visiting from London and had a mani/pedi Friday afternoon. The service was rushed and I didn't get to feel relaxed. They only let me look at one group of gel colours. After they finished and I didn't feel like a priority I thought... at least my nails are done. The next morning I woke up and my gel mani had turned from a pretty light orchid colour to splotchy orange and orchid. I went in to get it redone. They told me "it changes colours and forgot to mention that". You can clearly see the top coat messed up the colour and it isn't colour changing. I don't like being lied to. They gave me one set of gel mani colours to look at again and wanted me to choose a similar colour. I felt pressured by them. I chose a darker orchid and the nail tech only took off the top coat of my existing nails. When she began puttting the darker orchid on top of the previously existing nail colour I said, it's not going to change colour again is it? She said no. Needless to say. I woke up this morning and it did. I have an orange hue all over my nails. Terrible customer service, rushed experience and bad gel nails. Very disappointed!

Extremely disappointed. I have tried to like this salon since I moved here in June as it is convenient. But they are always in a rush and overpriced. Today they FORGOT to do my toes and left my fingernails in horrid condition. Sure I was "only" getting nail polish removed and want to let my nails breath a bit, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't get good service to entice me to return for a full mani/pedi. For over 6 months I have gotten full services. What about loyalty? What about customer service? They also have a "menu" of services that is handed to you after you sit down and are already soaking, leaving me feeling like I am not worth their attention if I don't order a la carte. Given the number of other salons around, Happy Nails really should try harder to earn and keep customers.

I've gone to this spot numerous times even though every time I leave upset and they have the worst service only because it's so close to my house. This last time guaranteed that I will never go again....
I've gone to this spot numerous times even though every time I leave upset and they have the worst service only because it's so close to my house. This last time guaranteed that I will never go again. They had someone doing my acrylics who had no idea what they were doing and even got to the extent that she said her doctor told her she wasn't supposed to file nails because of the nail dust while she was attempting to file my nails. I ended up with all different size and shaped nails, waited there way longer than necessary and to top it off I asked for sandals and they insisted on my pedicure being dry and of course it wasn't so even my pedicure got ruined. Overall, over priced, horrible customer service, do not go here!

I got a gel mani here. When it was done, I noticed one of my nails had a bubble in the polish. Plus, the overall job was bumpy looking and messy. Annoying, but it wasn't worth it for me to sit longer for a redo. After 4 days, one of my nails chipped. Six days later, and I have another bad chip. So we are less than a week out, and three of my nails already are a mess. Please see photos. Total waste of time and $$!

I had a fantastic experience here. I went somewhere else to get acrylic nails and it was a hot mess! Too long and you could see my yellow short nails underneath. Square and tapered and they have to have 3 different girls work on me! I lost a finger after two weeks and they just looked so trashy. The place I went to has great reviews on Yelp, so I didn't really know what an awful job they did till I went to Happy Nails. So this morning I needed my nails filled because I have a show tonight. I walked in on a Saturday morning, packed full of people, and Lynn still took amazing care of me. She fixed my nails, and didn't even charge me for the broken one! I planned another appointment in two weeks for her to just re-do my nails completely and they are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Idk why there are so many bad reviews, but I know that my manicure was quick, relaxing, flawless and exactly what I wanted. Can't believe I found such a great place so close to my house!

I always go to her for my fills and full sets and have always been happy. She always greets me with a smile and makes me feel comfortable. Out of all the nail salons I have tried no body compares to Diane at Happy Nails. By far the best salon :)

Went in on a Thursday on a recommendation from a friend. There was a little mix up (language barrier) on what service my husband and I wanted, but after it was sorted out, we sat back and relaxed for two great pedicures. Ivy was my technician- she was friendly and worked hard on my nails. She suggested the hot wax, and we went for it. It was awesome- such a weird/good feeling that left my feet smooth and soft. As I observed the other people in the salon, it seems that you can get your feet, nails, waxing service, and massage all done at the SAME TIME. Talk about efficient. The price was reasonable- I would call for an appointment because it was busy on a Thursday afternoon.

I came here for a full set of acrylics, and the lady that was doing my nails was very harsh and hurt me on multiple occasions. She filed the bed of my nails so much and for so long that it burned.
When she was finally done after 50 minutes of torture the nails were shaped unevenly, even though I pointed them out multiple times.
The acrylic was super thick, and the gel polish didn't even cover all of the nail.
After about 5 days one of my nails fell. I was on vacation so I couldn't come in and complain.
After a week and a half another nail fell and another one was about to fall. I came back and they told me that there's nothing they can do and that they
*only guarantee that the nails will stay on for "4 to 5 days"*
4 to 5 days? That's absolutely ridiculous...since I usually get my nails filled every 2-3 weeks. The girl that I talked to in the front about this was also rude and defensive.
Moral of the story, if you're looking for good service, and good quality products DO NOT COME HERE.
Also they overcharge.

I love Cherry! Cherry does the best gel manicure and really takes her time and makes sure your nails look perfect. She has tons of colors to pick from and gives an amazing neck message too. I've been going to her for two years and I wouldn't go to anyone else. Helen does my pedicure and she's the sweetest. My nails always look glowing. Thank you ladies!

I always go to her for my fills and full sets and have always been happy. She always greets me with a smile and makes me feel comfortable. Went in on a Thursday on a recommendation from a friend. There was a little mix up (language barrier) on what service my husband and I wanted, but after it was sorted out, we sat back and relaxed for two great pedicures. I came here for a full set of acrylics, and the lady that was doing my nails was very harsh and hurt me on multiple occasions. She filed the bed of my nails so much and for so long that it burned.
When she was finally done after 50 minutes of torture the nails were shaped unevenly, even though I pointed them out multiple times.
The acrylic was super thick, and the gel polish didn't even cover all of the nail.
After about 5 days one of my nails fell. I was on vacation so I couldn't come in and complain.
After a week and a half another nail fell and another one was about to fall. I came back and they told me that there's nothing they can do and that they
*only guarantee that the nails will stay on for "4 to 5 days"*
4 to 5 days? That's absolutely ridiculous...since I usually get my nails filled every 2-3 weeks. The girl that I talked to in the front about this was also rude and defensive.
Moral of the story, if you're looking for good service, and good quality products DO NOT COME HERE.
Also they overcharge.

Every time i come here and DJ make it such an good experience which i never had at any other nail salon before. My acrylic+gel nails always always come out pretty, she took her time to make sure she delivery the best service and produces that i could ask for. And she fixed my eyebrows the other nail tech had messed them up before. It was excellence. The best nail tech i ever ever get. See you soon DJ, don't move no where without letting me know. I'll follow you wherever.

I love Cherry! Cherry does the best gel manicure and really takes her time and makes sure your nails look perfect. She has tons of colors to pick from and gives an amazing neck message too. I've been going to her for two years and I wouldn't go to anyone else. Helen does my pedicure and she's the sweetest. My nails always look glowing. Thank you ladies!
