I will not go to any other nail salon except Glo. They do a fabulous job and are always on time with appointments. My nails always last a very long time, my polish almost never chips. This place is awesome. I had chipped a nail and they got me RIGHT in for a replacement that same day and even stayed a little late to accommodate me it was so nice and MUCH appreciated. Also, not only did she replace my nail but because she couldn't locate the exact color she let me pick whatever I wanted out and did an entire new gel manicure for FREE! Of COURSE I took care of her tip because that's what you should always do!!The nail technicians name was Cindy and she was friendly, fun and did an awesome job.Also the gal who was so accommodating running the front desk and made sure I got in and was taken care of was Traci. It was my first time coming to Glo and I will definitely be coming back! The place is absolutely beautiful and the girls are very well educated. I am very particular about my nails and Cindy did an amazing job! She noticed my previous nail artist from a different salon had been messing up the shape of my nails and worked really hard to fix that mistake. I also got a pedicure. My all time favorite nail spot. I used to live down the street from the Costa Mesa location. I moved back down to Dana Point recently, so CDM is closer to me now and they're so worth the commute. Found this Nail bar on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I am SO happy with my nails! I would highly recommend this place if you want amazing looking nails  the staff were so professional and friendly, nothing like the other nail places i have experienced before. You have to make an appointment because most likely they are booked in advance. Sooooooooo... I payed for full set and gel (no manicure) $90 service $15 tip = $105 This place is beautiful from the inside and they give you free drinks (mimosa/champagne)!! My girl did an amazing job and by amazing I mean the BEST acrylic nails I ever got. MY NAILS WERE DONE THURSDAY NIGHT AND BY SAT I HAVE ONE BROKEN AND THE ONE NEXT TO IT CRACK! WORST PART IS THAT I WAS IN FREAKING VEGAS AND IT WAS ONLY MY SECOND NIGHT THERE. I WANT IT TO CRY AND DIE AT THE SAME TIME (DRAMA-QUEEN). Of course I arrive Monday and called Glo Nail on Tuesday. Linda was able to get me in at 4 so I get there and I just waited a couple of mins. My nails where getting fix by another girl who was rude. I completely understand it was not her fault that my nails where failing apart but she could have return my Hi. She did an OK job. One nail was good and the other one was not very good. I asked her to shape the nail just like the rest of them and she said "THAT IS NOT HOW COFFIN SHAPE SUPPOSED TO BE" which I answered "that's how the other girl did it" which she answered "adjahsdha" and I said "sorry what?" AWKWARD SILENCE she didn't answered back (RUDE!)... So after I was done the girl at the front asked me what happen with my nails and she proceed to tell me that there was no charge (thank you). Came in today and was so happy with my nails!Amazing customer service. Everyone was so friendly and eager to help. Michelle did my toes and they are beautiful. She was very gentle. No cuts or nicks. She also gave me a wonderful foot massage. I was so relaxed. Kaykay did my nail and let me tell you.. everything was perfect. And she made sure of it. Wasn't afraid to ask every time and let me make a lot of adjustments. She never was annoyed and was very happy to help. She is absolutely amazing and did great work.  Can't wait to go back! Friend and I came here after coming into the costa mesa location and having them book us here (we called and were told if we could make it in 15 min they could fit us in but we were a 20 min drive away and missed the window, not their fault tho!). Overall the location is identical to the costa mesa location, just about half the size. We loved our services and the ladies who helped us were super friendly and fun to chat with. No complaints there whatsoever! The only thing we were shocked by was the grand total at the end. At the other location, a regular manicure is $20. Here, it was $29 (and other identical services were likewise inflated). While I completely understand the location difference, rent, space, etc etc, we were booked here by the costa mesa location without a single mention about how drastically different the prices were. Typically, I'm really conscious about checking prices but I didn't even THINK to ask since these were supposedly identical branches. It was misleading and left us with a sour taste.
