Extremely disappointed in my manicure especially considering the very expensive price. I came in for a fill and fixed one of my broken acrylic nails, glitter accent nails, and rhinestones. Total was about $62 FOR A FILL, I get my nails done frequently and have never paid that much for a fill. (My previous BRAND NEW FULL SET manicure was pink, white with rhinestone, glitter, and a glitter ombré accent nail - 3 colors and 2 accent nails - for $42. Perfectly intact except for the shorter nail that broke and my natural nails growing out, so in terms of supplies for my new nails...it was 1 new nail and again, just a fill for the acrylic nails) Price aside service was nice and my nails did look nice so I wasn't completely unpleased with my experience. WITHIN A WEEK my nails started to chip and the rhinestones (legit paid about $1 per rhinestone) were falling off!!! The chipping of the nails looks like someone forgot to paint the very tip/cap of the nail (if you know what I mean) so they all started chipping at the corners. About a week and a half I. My index finger nail chips at least 1/3 of the way down. Just extremely disappointed in the quality since their markup is so high for everything. Also coffin shaped nails are $5 extra. Love this place! It's my guilty pleasure. It costs more than your average nail salon but they treat you so well and make you feel like they really are spending time and giving you quality. My gel nails rarely if ever chip and I've kept them on for a month at a time before. The TLC pedicure is my favorite and always leaves my feet feeling pampered and cared for. Beautiful, sleek salon that's big with plenty of room. The ladies working there were really nice and accommodating and understood what I was asking for with my service (I'm very particular with my nails).  The lady doing my nails specifically knew I was in a rush so she worked very quickly and the gel manicure came out really well -- even, no bubbles or uneven parts. I live across the street and always end up at different salon but this past Sunday I decide to go to Cosmo nail bar with my hubby. It was an amazing experience from the moment I got there! I loved how they allowed my hubby to sit in the spa chair next to me (even when he wasn't getting anything done) so that's a plus. The two ladies who did my gel mani and regular pedi were amazing! Always asking me if I'm okay, if I need anything, and making an effort to talk to me. This is my new nail place :D Read Less

This place has gone downhill. When it first opened it was sleek, chic, clean and the girls were super attentive and nice. The model runway videos ran continuously on the back TVs which added to the white, modular, sleek design. It which was really cool. There are remnants of this left, but just barely.  They started bringing out the typical "stripping mall nail shop" decor (candy?) and customer service. Or lack thereof. This place went from something cool and different to your run of the mill nail shop with well trained staff whose job it is to get you outta there fast even if that's not what you want. The young man who waited on me was on his last day and it showed in the service I got. Won't be coming back. There are better choices nearby. Read Less

They are not good, the front desk lady was pushing you to getting everything done at the same time. And the guy didn't know English i told him I don't want manicure but he kept doing it and they charged me for the service that I didn't want it!Overall i had a bad experience! Read Less

I came with my friend and her young twins and daughter midweek and the folks here were AWESOME!  I was just visiting the area but my friend frequents the nail salon and it was so pleasant to see the gal up front recognize her and know her name.  We were seated immediately in the spa chairs.  Her daughter received a children's manicure at on the center stations.  Because of the open feel of the salon she was always within view.  We each had one of the twins and were armed with snacks for a smooth pedicure experience -- this was totally unnecessary as many of the employees came over and even offered to hold the kiddos.  It was a great experience, I loved that everyone was so friendly - also my pedicure was great. Hien is the best!!! She is very gentle and fast and those two things mean a lot! I usually get cut or they do too much that tickles me but she was perfect.
