By far one of the best nail salons in town! Affordable and great quality service right in CDM. Tucked in the back of a little shopping center you will find a nice clean salon owned by Tina who takes great care in making sure your nails are exactly how you want them. I went to Ciel Bleu this evening and received one of the best gel manicures I've ever gotten. Tina even took the time to remove any stray gel polish before curing under the light with a brush dipped in acetone. I also received a great pedicure by Mindy who took her time even though it was close to closing time and made sure to give a lengthy massage and clean my nails and calluses appropriately.
