All started out well until the boss lady (im guessing) walked in and the nail tech doing my nails lost her marbles. Horrible horrible horrible rushed paint job. Totally not worth the money! This has been my go to nail spot for the past year. When I moved to Hayward last year, I tried other nail salons near me and always came out disappointed. I've been to other nail salons where my gel manicure would start lifting within a week, but for some reason when I get them from Lush Nails, they last me for 3+ weeks. I usually have Ann take care of me and I've been happy with her work every time. I'm also always in a hurry, so when I call in to request to have both my mani + pedi done at the same time, they've been able to accommodate. I can get both done within an hour, without compromising quality. They're on the pricey side, but for me it's worth it every time. The salon is modern in design and always clean. Read Less

Very late posting but better than never lolI was here about 3 weeks ago or maybe almost a month now. It was my first time. The decor is nice and updated than most places I've seen. I had my pedi and mani with gel done. Yeh was my lady. She was Super nice. She took her time and took really good care of me. I'm usually very picky but Yeh did a Fantastic job. Fast forward today, my nails are still looking so nice and smooth. No peeling no chipping, nothing and for this long! She even offered me to taste the Vietnamese sweet rice she made. It was so delicious. I told her if she sell it, I would be the first person to buy it lolI gave it a 4 stars is because it's a bit pricy! However, it's so worth it! Ask for Yeh next time you're there! My nails are growing so long now, it's time for me to see Yeh again. I hope to she's available tomorrow. Read Less

Omg I'm in love with bellas accurate and patient skillful work took two and a half hours she was just the sweetest my husband went in their with an idea for my nails and she listened and made sure every step of the way that my husband was happy and THAT it was to his expectation and made sure her work was up to part amazing experience overall every one is nice. This place was not worth the money I paid. They got two stars based on cleanliness and color choices. But service and performance was not great. The effort put into shaping my nail was subpar. The shape doesn't even match.. most places ask what kind of shape I like but she just started filing away. The massage for my pedicure was literally her just rubbing lotion in with minimal pressure. I was going to get the next level up for the pedicure but she didn't even ask. I try to go to more expensive/"higher end" salons if I want to relax and get a good pedicure but this place gave me no relaxation. Seriously could have just gone to City Nails (my usual place for quick fixes) and got the same service for a lower price. Not to mention at the end the lady kept telling me different prices AND I'm pretty sure she over charged me. $30 for a gel manicure and $28 for pedicure yet I was charged $68.  Maybe I just got bad technicians or I have too high of standards. But when I go to other locations that cost the same as them I get so much better service. Read Less

Wonderful service. "Cute Kim" was super sensitive working on my pedi. Super gentle yet firm when needed. I forgot who did my mani but she as well was super gentle and both were very precise and my nails and toes look wonderful and I will surely be coming back. I am nail-ddicted to this place!!!I am so glad to finally found this nail salon!I am very picky when it comes to my nails, and previous salons can't satisfy me with their work. I am very meticulous with the design I wanted and want it to be perfect all the time. After few tries to other place, I'm almost at edge of giving up until I found this GEM today!It's my first time here, so I decided to walked in and see if someone can do me, but they're quite busy so they asked me to come back at 3:30pm. So glad there's a mall close by to burn time.My time comes, and Jenny approached me. She asked me what I want. And me, being perfectionist. I can tell that I put a little pressure on her. She start to work her magic and I was so amazed that she remembered every detail I told her but that's not the best part...she got the lightest hand ever!! At first, I was being skeptical and keep telling myself "don't be to happy..wait until she do your nail art". Nail design comes and she nailed it!!!! She's like a champ . It's seems like we're match made in heaven...Jenny is amazing! She is very diligent. Every stroke of her brush onto my nails, she always asked me "is that okay?". Like, she got me. She understand how perfectionist I am. And she was just smiling all the time, which makes me very at ease. Let's talk about price: Honestly, it's freaking amazing!! Price is very decent. Really great customer service. My technician listened and did my nails just as asked, even when I requested certain ones be shorter. It's beautiful inside, love the environment, clean, and definitely can tell the owner put a lot of thought into a cozy environment for customers. Will definitely be going back.Read Less
