DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this shop ever again. I went yesterday to get a wax and they refuse my service for no reason and treated me so unfairly in front of everyone. The fact that I have been coming to this nail shop over 10 years and was discriminated was pretty hurtful. The women who sits in front that does nail (manager) did not handle her job professionally due to the fact she thought it was ok that the man refused my service and made me sit there 30 mins and tell me that I have to wait and additional hour to get my wax done. Also they said they won’t wax me because the lady that usually does my wax was not there that day but still gave me a number to get waxed making me believe that I was going to get service and I did not. I will not come back into this shop again because of how I was treated and overall discrimated ! I do not recommend anyone to come to this nail shop. Most of them are really rude and disrespectful and should not be working there 😡

I literally scratched my leg and my nail came off they used little to no acrylic. They are very rude . When I walked in an told KEVIN what I wanted done he did what he wanted to do and not what I asked . This place should have went out of business a long time ago .

My only issue was that I called ahead and wanted to set an appt so I didn't have to wait for hours and a man told me there was not a lot of people at all and it was the perfect time to come in. When i got there, there was at least 7 people ahead of me... I did wait anyways cause it's a bit of a drive from my house... and I waited for almost 2 hrs... and it took them almost an hour to do my nails. Pricing.. $16 dollars for acrylic nail with nail polish I got the gel added and the total at the end was $30 plus tips .. 😆😆😆 I'd definitely go back and recommend family and friends, BUT set up an appt regardless if it's packed or not.

I wasn't too crazy about the place - it's an open area and needs some remodeling. However, Minh did a great job with my nails. This was my first time getting my nails done here and I am very pleased...

This was my first time getting my nails done here and I am very pleased with his work. If you don't mind waiting in an open area, then this is the place for you. I paid $22 for fill, white tips, and gel.

I have been coming here for over 10 years to get my nails and eyebrows done. Its the best place if you are looking for a regular mani pedi- $20. Its a simple and small space and they take their time cleaning your nails and toes. The people are not rude, they are direct and just the job done. I appreciate this place a lot! It gets busy on the weekends and in the afternoons so come earlier or set an appointment for nails!

I went in to ask for a full set gel and the guys was so rude every one looked at me the tech was so loud as he told me he didn't have time for me if I wanted to wait it was on me but he was not going to rush . He said you can sit down I don't have time for you " Wow so I left! Never agian will I spend my money here I will be spreading the word not to come to this low life nail salon they suck . I made an appt with him today! He answers welllll you're late no?? I'm like really 2 min late you're going to leave I didn't even see him walking out or anything!!!! NEVER GOING TO THIS PLCE AGAIN and then the dumb ass says well hey don't kill the messenger call him another time!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!

And your forced to use the atm downstairs. 5th they talk about you in their language its very rude. I didn't tip never my sprinted here was horrible. The pedicure was like 5 mins. Abd the lady used a nail filer to scrub my feet. I can tell they do not use clean tools. Also i was suppose to get my full done right after my pedicure n they sat me down and then told me to get up because another girl was first. So i did. I thought someone else would help me since they weren't busy but nope. So i left n didn't tip. I will never be back. I will stick to my normal place boudoir nail bar... Stay away!

If you go here you need to understand that you will wait at least an hour and a half on almost any day. I used to get pedicures from Jennifer (the best and the fastest) and my eyebrows done by Helen (she is nice, understands English and is consistent). Don't go to anyone else for eyebrow waxing, or you will come out with how THEY want your eyebrows done not how YOU want them done.I'm giving this place 3 stars based on the affordability. The prices are very cheap. You get what you pay for. Don't go here if you want some "me" time or want to relax because it is loud and chaotic due to the young kids running around, the staff bickering from time to time, and customers arguing over who is next for waxing. Kind of hilarious but it's no spa experience to say the least.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this shop ever again. I went yesterday to get a wax and they refuse my service for no reason and treated me so unfairly in front of everyone. The fact that I have been coming to this nail shop over 10 years and was discriminated was pretty hurtful. I paid $22 for fill, white tips, and gel.

I went to this place for a long time but I'm only recommending Kim for the service but since she moved to a different shop (Diva Nails in Chula Vista) so I started going there since... But I came back to get my eyebrow done by Helen... I strongly recommend her!!!

Just left here for a pedicure and they suck I would never go back smh !!! A pedicure suppose to be relaxing he even polished my nails sloppy had to get them repainted!!!!

I have been a client of Crystal Nails for many years. Jennifer is my Technician. She is an excellent technician and I am thankful for her. I have never been disappointed with her services!

If you go here you need to understand that you will wait at least an hour and a half on almost any day. I used to get pedicures from Jennifer (the best and the fastest) and my eyebrows done by Helen (she is nice, understands English and is consistent). Don't go to anyone else for eyebrow waxing, or you will come out with how THEY want your eyebrows done not how YOU want them done.I'm giving this place 3 stars based on the affordability. The prices are very cheap. You get what you pay for. Don't go here if you want some "me" time or want to relax because it is loud and chaotic due to the young kids running around, the staff bickering from time to time, and customers arguing over who is next for waxing. Kind of hilarious but it's no spa experience to say the least.
