I waited an hour and a half for a fill… The ladies let me sit there and never addressed that they were too busy to take me in. There were four people there working and two of them were working on the same woman, I assumed they would get done quickly because there were two for one person. By the time it was my turn I asked how long it would take her to do the fill because I now had to leave for work, the lady said it would take her 45 minutes to do a fill on basic acrylic nails with regular polish, my nails are short and simple (I did not need a design or a certain claw like shape, just your classic square tip short nail). I obviously cannot do nails but I know that a basic fill like the one I needed shouldn’t take 45 minutes. So, with the last half hour I had to get to work I rushed to C&L nails in Chula Vista, where I got a fill done in 15 minutes and they came out amazing! I would recommend going to C&L nails instead. I got my nails done 10/28. 2 days later my hand begin to swell, itch, and bumps start popping up in my fingers. I came in 10/30 for a refund, and they are denying it. I have an infection on my hands and they are denying it. They are extremely unsanitary. But won't admit it. I reported them to the Environmental Health Department. DO NOT COME HERE. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! WARNING!!!DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!! This is the worst place I have ever been too! My daughter and I went in, I wanted a full set (acrylic with a french manicure) and a regular pedi with a french mani on my feet. My daughter received a regular pedi (color and a flower on her big toes. That is what I told him. Vincent did my hands which one nail came out lumpy. Some other chick did my toes. Another lady did my daughters feet. My bill came out to be $91.00. Yes that's right, $91.00. They were smoking you know what!! They broke it down like this, $40. for my hands (they tried to charge me for gel nails $30 and $10 for two flowers). $33 for my pedicure??? and $18.99 for my daughters pedicure? They did not even massage her feet. They charge extra for a foot scrub, which was not explained to me. They take advantage if you are not careful !! Do not fall for it!
