The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. The gentleman who worked on my nails ( a fill and color change)did a satisfactory job, but I will most likely keep going to my places in Vallejo and Fairfield. Good for when I'm in a time crunch since it's kinda close to my house. Also they have a good color selection for gel but not so much for acrylic.

Came in on my lunch and was able to get a pedi and shellac mani...Fair prices for napa, clean place, nice color selection definitely coming back

Does a great job every time and breathing easier than most places. Pricing is not clear,however, so ask for all details as far as the pricing goes. I just had a pedi that ended up being $72 b4 tip whe...
Does a great job every time and breathing easier than most places. Pricing is not clear,however, so ask for all details as far as the pricing goes. I just had a pedi that ended up being $72 b4 tip when I thought it would be $55. I did choose the $55 pedi with massage parafin,etc.but wasnt told that getting gel polish (which is what I always get there and they know it and knew it) was $17(!!) more than regular polish! And, like with most nail shops, really wish English was understood and spoken better and with more than just one person there.

Napa nails is just not the same since Tom left. It just doesn't have that warm atmosphere. Many of my favorite nail people are no longer there. I happened to go to La Vie the other day near Whole Foods and my favorite people to include Henry are now working there. So if you're looking for your old nail techs check out La Vie.

Even though they have to break out power tools to work on my feet... (LOL). They do great work at a good price and they treat you like family

First time at this salon - I was able to walk in and a chair was prepared for my pedicure and gel manicure. Previous times I had driven by and the salon looked busy. I was happy this time it seems the...
First time at this salon - I was able to walk in and a chair was prepared for my pedicure and gel manicure. Previous times I had driven by and the salon looked busy. I was happy this time it seems the odds were in my favor.I didn't catch the name of my technician who took care of my pedicure, but she did an amazing job. She was thorough with my cuticles and I noticed she continually checked if she needed to cut a little more or file a little more.My gel manicure with Vicky is one to speak highly of. She didn't cut too much of my cuticles, and my French tips with Shellac #3 on top to add a just a little sparkle, turned out just how I wanted them to. Very happy with the end result.

The people that work there are nice but the work stations are really dirty. The man that did my nails used equipment that was stored inside a mentols container. He obviously does not clean the equipme...
The people that work there are nice but the work stations are really dirty. The man that did my nails used equipment that was stored inside a mentols container. He obviously does not clean the equipment he uses to buff out people's nails after every guest. when I put my hand inside the Uv light it was all dirty as if they never clean it. I got little diamonds on my nails which came off in two days, after I left I noticed that the fitting of some nails was off because I could see part of my nail on both sides...I should've told him to stop but he had already super glued half of the nails. I went to that location since it's in downtown Napa and figured that the quality of the nails would be really nice especially since they charge more than the average cost for nails. Anyways, I will not be going into that salon ever again.

Very nice people. Was greeted as soon as i walked in and offered me lemon or cucumber water right away. Will definitely come back when i visit Napa again.

Napa nails is the only salon I will go to in Napa and for good reason! They do a wonderful job, I've never had a complaint. I'm not sure what the last two comments were about the owner being "rude" as...
Napa nails is the only salon I will go to in Napa and for good reason! They do a wonderful job, I've never had a complaint. I'm not sure what the last two comments were about the owner being "rude" as he is a very sweet and friendly guy- not to mention, very funny! Also- just because there are seats open (at a salon or restaurant or anywhere) does not mean that they are "available". Highly recommend this salon!

The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. The gentleman who worked on my nails ( a fill and color change)did a satisfactory job, but I will most likely keep going to my places in Vallejo and Fairfield. Does a great job every time and breathing easier than most places. Pricing is not clear,however, so ask for all details as far as the pricing goes. I just had a pedi that ended up being $72 b4 tip when I thought it would be $55. Napa nails is just not the same since Tom left. It just doesn't have that warm atmosphere. Many of my favorite nail people are no longer there. I happened to go to La Vie the other day near Whole Foods and my favorite people to include Henry are now working there. So if you're looking for your old nail techs check out La Vie.

Napa nails is the only salon I will go to in Napa and for good reason! They do a wonderful job, I've never had a complaint. I'm not sure what the last two comments were about the owner being "rude" as he is a very sweet and friendly guy- not to mention, very funny! Also- just because there are seats open (at a salon or restaurant or anywhere) does not mean that they are "available". Highly recommend this salon!
